441  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Wall of coins? Scam Site? on: May 17, 2018, 05:19:47 PM
I  just joined this forum because of a terrible experience the first time I tried to purchase Bitcoins thru Wall of Coins. As a newbie I tried several websites but chose WOC. I liked the way they described purchasing bitcoins as simple fast easy- you just go to the bank-deposit cash in sellers account-e-mail the receipt to WOC and within minutes you have your bitcoins. HA!    I did go and deposited the money(only $200.00 ) within the specified time. I got my receipt and went to the mail store where it was scanned and e-mailed. Got home and recd e-mail that they don't accept scans. I was told to takea picture of the receipt with my cellphone AND ONLY MY CELLPHONE and e-mail it.  I explained that the camera in my cellphone hadn't worked for several years-The guy kept telling me to take a picture with my cellphone I guess he didn't know that you can't take pictures if the camera doesn't work.  He helpfully suggested that I get a new phone. Then he suggested that I borrow a phone from a friend or relative. I was thrilled that purchasing bitcoins was going to involve travelling long distances. He wouldn't budge. As soon as they have your money you have to play by their incredibly stupid rules. For example you have to photo the receipt just as it is(with a cellphone only) then you have to write on the receipt exactly what they tell you to write ( I wrote To: Wall of coins and it was rejected because I forgot to write .com)  Then after writing some idiotic things on the receipt (for example you have to include the words "for refunds call 1-866-841-2646 (DO NOT FORGET THE 1)I suppose because they don't know their own phone #. I spent over an hour and a half at the mail store having the owner take pictures of the receipt and e-mail them. The store closed and the "support" guy still wasn't satisfied.  Oh well  so what if  I would have to go back the next day and spend another $10.00 on another LYFT round trip. Finally I had enough.  All I wanted was a refund so I could go somewhere (ANYWHERE) else for my bitcoins. Turns out if you want a refund you have to do everything exactly the same as if you still wanted the f******bitcoins. Ne edless to say that in the beginning they gave me 90 minutes to make the deposit but from then on they had all the time in the world. I made the deposit May 3rd and it is now the  17th and they are now finally "attempting" to get my refund from the seller. I thought I was going insane for a while until I found several forums where perfectly nice sane people had had even worse experiences than mine. I am writing this so maybe I can save  one person from a Wall of Coins nightmare. Oh and by the way one of the posters on this forum is "rgenito" who is probably Robert Genito-the founder and CEO of Genitrust and Wall of Coins.

This like newbies getting into trouble with some fake websites and reporting after on this forum. Keep in your mind. Whenever you want to use any unknown websites or any services, Kindly create a new thread and confirm about that legitity first.

If you get the review says good then you can access it else whether it is wall of coins or any shit. You need to avoid and take your money to some other place where you see legitimate.

443  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Who are using bitcoinvanitygen is it legit or not? on: May 16, 2018, 06:23:01 PM
Guys do you know this site https://bitcoinvanitygen.com/ where we can make custom bitcoin address do you think its safe to make your own custom bitcoin address in that site to save bitcoin or use only for receiving and temporary stay bitcoins?
I never tested this site but i am planning to use this as my receiving address in the future..

Do not use this service, its a pure scam. Besides there are many people who got scammed by the service and you can see their complaints if you do a quick search on google.

If you want to get a vanity address, make sure you generate it by your own on your computer. Here is a reliable tutorial on how to make one : https://99bitcoins.com/how-to-get-a-custom-bitcoin-address/

I know this is an older thread but i wanted to point out that the 99bitcoins link takes you to an article that lists the ""bitcoinvanitygen" URL as option #2. So while you say don't do it, the link says it's ok.

To the original poster: I think there's really only two options: 1. Do it yourself or 2. Don't do it.
hope this helps

Have went through with all the reply by various people bro. After this reply bl4nkcode has been confirmed that there is the scam attempt report on the scam and accusation section mate. Better kindly you ignore these kind of website mate.
If you want to check the site whether it is legitimate or not. Use the badbitcoin.org. This will ensure who is the coming to you with scam project or not.
444  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Any good bitcointalk signature campaigns coming up? on: May 16, 2018, 06:03:14 PM
Does anyone know of any good signature campaigns for ICO's coming up in the next few months? The current one I'm doing will end in early April so I'm starting to look for the next one.

I suggest you to press the button of notification from the services and bounty section and always be up to date for new campaigns which conduct's ICO's, and i highly recommend the campaigns of manager yahoo62278 to be one of what you are looking for, He Opens a new campaign MB8 and if you want to be part of team, contact manager yahoo62278 or take time to read their ANN Thread for further information.

Dude actually this query is about upcoming campaign, he is not asking for campaign already opened and filled up with the participants completely. MB8 project is really good and managing by the good manager yahoo.
You all participants working with the yahoo's campaign really chap since his own campaign is running for long time.

So if you find the good signature campaign future you may notify when the time manager open up the thread on services section. That could be helpful one.
445  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: IPL( Indian Premier League) Prediction Thread, 2018. on: May 16, 2018, 05:44:45 PM
The previous two matches went as I predicted and made some profits Smiley Today I guess will be a tough one but well I think both teams are equally strong . If you are thinking of betting ,  here is my suggestion

Who will win? Mi or KXIP?
The link you provided is not working.

I think KXIP will be the winner because they have the strong batting at the top if Gayle will make any performance they it will be their day.Currently MI is playing at the moment they scored 60/3 in 5.5 overs pretty good start but they lost three early wicket so now they have to stable the innings. And in the big matches like these the chasing teams have better chance of winning.
MI finally made 186 runs in 20 overs after a horrible start, the man who is out of form Kireon Pollard made the MI innings stady by scoring 50 runs in 23 balls and finally he played at the big match. So now they have good total on the screen and also they have better bowling attack to defend these total if the MI can take some early wickets then they can win this match.

Whatever they do they out of the series already mate. MI will not come to compete for play off matches this time I believe. Then I see many people do not think that matches are really goin legit way. Completely all the matches seems fixed once the different team started gaining the points with out big efforts. Else opposite team not performing when the wickets in hand or potential to defend the team.
I really love IPL matches after seeing fixing matches really fed up about these team and committee.
446  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: GAMBLING ADDICTION: when it begin, and how to stop. Let me help you on: May 16, 2018, 05:32:29 PM
I can say that you narration is all about hasty generalization which is based on the experience you have or someone close to you had. I gamble and the beginning you enumerated does not in any way related to what I witnessed neither was it borne out of the quest to be rich or envious of those who made some money out of it. I actually started because I participated in the bounty of gambling sites that made it mandatory that the payment should be wagered at least once before being eligible for withdrawal while to others, it was as a result of payments made to their compulsory account created on the betting site.

And when I decide to tone it down, it was not because I became addicted and couldn't move on with life. It was borne out of the feeling of 'its a waste of time" and nothing else. Anytime I feel like making a run for my money, I try it out with the hope of losing and when I get disappointed, I am happy.

LOL, he seems written article from the own life incident. Whether it is Uncle you need to avoid the greediness and emotion while you are investing on the gambling platform. Most of the gambling is are not meant for you make the profit there.
Sometimes with the luck you may make the money but other than that you need to be careful with picking the odds, slot rolling and etc...
I always concentrate on sportsbetting other than I do not like and I would not invest on gambling sites mate.
447  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Merit not for sale! on: May 16, 2018, 05:13:04 PM
Merit is really what i need,i have no idea for that merit is for sale. But in my own,i want to have it in the way of like a people who will appreciate on my post through my hardwok, but not through buying.

Haha every newbies and low rank guys want to get the merits to rank up faster. This merit system will not allow you to grow faster in the forum bro. Please do not go with normal section to make the posts. There normally people would not give merits bro.
When you able to assist anyone automatically you will be started getting merits. So do not worry about it at all.

Some people may ask you like pay the fund I will the merits to you. You need to avoid those kind of people because that is not at all tolerated in meriting system.
448  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: EOS: just not backing down? on: May 13, 2018, 06:47:53 AM
EOS is going to be next first runner next to the Bitcoin and Ethereum. During the past three months it has boomed more than 100x times and the investors are getting very confident of their holding and the daily volume is increasing.

I personally expect some coin to pull down the ripple since it is shit centralized crypto currency. Whether it is EOS or some other altcoins I would support for it. Then when check the complete price history of the EOS shows predominant growth than any altcoins mate.
Then you can get the profit even investing on this coin today.
Better profit you can stay with all the top 10 alts. No need to worry at all.
449  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What is the value of a new token, new project on: May 13, 2018, 05:09:17 AM
[Snip]
The value of a new token?? Hmm.. you will only know it once it hit the market.
I guess the token he's trying to say here is "New" token, its the name if I'm correct.

And... Are you trying to hire someone to work with you or what? Just rephrase and tell us more about your upcoming project if its totally a project.

If we are correct he should make the post on announcement section right but he made the post on service discussion. How do we confirm that token name is newtoken then.
Better he should rewrite the op or reply back to us here. Other than that we cannot understand what he is trying to say us mate.
If we are right sure he needs the help of forum members to promote and be as advisor.
450  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: cloud mining or signature campaigns? on: May 13, 2018, 04:59:40 AM
both have their own character.
For cloud Mining certainly must have sufficient knowledge in the field of crypto, and also need to have adequate Hardware, its mean there must be capital.
Actually there is currently Devloper who has made special hardware to mine Cryptocurrency, and some are rent it out.

if the signature campaign, do not need capital, just join in bounty, follow the rules and do the task then we will be able to pay, although not as much as cloud mining and sometimes bounty can be scam. but I prefer the signature campaign.

I do not how you compare these and make post for it mate. Cloud mining is a scam attempt so far and mostly they scam the investors and lock their mining contract account with in a month of time.
Please do think also signature campaign with the cloud mining. Here many legit managers are available on this forum. They perfectly pays to their participants without any trouble.
451  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: 🔥🔥SMAS forum black list🔥🔥 on: May 13, 2018, 03:14:21 AM
This post has nothing to do in services discussion which i do believe this would really belong on Meta section.

Talking back towards the Topic, SMAS was created by Popular managers into this forum which do handle out signature campaigns ex. Lauda, yahoo, lutpin etc. which this list do compose of spammers in the campaign on where they do handle. If you are on Smas list then you are banned on joining into those campaigns handled by them which is unfortunate. You can removed yourself out but would really takes time depending if they would have the time to review your post quality once again.
My topic was moved

Still you are in the right place. If you want discuss about account reputation means you can move this thread to reputation section else you want to come relate this topic with forum activities. Then you can go with the meta section mate.
I see you have label says need merits. I do not think it is healthy for your account. Begging and trading merits are not acceptable one.
As soon as possible you move the thread to the section I have mentioned there. Sure you will get into DTs eye and smas manager's eyes as well. They give best opinion about this thread mate.
452  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which anonymous coin? on: May 13, 2018, 02:28:27 AM
Hey guys,

as I noticed that Im still missing an anonymous coin in my portfolio, Id like to ask for your suggestion.
Im thinking about Dash, Monero and Zcash. Right now I would prefer Dash as it has a huge community imho and a good Marketing.

Or should I go more risky and invest in coins like DeepOnion?

Thanks and greetings from Germany  Cool Cool

I think that all three are acceptable. I think that Monero is probably superior compared to both Dash and ZCash right now in terms of actual adoption, but I do feel like that the value of Dash is pretty under appreciated right now.

I'd say that have all three coins in your portfolio, because the anonymous coin market evolves fast, and you don't want to be left behind in any single coin.

Don't even bother touching DeepOnion, Verge, etc. which are all pump and dump, speculative tokens, that have no real life potential.

That great mate. The coins you mentioned are really good one as I know. Zcash and Monero are most favourite coin while i am mining with my rig. Security encryption from the zcash really awesome and then this coin is coded completely by the c++ alone mate.

I believe btc also pseudonymous coins until it is comes with the blockchain explorer and dynamic address has been used for each transaction. Do not have faith new cheap coins mate.
453  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is crypto bubble bursting finally? on: May 13, 2018, 02:07:26 AM
I'm really confused about the crypto market. As i see at other bubble in past crypto bubble seems nothing in from of them the dotcom bubble was over 6 trillion dollar 18 ago from now and the Cryptos is just collapsing just after touching 800 billion which seems nothing in front of other massive bubbles. What u guys think?

Crypto will not be a bubble and what happening to the market is not to be called collapsing but it was just manipulated by the big whales like Mt.Gox in which its all over the news. When you say bubble its mean the end of it and when you say collapsing it means its going down continuously but these did not happen in Crypto currency market in which after the price performance will dip it will rise up again like a roller coaster ride.

This time news came from the Korean exchange regulations made the price drop in the market mate. Please do not consider the dump and negative news. Whenever the regulation take place after we see many people comes to exchange with out any problem.
So do not go to sell the bitcoins or any alts in these kind of times. Mostly it would give lose only then why people going to sell the coins unnecessarily.
454  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: newbie want to join bounty? on: May 12, 2018, 08:43:48 PM
Bounties are not meant only high rank members dude. Even you can join in this forum and make the money instantly if you own the social network accounts with the big friend list you have.
There are plenty of bounty campaigns looking for facebook and twitter promotion with the help of bounty programs.
To participate in that doing simple tasks you can get the stakes as mentioned in the bounty op. He need to read the project whether it go bigger in the market or simply goes not worthy before you go participate with them.
However you will not be able to join the signature campaign on bounties and BTC paid campaigns too.
455  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: The Top 4 most reliable ICO Rating websites on: May 12, 2018, 08:33:07 PM
I just don't know. Throughout 2016 and 2017, these sites come and go. Once Ico-list.com was the one to check upon upcoming ICOs and now the site is not updated often. These sites sometimes just post ICOs without any reviews whatsoever.

In a nutshell, try them all and of course pick the one that is useful.
Just google it mate. Then you comes to who is the best pick for this current time if you want in the sense. There are plenty ICO projects comes to the market each and every day. So everyone looking to expect the statistical data on investing ICO projects.
To solve this problem we got many ICO listing website. Some are reliable and some being used as advertisement mode to show them at top.
We need to find the good site first for this. I used to check the ICO list on topicolist.com website. Here you can find active, past and upcoming ICO list. That will be work better find the good project as early as possible on pre sale time itself.
456  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Sell The News on: May 12, 2018, 08:20:32 PM
When you think price is already high because of pump.
But that's only for those people who always do short-time trade, they are always buying the news and selling the rumour

Do you price bump is happening because of the news has been spreaded everywhere. I do not believe it mate. None of the potential and good news about crypto currency hasn't come on the same day on local news channel but fake and negative seems spreading very fast than anything.
So whales targeting to the crypto currency one and pull them down like how they are doing on share market investment. Finally once the coin value dumped then they come with the big purchase for them alone on any exchanges. This is only happening for the past few months mate.
457  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What the hell happened today in cryptocurrency? on: May 12, 2018, 07:57:55 PM
I believe it's nothing but a small dip caused by the convinced fud of the upbit exchange and maybe the future expiring in this month. Nothing  to be scared off in the long term

I see the price started recovering back guys. There is no need to make the panic sell unwantedly. Please do concentrate on holding the crypto currencies mate. I see everyone go to sell the bitcoin and alts they have since they want to avoid the more loose on cryptos.
This 3rd time Korean news affecting the crypto currency market. Hope they comes with the better proposal on exchanges without bug on them.
458  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Did the use of online gambling increase with crypto moneys? on: May 12, 2018, 07:40:17 PM
I am too honest to myself that I play gambling entirely because all I want is to get profit from it.  I make money from gambling and reuse it again to start getting a profit. I just love to grow some profit on gambling.

But tell me please are you make any money end of the day on gambling? Mostly says no for this question. Even you say yes, forum people never believe it bro. I advice you to split up half of the profit into buying multiple altcoins in the market.
Then you can use other half on some potential betting site or the game you are well aware of it mate.

I do not use the gambling is the option to increase my crypto savings more. I am sure this will not work better at all.
459  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: May 12, 2018, 07:29:23 PM
What a knock from KKR, 245 our off 6 wickets which is the highest team total of IPL 2018. Short boundaries and pure batting pitches. Thought kxip will chase this down, only if Gayle(out) and Rahul play longer innings. In the meantime, losing 2 key wickets in a row. Kings XI Punjab need 188 runs with 8 wickets and in 84 balls.

When you post a total of almost 250, you have covered almost 99% of the path to victory. Kings XI played well to come within 32 runs of the target. KL Rahul seems to be in fine nick.

Kings XI team tried as much they can dude. None of the team has driving to show that they are best team on this year. As I see peosaonlly pick a team means I will part of the team mate.
If you want to bet the matches, please do not have the same issues the ever people.
Since all the team looking for marketplace guys why really fight to keep the reputation without red trust. These are relly helpful one.
460  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: IPL( Indian Premier League) Prediction Thread, 2018. on: May 12, 2018, 06:56:44 PM
What are you talking about? CSK have to win just one out of their remaining three matches to make it to top 4 and which I am pretty sure they will . RCB won't qualify if you ask me because of MI and KKR .
KKR have played a great first innings and posted 245 on board should see if they can defend it.
Chasing a huge total like 245 is not easy in a T20 match and couple of good overs will dent your plans but i am surprised Kings XI scored 214 chasing the total and it looks like one of the highest scoring matches in IPL history with both teams scoring well over two hundred runs, it is a small ground comparatively and when you are playing in a ground like this expect more sixes, i should have bet sixes over, but i did not knew that it was a small ground before the match.

I personally really amazed about the Ashwin's knock today. As I know he did not play any fine innings to save the team but this day. He really made the good knock for the team. As a player al rounder this is good one mate.
However, this is the biggest score for this year I know. Kings XI team really tried to play the matches will until the last minute they are in the competition So KKR made the day of their favour still dude.
