If you didn't happen to read the quoted message he is at zetch.tech now, he posted there today. And what do you mean by sock puppet? Sockpuppet means because you're a newbie you may have been created and controlled by benbtc in this case. *They use it alot here because most people supporting the project are newbie members, very few are member+* Okay thanks. There should be a way to avoid discriminating new accounts. only if there were a way to get some type of confirmed real account. There isn't, welcome to BCT. What caught my eye is newbie accounts that are old but inactive....suddenly decide to log in and start posting in the Zeth thread. I've seen newbie accounts from 2015 coming back to life to post in this thread lol.Thinking of creating a bot that can calculate the total member ranks posting in a thread...one of the few factors that can used to determine a scam or not (it can help) that was probably me haha - just trying to jump on alt bandwagon while it's still hot.. fuck buddy, haven't you been following this thread? Even if this was legit, the ICO ended on the 14th. Maybe you'll be lucky and get a refund which I highly doubt. |

I really hope it's the OP playing with transactions, if someone really sends eth to a scam ico after it's closed... that's just natural selection. Looking like a member did that, the eth was withdrawn from Polo to someone's eth account then to Ben's eth address. I thought we were idiots for investing, turns out there's someone worse then us lol |

At least there's escrow now from what I see in the main OP and they aren't offering retarded early bird bonuses for investors like other coins do.
Will keep an eye on this, still a month to go so will see how this turns out.
Is there any development happening during the ICO or only after funds are collected?
Funds held in escrow, what's the plan on releasing funds?
Also one last question, how much are you guys going to take for premine?

Well, I'm a crave torchbearer but still, I do like this coin.It has been around for awhile.I seem to remember when it first appeared I think at yobits and Ce-Cex.I do remember seeing in the troll box "Buy I cash Buy I cash" lol.  Oh and Thanks, GreedyJohn.For reminding me of this.I will be buying some.And thank you for keeping it alive. Lets see:
-Founder looks like a kid, most likely is.
-Team first names only, linkedin points to a dead end
-Logo looks like shit
-Website whois is guarded
-Facebook page looks like it was made in a second...shit.
-ICO asking for money to develop nothing new...their cloning from other shitcoins.
-On top of that there's a 20M premine.
-Promising to be on Yobit (cancer exchange)
-Promises not to pump millions of shitcoins into the market (when someone promises they won't do shady and scammy shit=red flag).
Conclusion: Scam, I wouldn't even waste my time going to their website.

Ben posted on zeth.tech saying hes running behind, I assume since hes a coder he's probably an introvert and gets lost in his own world sometimes - That being said, if he was taking the money and making a run for it; there is no reason he would even make that post.
I think realistically he needs to potentially get another dev to help him or have a community manager that has direct contact with him to keep the community up to date.
Yes, I've received my zeth. Yes I agree that things needed to be handled better. I don't agree with the spam saying its a scam, lets actually wait until its verified first and foremost at this point thats all that can really be done, plan for the worst and hope for the best.

Nop, still a scam...a coder would of showed something....I believe Ben does not know how to code a single line. We got scammed, him posting doesn't make it legit. Review his post history, nothing he said actually happened. Ben is a lying piece of shit... The worst thing in crypto is hope...the faster you realize that the better you'll be. Never said him posting makes it legit, but he has no reason to post if he's scammed us all. That would be like me saying hey give me 100 btc and I'll give you 300 in 1 year and then keeping in contact all year and then after I can't give you 300 I say oh yeah next month; just a hiccup and stringing you along for 2 more years. Might be stringing people so no one tries doxing him before he cashes out completely and moves to the next scam, no idea. Reviewing everything else, this no doubt in crypto is a scam. The only thing that is going for this project is Ben still posting on his own forum now...if he was legit, a simple post with proof of development would of did the trick...but when you got jack shit, nothing you can do but ignore and pretend all our concerns and scam accusations are "trolling".... |

I asked Bittrex why trading has been halted for several days. Their answer was:
"There was an issue with the Rise wallet that requires the developers to chime in, we are waiting for them to fix the issue before the wallet and market can return."
Luckily there's no more actual devs working on this scam...this would better off being taken over by the community and kicking these fucks out...Seriously though, why are these crooks still running this? |

I will put 0.1 BTC in a fund additionally if we find a dev (legendary member only) who overtakes this project.
For example another coin gets started and distributed according the ICO disytribution but is it possible to find out how much was invested truely? Too much money raised to let the scamer getting away without hunting him like a rabbit. Going to be very hard to. He hid his identity really well. Even if for some reason Ip logs of him logging in here were retrieved, most likely he hid his IP for sure. It makes even harder when invested BTC from each person had it's own btc address and each separate btc investment was mixed and sent to an exchange (the eth invested was sent to shapshift). Finding out the exchange would not help either seeing that his scumbag probably took all his time cashing out plus exchanges wont release any info. There's a reason why scammers here get away 99% of the time. Take the loss, learn your lesson and move on is really all that you can do. |
