Queria tentar esse procedimento em Debian mas sem ter que instalar mais app stores. Não sei porque raio tem que haver app store. Devia ser tudo feito apenas com o apt e pronto. Não me apetece nada andar a instalar mais o snapd. Ou então posso tentar fazer a cena aqui no PC do trabalho! Se calhar é o que vou fazer. Como tenho andado com imensos problemas com o meu PC do trabalho, instalar mais uma merda ou outra também não via ficar pior de certeza. Neste momento estou a correr uma live distro através d euma pen porque desconfio que tenho um problema no SSD e está sempre a dar erros críticos e a reiniciar (Windows BSODs). Não vejo problema de instalar o app da Chrome store para realizar esse procedimento. É seguro você já usa o authy mesmo e eles tem todas as suas senhas... Isso seria para fazer um backup delas. |

And do you think that channel/node managers, if they can earn $1/transaction, will keep $0.05?  You can have thousands of channels, without a doubt, but everyone will seek to obtain the greatest profitability from having equipment connected 24 hours a day to keep the channels open. In addition to the obligation to keep Bitcoin staked in these channels. $1 a transaction was basically the on-chain cost just a month ago.... I dont see this coming to LN, which was designed to cost sub satoshis (an unit specifically created for LN fees) And as i said, I don't think LN is enough (as it is too complex to use) and more layer 2 option will show up |

Pior que nem a receita federal e nem Binance tomam qualquer atitude a respeito do caso. Prevejo que dessa forma, a Binance irá perder muitos clientes brasileiros se não decidir abrir uma filial aqui no Brasil. Aguardemos o início de 2024 para saber se algo mudará.
De repente no começo do ano a Binance consegue criar algo aqui para ser considerada brasileira. Entretanto, isso é resultado do lobby daquela ABCcripto, que ficava no congresso pedindo para banirem a binance. A Foxbit sempre me atendeu bem, nunca tive problemas e também nunca vi polêmicas com ela, acho que vou usar ela se precisar vender algo em 2024
Infelizmente não posso dizer o mesmo. Sofri muito na mão da foxbit em 2017. Eles derrubavam o site que o preço subia muito, demorava mais de 7 dias para creditar um TED... taxas eram muito abusivas, gastava uns 10% de taxas para depositar BRL e sacar BTC pra carteira. Caro e ruim. Não passava confiava nenhuma. Acredito que podem ter melhorado. Não sei como andam as taxas e nem a qualidade do serviço. Se ainda demoram 1 semana pra creditar o pix. Sei q eles reformularam tudo no site. Fizeram até campanha na aba local. Não sei como estar agora. Você teve recentemente problemas do tipo q eu mencionei? Não sei qual irei usar. Torcendo pra binance conseguir se virar... Acho q o mercado bitcoin foi comprado por uma gringa. |

For example: imagine that when a transaction is sent, the average fee to be processed in the next block (approximately 10 minutes) is 80 sat/vB. However, the sender only includes a fee of 50 sat/vB. The network continues to operate normally, and after 2 days, the transaction is still not processed. At this point, it enters a waiting queue where the oldest transactions are processed first, in sequential order. Since there are still 100 transactions ahead of it, it will have to wait for several more blocks to be processed. In the end, the transaction is processed, for instance, 52 hours after it was originally sent.
This solution already exists. You can create a 23 sat/vB transaction, broadcast it, and then use ----> https://mempool.space/ speed up service in order to speed up obtaining confirmations. Then you can use your bank card, gift card, or other payment method in order to speed up Confirm the transaction. He is suggesting that the old transactions get confirmed even if they pay low fees. Mempool.space service is offering a way for you to confirm your transaction while paying for that service. You just pay for miners directly instead of paying fees. That's a bit different.. |

The problem is that there is no such thing as "the mempool", every node has its own mempool with the transactions it received. A transaction may be in a mempool of one node and not in other node..
In my opinion, The problem isn't the economy of the ecosystem , the incentive of the miner or how they chose the transactions thay goes into blocks. Those things should not change, as they work in a very delicate equilibrium.
Ordinals problem should be faced directly imo. They should move to l2 solutions, or l2 solutions should be improved so everyone could use them. I don't think LN is enough, as it is still hard to use imo.
Ordinals in LN would be amazing for everyone.

tinha um de celular, agora nao sei se era do google ou da microsoft... q se perder ou estragar o celular ja era seu 2FA...
Mas se você tem acesso a ele, pode fazer um backup ou habilitar em outro dispositivo, não precisa perder o 2fa O importante é você salvar o segredo de todo 2fa que você ativar em um local seguro. Pode ser inclusive outro 2fa, ou um arquivo codificado com uma senha forte Todo 2fa antes de ser ativado tem um segredo associado, que vem na forma de texto e de qr code. As pessoas costumam ignorar o texto e ficar só no qr code |

Face ao valor atual do dessas moedas, não devo obter uma grande quantia. Fiz umas contas por alto e deve dar uns 20€ ou 30€, claro que é dinheiro, mas não vou expor para já a seed dos meus endereços.
Se você mover seus bitcoins para outra carteira com outra seed, não existe risco nenhum Além de ser um bom exercício para desenvolver suas habilidades com chaves privadas e recuperação de forks. Nunca se sabe quando pode ser util. |

Pergunta: Vocês continuarão a utilizar a Binance mesmo assim ? Ou partirão para uma exchange "nacional" ?
Estou com o mesmo problema É a cara do Brasil, já que as corretoras nacionais não melhoram, vamos piorar as internacionais. Vamos ter que voltar a usar foxbit e mercado bitcoin? Acho que são as maiores. |

Senti falta da Argentina, especialmente pela vitória do Milei.. olhando aqui nem sequer teve mudanças nas pesquisas por argentinos com as eleições.
Essas estatísticas não sei se são muito confiáveis... Talvez, os argentinos e os turcos (provavelmente um dos países com maior adocao) tenham que usar vpn daí os dados são mascarados? A Rússia tb usa muito bitcoin, vemos pela presença deles no fórum... e não está nessa lista. |

Claro que existem muitas pessoas que são 'contra' a regulação, mas grandes players como Coinbase e Kraken e no Brasil, empresas como Hashdex sempre tiveram que gastar muito com advogados até pra ficarem compliance com coisas que não sabem o que deveria ser. Por isso adorei a nota. Gensler e reguladores podem falar que não está sendo seguido o que eles querem, mas é preciso deixar bem claro que ninguém tem ideia de quais são as regras.
Tem até uma piada parecida com a RF '' Eles não dizem quando eu devo pagar, mas se eu pagar errado, vão me cobrar''.
É bem assim com a SEC também
Um tempo atrás ouvi um podcast sobre a história da hashdex e achei muito bom. O Brasil é um país bem pra frente na regulação de cripto. Já temos etf de bitcoin há uns 2 anos. |

edit2: hoje vi o pessoal da Paradigma Education falando para o pessoal farmar o (possível) airdrop da EigenLayer, talvez alguém se interesse. (fonte: https://twitter.com/ParadigmaEdu/status/1738978871087702198) Não parei para ler a respeito, mas parece que você usa seus ethers (ETH) já stackados em outro lugar para fazer restaking deles.. Ficou difícil entender com a minha explicação, mas na prática deve ser tão fácil quanto conectar sua carteira e clicar em 2 botões  Maneiro, avisa aí se você fizer mesmo. Será que tem q deixar stack bastante tempo? Confesso que tenho medo desses smartcontracts. Esse rendimento sera insignificante , e tenho medo de arriscar meus eth a toa.. Não deixaria muito tempo num staking assim não. |

Se você tinha algum Bitcoin parado nessa data, você ainda tem os Bitcoin Cash.. você não precisava fazer nada para ganhá-los..
BCH não está valendo muito agora (US$ 230), mas vale a pena conferir seus endereços antigos em algum explorador de blocos.
Tenho de verificar isso. Como é que se pode fazer? Alguma plataforma que ajuda nesse processo? A melhor forma é você ir em todos os seus endereços começados com 1 (ppis não existia segwit em 2017 no fork) e olhar se houve movimentação neles e algum saldo em 2017. Pode olhar no mempool.space mesmo. Daí você recupera em qq wallet. Eu fiz um guia usando a coinomi anos atrás. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3157356.0Em português o guia. Você pode simplesmente baixar a coinomi e seguir o guia. Mova seus bitcoin antes que não haverá risco de perder nada. |

What caused those problems? Are they using a non-standard derivation path for Ethereum? Yes, non standard. Just like Ledger. Couldn't you import the original Coinomi seed phrase into an Ethereum wallet instead of looking for a specific private key that corresponds to your Ethereum address?
You can't. It is in a different derivation path. I am not sure if it might be helpful to better highlight which numbers are changeable and which numbers have formulas.
What about this?  All the cells that need to be edited are highlighted in Green. Every other format is directly computed from those green cells cells. Settling a unique format for the cells to be edited can be a nice idea, even more if this is coherent across the various spreadsheets. Yes. That does look better in terms of highlighting that the green fields are the ones in which data would be entered, and then Viola!!!!! The spreadsheet will do the remainder of the calculations based on what is put into the green input fields.. although the labels are not input fields.. #justsaying.. hahahahaha I just edited the labels as per your suggestion! And Voilà!!!!! Now the spreadsheets updates automatically when you enter the numbers in the green cells. I can’t wait to see the final website. Even if I have a concern: if you want to play with those hypothesis, you might want to come back multiple times. Coming back multiple times call for some sort of registration: but is this privacy friendly? Thanks for the spelling lesson.. yet I am not sure if i understand the reference for coming back multiple times and a potential triggering of registration? Is that referring to the creation of a website, and attempts at monetization? because there are a lot of bitcoin related sites that allow playing around and manipulating of data, but no need to register. Personally, I will try to avoid any registration (unless we decide to monetize some functionalities.) That is false you won't lose your Funda by reusing the same address. It is just bad for privacy, as your address balance is public. also if i have like 0.10 BTC on electrum but this btc split to 5 adresses doesnt that mean in
order to spend this 0.10 i need to pay the transaction fees 5 times since i need to send 0.02 five times? You are correct. It isn't exactly 5 times, but is is almost that. Every transaction you receive is an UTXO. You need to pay for each utxo you transfer. However, the calculation is not that simple and it also depends in how many outputs (destination addresses) you want to send your coins to. |
