881  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling as a profession: there's people who live out of gambling? on: March 01, 2021, 08:19:32 PM
I had that life some time ago when I was very profitable in sports gambling, especially in tennis. But when it started going against me when I lost my talent going through my knee surgery a few years back, I started looking for other ways to earn a living as my relatives were not interested in becoming my helping hand, so it was me alone to manage everything for myself.
882  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: People die from heart attack when they hit the jackpot. on: February 28, 2021, 11:59:04 PM
Actually, you don't only control yourself when you join the lottery, but the most important thing is to always live a healthy life. By adjusting our diet,
and must be diligent in exercising. Actually, the origin of disease comes from the food we eat, it should be if the food we consume is healthy. We will
avoid heart disease and avoid death from heart attack. It saddens me to know that someone died of a heart attack when they found out that he won
the lottery. The opportunity to enjoy a lot of money is lost. once again I remind everyone to always eat healthy food.

No, it is not food alone but the level of excitement in that person. There is a thin line between excitement and fear and both have side effects. If someone gets too much excited, there are higher chances of them getting an attack than a person who is under the effect of fear. And when he won a lottery, he couldn't handle the excitement and that's why his heartbeats couldn't control the pressure that was sent to the heart through his mind that he couldn't believe he won such a big amount of money.
883  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What would you do? | Is this the end of inflated markets? on: February 28, 2021, 11:46:52 PM
Crash or in other words, dump was going to happen because without it, the market cannot be run as profits were made enough, so markets reached a point where those profits were started to be taken out. Do not be sorry if you fomo'd and bought high because this very money that got out of the markets will come back at their desired prices. Regret is a cycle, today you will do it, tomorrow someone else will do it once they see the markets higher than your price. So don't regret and hold calmly.
884  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: People die from heart attack when they hit the jackpot. on: February 28, 2021, 11:29:47 PM
You are right Op, we must control ourselves whenever we win huge. This is the same feeling, even better than when we lose, the same heartbeat issues take place. Winning huge must be celebrated and not become a reason for mourn and for that, we must build an appetite to digest our wins and should also stop at that point, leave gambling and get out, enjoy that money with our family.
885  Other / Off-topic / Re: Corruption and Sports on: February 28, 2021, 11:14:07 PM
Corruption has been here since humanity is born. So it is not only in one country or two. But all around the globe. There will always be a form of corruption. That's human nature so you can't avoid that. And so with sports, there are people that are bought by money. They will always exist no matter what. It is only a matter of time before they will be exposed for what they are doing.

Exposing them is a really big deal and once they are exposed, it is not just them who are found guilty but the whole sport's dignity gets harmed and that is why sometimes, many players who are found guilty, are left unhandled just to save the credibility of that sport as they fear that people's interest will die in that sport and they may stop watching it and gambling on it.
886  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto Gambling Weekly on: February 28, 2021, 10:59:12 PM
Op, you are wrong at one point that I would like to tell you - restrictions on players' accounts. I have seen many complaints raising about players' accounts being frozen due to many reasons like suspicious activities, KYC problems and some more. So I don't say that they are safest way, but yes, some good casinos are operating clean and they don't bother their players with shit like these and even pay huge winnings like Stake did a few days ago.
887  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin is in Step Cycle | Good opportunity for buying more! on: February 28, 2021, 10:49:41 PM
Op, you are right and btc looks to be in accumulation phase right now which is a good buying opportunity for us. Though, I still think that btc can retrace a bit up and then we are yet to see a dip before it starts to go high. $46500 is the area I am looking for, and then $37000 where I will possibly buy some coins and hold for new ATH. It is surprising that btc didn't range since it reached its ATH at $58000.
888  Economy / Economics / Re: Why should i invest in bitcoin or other cryptos ? on: February 28, 2021, 10:36:38 PM
It is your choice to invest in crypto or not, but land and crypto are of very different nature and cannot be compared. But crypto has given really good returns since its beginning, let alone btc be considered. I don't think we need to give you any proof when Bitcoin itself has proved you its power in just one year.
889  Economy / Gambling / Re: Survey on fees in order to play on gambling games, please check this out! :) on: February 28, 2021, 10:19:05 PM
I don't want many options but if TRX alone is allowed on a gambling website, I will be happy to play there because it has very less fees comparably against any other coins. If I were to allow a solution to this, I may exactly go for the batch withdrawal system by Findingnemo and let the users wait a bit instead of giving them instant withdrawals to let them stop paying high on my site for their withdrawals.
890  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gamblers - How do you use your signature campaign earnings? on: February 28, 2021, 09:59:21 PM
I prefer not to gamble my earnings and just withdraw them or save them for 2 weeks at least because I can wait 2 weeks to get my earnings in btc converted to fiat to save some fees. I get charged at $10 to withdraw, so it's less than 10% of my total earnings and I'm not bothered paying it to the gambling site I work for.
891  Other / Off-topic / Re: Corruption and Sports on: February 28, 2021, 07:07:03 PM
I don't think that any government can bring their involvement in sports because they are too busy creating new ways of making money from all sectors in their country. Sports corruption will not end till the greed of persons from roots till ends gets over, whether they belong from the sports industry or government.
892  Economy / Gambling / Re: [Overview] Comprehensive list of Crypto Sportsbooks -!New Poll!- on: February 27, 2021, 10:32:12 PM
It is a very good exercise to help others while you are on a path that may still be beneficial or harmful to anybody. If you want to bring some more sportsbooks to the limelight, I pledge to help you by giving out some names that are unavailable on the forum yet. I want to see a category of various sportsbooks that offer no deposit to less deposit bonuses because I like to face challenges and the wagering requirements are one of them.
893  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does knowing your sport and teams really make you better at betting on them? on: February 22, 2021, 11:41:35 PM
I think no, it will not make us know about our enemies and their proper strategies to win. Putting much focus on the rival team, it is possible to know whether our team has enough strategy and energy to win or not, and we may decide which way to put our money as it isn't necessary that even after knowing about our team to throw away our money by betting on them.
894  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: BTC price VS gambling on: February 22, 2021, 10:51:25 PM
Op, like last time, our answer will be the same and that is 'Yes', we still gamble with btc but decreased the size of the bets because we cannot afford to lose $530 per bet while placing 0.01 btc bets any more. The size of our bets have significantly dropped and we may stop gambling with btc if it shows continuous peaks and makes a new high above $100k because 1k sats will become $1 at that time.
895  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - Casino & Sportsbook - Play Smarter 🚀 🎰 🏀 ⚾ 🏈 🎾 🥊 🎲 on: February 22, 2021, 10:30:51 PM
From having that $500 per bet to win up that $2.5M then that was indeed a history. Those multipliers do give me some chills! Congratulations into that player.

High-risk High reward. I think those high multipliers are only available on a certain amount bet? Am I correct here?

Can't afford to make a $500 bet on each roll. Cheesy Those free spins are really interesting.

It was a 'buy feature' bet made by the player, not a normal one.
So betting $500 was a total risk but had higher possibilities of gaining big rewards like they did, but nobody expected them to be making over $2.5M in just one bet. Salute to their brave attempt and their wins.
896  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔶 YOLOdice.com 🔶 suspending on 1st March 2021 :-( on: February 22, 2021, 10:14:20 PM
Exactly, unless if the buyer was had a business here and also a reputable one, the long-time running gambling site. I guess it is considerable in that case.

I just now heard a gambling site was closing but the reputation remained valuable, I truly salute you Ethan, and your partner on this business. I guess you have other business outside in the crypto world. Hopefully, one of these days you and your partner will change your mind and reoperate this site again.

Farewell to you.

I think that even if any buyer has respectable business, then also, as Ethan said, they must not sell their business to anybody. It took ages for many people to develop such big businesses and yolodice has got enough reputation built already which may not be sold to any other guy because a business run by a good person should only be his, or should me winded up.
897  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 WINZ.IO 🚀 BITCOIN MINING ADVENTURE ₿₿₿ UP TO 6 BTC IN BONUSES 🥇🥈🥉 on: February 22, 2021, 08:53:12 PM
They are offering some very interesting bonuses which are making gamblers very interested. Those who didn't know about winz.io bonuses yet I hope they know now, and they will create winz.io account (those who don't have account) and deposit to get this bonus.

Bonus in btc is upto 1 btc which is above $53000 and in fiat, it is just €100 on any new user's first deposit. A good trick to make new gamblers choose crypto over fiat and this will boost their chances of seeing spikes in number of multi-registrations too.
898  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🔶 YOLOdice.com 🔶 suspending on 1st March 2021 :-( on: February 22, 2021, 08:32:48 PM
Here's my thinking: YOLOdice is not for sale. Definitely not to a random unknown buyer. I can image a few scenarios in which I would consider selling YOLOdice, but I don't think it would be an easy process. As you can imagine, it's not just about the money.

Feeling bad about the site and while goodbyes are never good, we must say it some day, so today is the day. And I agree that selling it to some unknown buyer may have hazardous effects both, to your reputation as well as the site's name if that buyer's intentions are not good or if they are not professional enough to handle the site the way you did. It has many emotions attached, so selling it will not be good for the business and I hope you will make it even better and present us with something that is unavailable in the gambling industry right now. Smiley

For those who did not see: Largest win in Sweet Bonanza History from a bonus buy on Stake. And the withdrawal was processed instantly

Are you kidding me, Stunna?
I can't believe my eyes when I really watched that guy making huge money out of a high bet placed. Many congratulations to that user who managed to grab such a big win through a buy feature and even withdrew everything instantly. I have now become a big fan of slots.  Shocked
900  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Instant BTC & ETH withdraws | Live games & Slots! | VIP | on: February 22, 2021, 07:00:23 PM
Yes I am a stupid woman for losing my money there but also what only when I tell them that their behaviour is predatory and I have no money left they close my account and pretend they never knew different?! This can't be right.

They did it in your interest because you were interested in stopping yourself from losing more, so they permanently stopped you by closing your account. But if you are an addict, you already know that you will go back to some other website today, tomorrow or maybe some other day and will start gambling again. You should look for your behavior when you are trying to figure out how to fight an addiction, instead of looking for theirs.
