linux version v0.15.3 on linux thrwing huge errors on x16rt -- downgraded to 0.15.2 no issues.
What errors? What cards? Please, specify more details.

sorry should have been more specific, I apologize.  Specifically, 90%+ of the shares were being rejected off of all the gpus (rx580 8gb).  No other descriptive errors were given -- when I backed off one release it was fine.  Mining Gincoin on Gos.cx.  I should mention I am mining on SMOS.
Errmmm, there are miners with version 0.15.3.8 on gos.cx mining GIN coin, and I don't think they are mining with that amount of rejected shares. Probably you are running with too high mem clocks(like 2000+), and that can cause a problem with modified kernels in new release.

Thanks.

I've also noticed that the reported hashrate varies by quite a bit.  Is this calculated based on actual results or something else?  Here's an example:
Looks like you are mining x16 family algo, or similar(bitcore, timetravel and x21s). Each of these algorithms have hashorder thing. By simply saying, more green there - higher hashrate Smiley
124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: WildRig Multi 0.15.3.8: AMD miner with multialgo support on: March 02, 2019, 01:49:17 PM
Is it possible to exit gracefully after a GPU has an issue?  I have a GPU that will occasionally hang/stop reporting (due to OverDriveSettings) and in order to get it working again I either have to disable/enable or reboot.  Some times when I try to close out the miner window the entire computer will lock up and I have to power reset it.
Trying different things here, but driver still prefer hang instead of release gpu.

Also - I enabled the logging feature and this turned off the colored output to the screen.  Anyway to get it back?
No, for that some additional work needed on miner side, but that won't be in near future.

Hi. Does this miner need some special parameters to work with miningrigrentals? I use

Quote
wildrig.exe --print-full --algo hmq1725 --opencl-threads auto --opencl-launch auto --url us-central01.miningrigrentals.com:3333 --user username.rig --pass x
if ERRORLEVEL 1000 goto custom
timeout /t 5
goto loop

:custom
echo Some error happened, put custom command here
timeout /t 5
goto loop

and only get this

Try to use correct port from start(it should be somewhere in your control panel). Don't know why, but right now miner get some wrong data from pool for reconnection(port 5 is definitely not good).
126  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: WildRig Multi 0.15.3.8: AMD miner with multialgo support on: February 27, 2019, 07:40:49 AM
best stable for me atm (have to wait one hour minimum) is 2 threads and 17 intensity (11.2MH)
with auto settings i got 12.2MH but one card cant handle this and after some time the others follow
Well, auto-parameters are for those configuration I use when benchmarking, so with lower voltage/etc. it can be not the optimal one Smiley
127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: WildRig Multi 0.15.3.8: AMD miner with multialgo support on: February 27, 2019, 07:29:46 AM
i disabled mem_p3 and mem is running slowly and cold...but core side is a big problem on my rig - 1 thread gives horrible low hs Sad
what if try 1 thread with higher intensity?

for example?
auto-parameters are 2 threads and intensity 18, so try --opencl-threads 1 --opencl-launch 19x0 or even 20. Try that with --benchmark to find what is best(stable) for your cards. With this parameter hashrate will be stable because of static hashorder.

THX - thats way better...11MHs and much lower power consumption and heat
But don't forget to remove --benchmark afterward! Smiley This is only for finding best parameters, hashrate with pool will differ, depends on current hashorder

how to handle problems with this miner at X21s and Vega 56/64?

got many trouble to run it on my CN optimized rig with windows 10 and 18.6.1 drivers - but i cant get it stable

with 1400mhz and 910mv some cards are crashing the whole computer and not only the software...with 1350mhz i have it stable for some minutes but temps growing fast and mining performance goes way down to 8MHs

i use --opencl-threads auto --opencl-launch auto
Try to lower memory clocks, they are not so important on this algo. This should make less heat. Also try lower intensity or 1 thread instead of 2(it used when auto set). Problem here is Lyra2 part(pretty hot), and core intensive calculations in general.

Hello! I have problems with my r7 260x! Driver 15.12.
Oh, driver 15.12 is too old. Try newer one, 18.6.1

Hello! I have problems with my r7 260x! Driver 15.12.

damn, still not working... looks like need to buy one of those cards %) Next week I won't be around my dev-pc, so will return to this question later

As always tt-miner is not suspected to contain any virus - so no exception required in windows defender: https://www.virustotal.com/#/url/f80ff82eb6654f4f038ac5a7d8a3678a11b6af73086484fb2a9c9daef4a7edf8/detection
Just living this link here ) I was curious how you get that clean tests, but looks like virustotal doesn't work with archives Smiley So this is still not an easy task to make miner "not a miner" for anti-viruses.
134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: WildRig Multi 0.15.3.8: AMD miner with multialgo support on: February 15, 2019, 10:19:39 AM
i have wildrig-multi-windows-0.15.3.8-beta
i have text:

@echo off

:loop

wildrig.exe --print-full --algo MTP --opencl-threads auto --opencl-launch auto --url zcoin.mintpond.com:3000 --user Dn7MMYjVQqenT11VFDYHfFdwXmSTRUTak --pass x

if ERRORLEVEL 1000 goto custom
timeout /t 5
goto loop

:custom
echo Some error happened, put custom command here
timeout /t 5
goto loop

no mining, white? i have 2x rx580

MTP algo not supported since version 0.15.2. Will be returned sometime later with improvements, but I have no plans for it right now.

How can I solve this, I am on windows 10

thank you
Hi, what drivers are you running?

update: hmm, looks like my bad, tonga has some different instruction set from other GCN 3rd gen cards(e.g. Fiji). Will try to fix it in next release, before that you can use older version(0.15.2.2)
137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: WildRig Multi 0.15.3.7: AMD miner with multialgo support on: February 09, 2019, 10:46:46 AM
0.15.3.7 beta
- tuned auto parameters for RX550 and for some algorithms for other gpu's
138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: WildRig Multi: new miner for AMD with multialgo support on: February 06, 2019, 07:52:11 PM
Please, please bring back support for Hawaii.  Wildrig is pretty much the only thing I can use...
Thanks
Done, check build 0.15.3.3

Please, please optimise the x16 suite of algos, there's a lot of work to be done there, don't waste your time on BMW512, lol, who needs that shizzle anyway?!
Newer version have slight improvement, now instead of ~10.8MH/s it get 11MH/s on RX580 in benchmark mode with all hash-funcs included in hash order Smiley
139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: WildRig Multi: new miner for AMD with multialgo support on: February 06, 2019, 01:15:49 PM
I am dissapointed. No Lyra2zz for Lapo blockchain yet Sad
It's already implemented in sgminer-phi2-branch pretty well, and I need to work on other things, so...

bmw512 added only because it's already implemented in miner(it used as a part for x16 family algorithms) Smiley
140  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: WildRig Multi: new miner for AMD with multialgo support on: February 05, 2019, 08:45:27 AM
Is it possible to release a .bin for gfx804 (Lexa)?
please, try new version Smiley

Do you plan to add Beam support? It would be good. Your miner has good quality. Also, if it is possible add Nicehash compatibility for Beam. Thank you.
some day, but not in near future. Equihash family algorithms need some additional work not only for kernels, but for part where miner communicate with pools.
