While dapp.com's creative contest is still on (and everyone's encouraged to create 0xU stuff and vote), there is another event looming.
DGaming guys are upgrading their Store platform and are adding functionality allowing it to host item sales. To celebrate that, there's going to be a festival with NFT assets up for sale and giveaways starting from August 26. We did join Dapp.com's creative contest as partners and are now inviting everyone to take part!

0xGames spoke with dapp.com and dGaming and it seems that:
1) the dapp.com event/contest with lots of rewards will start this Saturday, and there are good chances we’ll get featured as partners there to bring in more players :rocket:
2) dGaming guys plan to run a massive asset fair soon, and a unique special legendary planet might be one of the assets they’ll be putting up. Probably we’ll have some exclusive partnership deal there too.

0xUniverse update 2.1.2 is here, guys. Its focus has been on hunting down some UI and corp-related problems, like the lags during the initial data loading and other minor bugs.

The new 0xUniverse update - v.2.1.0 - is live!
1) Knowledge calculation is done on the game server now which has made it possible to:
- Fix the ships 15-17 invention bug
- Decrease gas amount needed for inventions
- Make the knowledge accumulation formula more accurate
2) Improved auction filters:
- Players can use 3 new separate resource filters
- Players can set the minimum population size
- Resources are now colored in the filter sections according to their rarity value
3) A warning has been added when a player tries to gift one corporation’s shares to another corporation
4) Extra:
- Language localization
- FPS-related tweaks
- Several minor UI bug fixes

Guys, here’s a tiny piece of news: The next 0xUni update may see a light gameplay mode added (a toggle for those who want less lagging&more market analyzing), as requested by the community. Also there should be improvements for those who experience ‘insufficient memory’ issues. On top of that, other fixes will be introduced as usual (including the price typing issue, but I believe I already mentioned that one before). To keep you updated on the corps: they are having their shares allocation and gifting feature ironed out as these have been major stumbling blocks recently. Will keep everyone posted once more details emerge |

Hey, space explorers! A pre-corporations update is sneaking in.
As you may know, real astronomers have captured the first picture of a black hole (https://www.theguardian.com/science/2019/apr/10/black-hole-picture-captured-for-first-time-in-space-breakthrough).
However. The United Earth Government has already discovered a new planet type here, in our universe. A massive black hole. And now that Earth owns the newly found celestial body, it is planning to auction it in the near future so that space discoverers may examine it more :rocket:
