621  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the best / hottest cryptocurrency to buy during the dip? on: March 16, 2018, 06:00:09 PM
Right now seems to be a big dip. Not sure how much further it will go down, but right now most coins have attractive prices. What are the best / hottest ones to coin in your opinion and why?

How much ever it goes down, please have a believe on bitcoin and all the top altcoins. You may find the all the crypto currencies again touch the peak value of it own again or may grow higher than that.

If you are looking to invest on any crypto currencies right now. You choose the NEM, TRX, XRP and IOTA. These coins will bump back in the market with in some month again as I said.

623  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 20% of British residents own #cryptocurrency on: March 16, 2018, 05:32:15 PM
Hard to believe this, have they only taken the survey with people who have used their platform? I doubt that even one third of Britain know what crypto is.

In 2015 itself there are many people invested in buying bitcoin, litecoin and dash at that time. Many survey related thread has been opened that in the forum. I see many european mined the bitcoin at the initial time and holded those coins in the one place still.
So that is reason market capital will not completely brake whatever happen on bitcoin.

I have work experience in Europe and many of the people knows about bitcoin and holding with investing on their part of the salary.
624  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What do you use to keep track of your altcoin investments? on: March 15, 2018, 05:45:11 PM
CoinTrackr - sleek interface and easy to use, BitUniverse - effortlessly and safely sync your balances from different exchanges and my favorite is Blockfolio( i think this app best use to keep track of your altcoin investments). Ethplorer.io - for etherium and token balances

Ethexplorer is used to explore the tokens which is came to contract address bro but how it will work like blockfolio. I always the coinmarketapp android application to find the set the alert for the invested coins.
If you have the any wallet you directly set the alert whenever you want to see the bump or dump at that time.
625  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ripple and XRP are partnering with many banks, why does the price keep falling. on: March 15, 2018, 05:29:28 PM
Ripple is actually being used over 100 companies all over the world far better than most cryptocurrency adoption by companies, some of which are using it for pilot testing and some of them have already adopted it.
Their tokens are meant to be like a vehicle for online money transportation through the RippleNet which connects banks, payment providers, digital asset exchanges and corporates but still yet in the past two years the price as not been impressive as it ought to be what can really be the cause?? Wink

I see some already said this but I wanna mention this again. Ripple and XRP are same. I do not why you have used the symbol and name together. I recently noticed that saudi arabian started accepted the ripple payment options and crypto currency adoption from them.
There are many banks keep on getting connected with the ripple and I do not know why still going behind this centralized bank oriented coin. Which is completely opposite to the cryptos.
626  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency trading and investment chat room on: March 15, 2018, 05:08:04 PM

627  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Nicehash getting caught in my Antivirus on: March 15, 2018, 04:51:19 PM
Not just Nicehash, Antivirus will detect most of the miners as a threat. Its false positive and you can add exclusions to it. Here is a interesting article I found.
https://coinguides.org/miner-detected-virus/

If you want to people look into your article and get the views on it means you need to wait for organic growth details of the original views not try to grab the people look into here. There are many people want to find the best article like on Reddit or eBlogger.
You may search there to promote not here.
That too you have used the other person's thread and dead thread. Simply weird to see the people like you guys.
628  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What is the best / hottest cryptocurrency to buy during the dip? on: March 15, 2018, 04:29:20 PM

Personally I do not like Ripple but the when you find the huge dips this coins is way to grab the big bump in the market with in some weeks of time. There are many people invested on Ripple all the time. Actual use of the centralized bank support coin is useful in the time we see the huge dips in the market.

If you want to buy and hold for some months and years all time best suggestion is bitcoin. I have seen good marketplace circulation on NEW and NEO coins. If you want to invest your fund these coins also will help you see the decent bump.
629  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: ICO , Airdrops? And bounties? on: March 14, 2018, 07:23:46 PM
Airdrop is like giveaway that is used as a means of promotion, and ICO a fundraising effeort to build applications related to blockchain and implementations such a cryptocurrency and bitcoin, and bounty in the world of Cryptocurrency Bounty can be interpreted as competing or hunting to promote crypto new coins to be born, promoting here is a form of like share in social media

Motivation of these three things has been open up to promote their project only. If you want to invest to ICO token sale first you need to do more research about the project and then to invest on it. They are doing ICO proposal to promote them and get the crowd funding to increasing the project value and volume.
Airdrops is the shitty way to gather more personal information to get the free tokens. I do not advice to go to gather airdrop tokens.
Best option to getting the tokens bounties, you just give promotion for them and get the tokens at the end of the ICO ends.
630  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When an ALT gets listed on exchange how is the price determined? on: March 14, 2018, 07:10:38 PM
Hey guys,

Question I have is: once an ICO is over and later an ALT coin/token gets listed on exchange, how is the price of the ALT determined?

Is there for example a formula that is used by exchanges based on ICO sale price or is it just pure supply/demand? So in the case of the latter, does the exchange simply list the coin and let the buy/sell orders drive the price?

Also to add to this question, if an ICO decided to give away ALL it's coins/tokens as an airdrop, can it still be listed on exchange? Or that would not be possible?

Look forward to feedback on this.

First tokens will be distributed once the token sale is completed. Then with in some weeks of month of time tokens will be added to exchanges. If the project is fake we may not expect that token to be listed on the exchanges.
Every exchange wise they have the norms to add the token to exchanges then they can added by the project manager or owner.
You can check on coinmarketcap to find the token has been listed on exchange or not.
631  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Does blockchain.info keeps my private key? on: March 12, 2018, 05:38:39 PM
I don't get it why you are feeling less stressful with web wallet as it is the same with desktop wallets.
It's probably because of the buy Bitcoin option within his blockchain account that offered him the convenience over a traditional desktop client. In a way that's understandable, especially for someone just having joined crypto.

Another possibility may be that he wasn't aware of light clients, and just assumed that he had to install a full node client, which might be a disturbing factor for a newbie. Either way, there are enough light clients available.

I use both desktop and mobile clients from Electrum, and thus far haven't had any problems. In the Google play store there are quite some complaints concerning app crashes of the mobile client, but I personally don't experience any problems.

We cannot take the electrum into the debate while we are discussing about the blockchain web wallet. Electrum comes with the wallet seed, private key secured wallet in desktop and mobile application.
Blockchain is web based and mobile application one. There are plenty of the web based wallet but this alone will give the wallet id, 2FA, secured with the OR scanning on the connecting to the application and many more features.
Still it is hackable wallet and I knew some who lost their money on using the blockchain wallet buddy.
632  Bitcoin / Press / Re: [2018-03-12] Former Indian Economic Official Says Bitcoin Hard to Regulate on: March 12, 2018, 05:17:15 PM
India’s former Secretary of Economic Affairs, Shaktikanta Das, says Bitcoin would be too difficult to regulate. Instead, to prevent the host of oft-mentioned potential problems such as terrorist financing and money laundering, Bitcoin should simply be banned, says Das. These comments come at a time when India is grappling with the challenges of regulating a decentralized, pseudonymous, virtual currency.

The full article: https://cryptocomes.com/former-indian-economic-official-says-bitcoin-hard-regulate-should-just-ban-entirely

It is top 1st corrupted country in the world as BBC network reported last month. There are many corrupted politicians in your country. They cannot do nothing with the fiat cash regulations itself.
If you are from India you can invest all your fund on bitcoin and cash out once the bitcoin bumps back to 20k usd or more than that.
Nothing cannot done the Government. I see many Indians in the richest people list but your country still in the developing countries list.

634  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Merit Cycling on: March 12, 2018, 04:45:32 PM
I also see the same thing, and this is less effective. or maybe this could be a trap for those who have alt accounts. or share the merit with their friends, but on the other hand it becomes one of the greatest guidelines when so many new accounts are scattered so we can conclude that the quality will be more in priority at this time
true to what you say, sometimes not just share the reward with a friend but there is also with greed someone wants to earn a lot, he has made some accounts and the reward is only given to akunya own. is it fair, whereas many beginners need merit, to raise rank, but here in need of quality post to get merit, but most people do not understand what kind of quality postings.

Bros, I really understand about the low rank guys worries. They are not go up with the activity alone, after the merit implementation by our moderator theymos. All we need to do is try to gather more merits.
You and op has mentioned some of the people randomly get merits each other. For this issue hilariousandco has opened a thread on meta section and tag the people for abussing merit system. There are many signature spammers found by him and added with negative trust. You no need to worry about this at all now. If you are worry that someone not have potential post to get merit and someone merit each other for spam post. You directly report them. That kind of act are most welcome.
635  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is negative trust working? on: March 12, 2018, 04:32:15 PM
The trust works and is a very important part of a users profile.
In these times and in this industry the amount of scamming is
massive so if you are going to deal with another user trust
is very important to be able to build a picture.

Even if they have negative trust it is easy to verify if that
negative trust is warranted or not and for what violation.

As others have said theymos has negative trust but we would
all trust him if we were to deal directly with him!

Any one can give the negative or positive feedback anyone but that should be legit first before we are adding to someone's profile. Then if we all add negative trust someone it will not reflected on his main profile but if you have added to that person you alone can find the negative trust while seeing via your account.
If any DT member write 2 lines of negative feedback it will be show like you have -2 negative with the red tag under your public profile. Some DT guys would not reply you back when you request to remove the feedback.
636  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Opinions on VLB? on: March 11, 2018, 06:16:08 PM
I can be wrong but in my opinion their team from Russia and their offices are only in Moscow and St. Petersburg. How personally can I use their tokens? How many years will it take them to open branches in Europe. How will they ensure the repair of my car in my country?

I am aware of Advisor and others who have been part of this project. I was not working for this project as the signature participant as well. Their token sale also went better than many projects being advertised here.
I am not sure you will able to get the service from VLB on your country! Please follow their announcement thread to get the update of their service for each country list.
637  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: How do I multiply bitcoins? on: March 11, 2018, 05:16:47 PM
The only way is to trade your Bitcoins to Altcoins but ofcourse before you do that you have to study first and deeply search what is trading all the basic technical analysis, fundamental analysis, indicators and many more for you to earn more Bitcoin because if you will not there is a high possibility that you will lose your bitcoin or your money.

Altcoins are the highest profit and risk option

Trading all the time will not work at all. When you want to invest on trading first need to analyze the profitable coins at that moment and then invest on it. Every exchange will list the top spiked up coin, more dumped coins and high marketcap movement coins but this only not enough to put your fund on those coins. I do not think your words altcoins are profitable than bitcoins. This is completely untrue.
638  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I need to double 4,000 USD in 2 weeks on: March 11, 2018, 05:01:43 PM
Hi,

I will attempt this and I need to double 4,000 USD in 2 weeks

Any coin ‘suggestion’ ?

If anyone suggest you the doubling platform please do not get into that. Not bitcoin and ethereum are on their least value I have found most of the buy signal channels suggesting bitcoin and eth to invest to see double the fund.
If you want to invest on cheap coins like IOTA, ADA, TRX, NEM and NEO means also you may get the 50 percent growth atleast in the month of time.
639  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it useful to invest my bitcoin to ICO sites? on: March 11, 2018, 04:45:10 PM
Certainly, i was thinking if it is useful to invest or buying tokens at ICO sites.  Roll Eyes Roll Eyes
I need your suggestions, where i can rely on.

Don't go with investing on ICO if you own the bitcoins with you. It is really bad idea take the all time potential bitcoin to cheap ICO. If bitcoin value bumps only other coins are depending on it and grows back with that.
Then why you wanna take your holy coins to holy shit. More over if you find the ads about the crypto ICO. Please do not believe until you confirm with the ICO experts. There are some telegram channel doing this service. Check with them at least.
640  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs Ethereum on: March 10, 2018, 06:48:21 PM
I myself consider that both are good for both trading and investing option, but if you are to choose anyone from this then i will go with bitcoin as still it is the king of the cryptocurrency. But currently bitcoin is trading near the bottoming pattern and i think it will soon start to rise it again. Even Ethereum is good and major coin but i think this time bitcoin will outweigh Ethereum for sure and that too sooner.

Many time we have seen the same discussion thread has been created in the forum but still nothing cannot replace the bitcoin at all. There are many people turns to mining ethereum with the GPU they have.
Except this there is no more easy earning from ethreum at all. We all know ethereum is cheaper than bitcoin and its transaction fees also cheap than bitcoin too. Since we see the ethreum is around the 650 USD and something, we need buy as much we can to get the more profit.
