No answer from their phone number although I only tried option 1 (sales).  Didn't want to give them any more money trying all 3 options (0870 is a premium rate number).

Bit-pay, their payment processor, got in touch with me to say they're looking into it.  I requested they halt payments to this company.  Unfortunately they're not able to refund me because they pass the payment on almost immediately.

I'll try giving them a ring tomorrow.

This also looks like them (same address and phone number):

I should have checked here first.  Ordered a vm from bitcoinvps a few days ago, paid straight away and haven't heard anything.  Invoice shows as being unpaid yet coins were transferred to bit-pay.com.  Anyone had any luck contacting bit-pay?  It was only just over 1 bitcoin but still annoying.

Check in Afterburner if the clock speed is fluctuating whilst mining.  You might need to increase the power settings on the card to +20% in ccc.

How did you calculate the power?  I'm tired so maybe I'm wrong but I think it should be more like $51.5 per 10 days.

Open CCC and in the Performance section set the Power Control to +20%.  That should stop the fluctuations.

I got a lot of crashes using the 11-3 driver.  So many that I had to stop mining as soon as I started using my PC.  Last week I upgraded to 11-5 and haven't had a crash since.  It probably isn't fixed completely but 11-5 certainly made it better for me.

Try running a single core on the 6990 and see if you get closer to 400MHash/s.  Also check to see if your core speeds stay at 880MHz or are jumping about a bit.  I found the power throttling kicked in on mine and needs to be raised before you can get 400MH/s on both cores at the same time.

Are you running Windows or linux with on your setup? I'm looking for more info on the power throttling under linux, but so far have only found anything useful for Windows.

Windows for now until I decide on the volts, clock, and fan speed I want to run and then I'll modify the bios and run linux.  Afaik if you switch to the second bios it will disable power throttling but I'm running on a 520W PSU so don't want to risk this (my rig uses 360W at 300MH/s x2 (750MHz iirc)).
