Ouch. So sorry!

Thank you for spotting this! You did something there what we (apparently wrongly) assumed is impossible according to the protocol: multiple outputs to the same address. Could you tell us which client you've used?

Of course you will be reimbursed. Your bet:
http://luckyb.it/browse?search=1HxWujvkBjbejSUBjdB89wA5FCr8XtpPK4

Multiplier: x1.2
Bet total: 0.023
Processed: 0.005
Paid out: 0.006
Remainder: 0.018
Missing payout: 0.0216

Shall we send it to 1HxWujvkBjbejSUBjdB89wA5FCr8XtpPK4 ?

We are very sorry that the site didn't work as it should.  Angry

are you guys always putting 0.0001 transaction fee, irrespective of the size?
It makes some transactions low-priority, they may take a long time to confirm (if ever), like this one here:
https://blockchain.info/tx/fd45028306d6e61664f28dbe8ecf995473a71218c7497c5c4d8200c949ee6b9f

No, we are scaling the transaction fee depending on the size. The default fee of 0.0001 is paid by the user, everything above that (due to size) is covered by us.

Looking at the transaction that you've posted it seems that there is a problem somewhere. This transaction should have at a size of 4kB a fee of 0.0004. (We're complying with 0.8.2 rules). Thanks for spotting this, we'll try to fix it ASAP.

Hey,

we would like to use this account as a support account for our new game. It's therefore not bound to a certain person, and will be used exclusively to provide customer support in the game's thread. Are there any special rules to consider in this case?

If not we just have to wait until we get out of this newbie section, right? Are we getting notified for that? Is it an automatic process?

Cheers,
The LuckyBit Team
