I reached out to the receiving exchange and they are not able to help.
If you sent an enormous amount, you better double-check their ToS, see if they really can't get the fund back.

Is there any way i could get this transaction reversed or at least sent back to the original sending address? Is it anything I could do at all?
Nope, cryptocurrencies do not work this way, any confirmed transaction within the blockchain won't be reversible, well it theoretically can, but in your case, there is nothing you can do.

If you think the amount is worth to getting back, as I said it first, try to examine the ToS, see whether the exchange stated any wrong payment information or statement about it. If they are able to help, sometimes there are fees required to get the funds back, and it might take a long process and I think you have to deal with KYC and that kind of stuff. Or if the exchange can't help, then there is nothing you can do but to learn it as a lesson.

How do i go about doing this ? What exactly is Tos?

Hello, I sent UST coins from my coinbase account to a USDT ERC20 address at a different exchange as a deposit. I reached out to the receiving exchange and they are not able to help. I also reached out to coinbase , but due to the high call volume, I'm unable to get live help. I also tried submitting a ticket online , but I'm unable to get the ticket submitted ( it keeps saying that the amount, email or hash address is incorrect).

so first of all u need to do is open ticket and tell everything usually token has same address this actually become comoon issue people throw token to erc20 address and customer service usually will aks you signature message kyc and etc

I tried talking to the exchange that i sent the coins to but, they are saying its nothing they could do. They are saying that they dont even Support that coin. But from what I read here and some research that i did online said that they have the private keys so they could actually rocover. Im just not having any luck getting the exchange to do it.
