I can confirm that the player had multiple accounts. This is in breach of our T&Cs. The link between accounts is without doubt, and also the additional accounts did not have activity from other IP addresses. Regardless, our T&Cs expressly prohibit more than one account per household or IP.

I can confirm that they placed bets on identical selections of identical events, in a deliberate attempt to circumvent our bet limits.

I can also confirm that the player has been able to withdraw more than they deposited.

As I said previously, we run an honest business and we're really trying our best. I hope this closes the matter. Thanks again for your support!

Thanks for raising this with us. I'm sorry that our CS weren't more helpful in sharing the reasons behind your account closure. Sincerely I apologise we didn't communicate better with you. I've looked into your case personally, and we've also studied our failures in communication here so we can take steps to help avoid them from happening in the future.

We have a responsibility to protect the privacy of our customers and so I am not able to share specific account or bet information in public. That said, I would like to highlight certain clauses in our terms and conditions that are the reason for the closure of your accounts.

Specifically:
5.1.9.2. Only one account per customer/IP/household is allowed. If you attempt and/or successfully open more than one account, all of your accounts may be blocked, suspended or closed and any bitcoin credited to your account frozen.

7.13. Winnings will be paid into your account after the final result is confirmed by the official governing authority of such sport or competition. However, Cloudbet reserves the right to set aside any winnings should there be any investigation resulting from any suspicion of criminal activities that may have affected the result. If match fixing is confirmed by the official integrity organisation of the event, Cloudbet retains the right to void any related bets.

11.1. It is strictly forbidden to use any automated software and/or computer system in direct, or indirect conjunction with the services provided by Cloudbet, including the performance of actions such as sending information from your computer to another computer with installed and active software and/or systems designed to provide you with an unfair advantage.

11.3. The result of any of the above activities mentioned will result in all bets being void and accounts permanently blocked.


I can confirm that your account is in breach of one or more of the above clauses and has been closed.

I can also confirm that our decision in this case is to void all bets and return your deposit, and given you have already withdrawn more than your deposit, the account has been closed.  I can also confirm that your other accounts have also been closed, although all funds from all other accounts were already withdrawn by you. The link between the accounts (and bets they have made) is without doubt.
