Username: Coef Date Joined: Sep 8th 2014 PD is undoubtedly the most trustworthy bitcoin dice site, and is one of the only three sites I feel comfortable leaving a good amount of bitcoin there for an extended period of time. I have read some of MICRO's recent posts about how fast the PD support is nowadays, but (un)fortunately I have never experienced a problem in my login or deposits or withdraws, and so I cannot experience the improvement.

Haha, no wonder I found the thread a bit familiar. And a month before creating the thread you linked, they had another attempt in https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1025679.0;all which again a user just claimed to have won big from that site. If you check the post history of that user and OP of this thread, you will notice both the two accounts were inactive for many months, and suddenly come back to "share their lucky story". And in that thread, you can also find a few users coming from nowhere after MIA for months (what a coincidence!) to tell people how "great" the site is.

Nice. I notice a small issue while I check the link. When I view it using Firefox, the text goes beyond the gray box and I am unable to read the complete message. Screenshot using Firefox: When I view it using Chrome, the word wrapping works perfectly. Screenshot using Chrome:

As thanks for pointing that out, I'll give you 0.1 BTC in tickets. What address would you like it to go to, if you win it? Oh thanks. 1DnAp7MfiGEkT7MknroXfpgDwP4bM1XwCC please.

I see on the above on the page, but what does that #1233000 stand for?
Bitcoin block number 1233000 (BTW, I really appreciate all these questions as they help me understand what's not clear about the site to improve it. I got a lot of work cut out for me ) Not sure if I am understanding you correctly there, but the current bitcoin block height is 383134, shouldn't the draw 1 end in block 384 000? BTW, it will take roughly 16 years to get to block 1233000. I am not sure I want to keep my bet stuck for that long lol.

Tell me best dice sites for playing! Primedice is the most popular and most trusted. PRC has the largest max profit per bet at ~280 btc at its current bankroll size. Sharpdice has a very low house edge of ~0.1% for relatively small sized bets, while Safedice has a 0.5% house edge for any bet with a profit <= 8.87 btc at its current bankroll size. The dice game on Nitorgensports has a jackpot which makes the EV positive from time to time.

Very interesting idea. So basically the more the players gambled, the less positive the EV becomes. I will surely join it when the provably fair system is finalized. The Bitcoin Lottery draw #1 ends in 869 bitcoin blocks (#1233000)

Not exactly. I'm talking about one, where the randomness is coming from the blockchain.
There are http://bettingblocks.com/ and http://block777.com/, in which you can gamble on which pool will find a particular block. I have also seen a few sites that allow people to gamble on the block hash or the "nonce" of the block (eg. Is the last number in the hash odd or even? Is the last two digit of the nonce <50? etc), but those sites didn't seem to get much attention and soon disappeared.

I am interested in investing. Your explanation about the investment return is little unclear to me, especially part given below.
"... The original investor's 15 coins now make up 75% and the new investor's 5 coins make up 25% of the total bankroll. If now another 10 coins are lost by players, the first investor gets 7.5 coins and the second investor gets 22.5 coins, bringing their investments up to 22.5 and 7.7 coins respectively...."
In the above scenario given in your website, the second investor should earn 2.5 coins (not 22.5 coins, because 25% of 10 coins is 2.5 coins) and bring the investment of the second investor to 7.5 coins. Please let me know, if I misunderstand your description.
I believe the writer of that paragraph forgets about the 50% commission here, though he had that in mind when he was writing the earlier section and was talking about the situation with just one investor. If some players have lost 10 bitcoin, the investors will only be able to share 50% of the profit, ie. 5 bitcoin only. The investor with 75% stake should get 3.75 btc while the second investor with 25% stake should get 1.25 btc.
