Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Always look at the coins MAX supply
|
on: July 07, 2020, 04:37:48 PM

I think the most important is the amount in circulation, from which we can calculate the current market capitalization of that coin. Then we need to refer to its vesting period, usually, it takes a long time for a coin to reach its maximum supply.
The market cap is distributed among the amount in circulation. To predict the price performance in long term, you need to figure out the emission of coins and then look at max supply to understand how widely capital will be distributed and diluted in the chain. Of course, that's why I said that we need to research about its vesting periods, for the long term price. The most obvious example is XRP, when they unlock millions of XRP every month for teams and organizations, and with that number, we can easily make a decision whether or not to invest.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Do not participate in non reputed bounty managers campaign

How about in the altcoin section? Whose manager you trusted for an altcoin campaign. Of course those managers you mentioned are in btc paid campaign, and some here prefer an altcoin campaign projects cause mostly what they handled are only signature campaign. Unlike in altcoin there are social and also some blog related promotions.
I think the best one is bubblealex, arteezy and bounty detective, especially the last cause he has too many projects active.
I remembered BD have many failed projects when they started, but now seem like they have many good projects for hunters. Arteezy was most active last year, but seem like quite recently. So this time we see almost bounties in altcoins section come from BD In my opinion some other projects they run the bounty program themselves,so if it is okay, we can take a look.

You can do nothing now, except waiting and hope it will be listed on other exchanges. And be careful if you want to hold some kind of that coins, which have very low liquidity and the risk that it becomes worthless if the dev team leaves the project and it is delisted on all exchanges. It looks like the project is dead, so I believe this project will never be listed on any other exchanges. It is best to forget this investment and see it as a lesson in this market Yes, I have checked too, so we have an experience here, if you want to hold a shit coin, may be you need to choose an ERC20 token, which atleast can be traded on Forkdelta (but price and liquidity is very low), instead of the coins with their own blockchain. If their blockchain shutdown, you lost all.

Many people say forget about Bounty and Airdrop since the market went to bearish in 2018, but in the past 2 years I see we can still make money from it, so there's no reason to say like you. Bounty & Airdrop will be different every time, so hunters need to change to make money.

Well, you probably don't know about the many Futures trading contests on many derivatives exchanges that still take place often. If you have the ability, the prize is very attractive, when they spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on the winners. And of course, it will not affect the market of any coin.

I still prefer etherscan because their interface is very user-friendly, and they integrate exchange like coinmarketcap so you can see which exchange the token is listed on. But currently I mainly use ETH token explorer bot on Telegram, it's much faster and more convenient.

Here's the reason we should not store our assets on exchange, like this newsAccording to the article it could be a type of exit plan. This can be happened in any exchanges. There are many ways to lose our funds this is the one example. I don't think an exchange that all of us know that they fake trading volume like IDAX has such a large amount of money in a cold wallet. According to their latest announcement, I think IDAX CEO exit scam. They are very suspicious when not long ago been accused of fraudulent projects listing IEO on their exchange.

Everybody is complaining about bounty projects that failed to pay bounty hunters after bounty ends, these projects are not fake and they are trading with good volume on exchanges, they intentionally ignore hunters, there are few others that pays half of the bounty hunters and forget the rest, i feel your pain and anger but i think you should consider my thought, follow good bounty managers on this forum and you will always get paid, among good bounty managers i 100% trust arteezy and bubbalex, i don't know how they always do it but hunters always get paid, seem they take their job very serious, most projects that don't pay hunters are from new bounty managers or self managed by the project teams.
Do make sure you do your research though, sometimes not all projects from good bounty managers are legit.
Yes, but some projects from them is still do their promise. Bounty manager is just the person responsible for managing and calculating the stakes for the bounty, and all the rest such as the number of allocated tokens and the time of allocation is the decision of the project team. Prestigious BMs will find truly legit projects, so hunters will feel safe joining those bounty campaigns.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HEX, worth it?

Hello, have you heard about upcoming airdrop to all BTC holders? HEX is going to airdrop 10 000HEX tokens for every 1BTC that you hold in your private wallet. There is a big hype around it, someone say that is a scam, someone that is a legit project with interesting returns. What are your thoughts about it? This airdrop for BTC holders seem like so quiet, compare with many Bitcoin fork events before like BCH, BTG, etc. I have look through their website and I can say that this is a legit project. All you need to do is just hold BTC in your private wallet. So there is nothing to worry about it.

This is a crazy story. This morning I also heard that IDAX owner ran away with cold wallet keys. Not very sure where the whole crypto is moving. By seeing all these bad things, crypto market will not survive for long.
Yes, so many FUDs this time. Many China exchanges's office was shut down in their country because of police, IDAX's CEO run away, and now Upbit was hacked but for me 50 mil will not effect too much to ETH price. We can see BTC is pumping and reach $ 7k8 now.

Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it time to buy Basic Attention Token (BAT)?
|
on: November 29, 2019, 04:44:15 PM

In my view investment in BAT is a good decision.BAT team trying to develop their project.they are accepted in brave browser and now planning to mozilla firefox. Which is good move.If you buy BAT now you are going to make profit from BAT.
BAT has a potential token in the future. A brave browser, many users mean many believe in BAT tokens and invest there, I only have a few BAT tokens for the future and if there is a new step in my BAT token analysis maybe I will add more to my investment. Yes, but currently BAT have a large market cap (around 300 mil USD) meaning it will have fewer chances to pump its price in the future than the medium market cap coins. But it appears to be a safe investment option because of its significant user base. I'm using Brave everyday instead of chrome, because of the ad blocking ability as well as it's lighter.

I agree, there should be development, new projects should be born. But! Now the teams of new crypto projects need to try very hard to attract investors. The days of easy money are over. And it's good for the crypto industry. Only really strong and useful projects will be able to attract people and have success.
Yes, as you said, the glory day of easy money is completely over. We are witnessing the daily maturity of the crypto market. Projects that are weak and uncompetitive will be eliminated, instead being more realistic projects, with many use cases as well as the significant amount of users.
