At least you admit to ignoring history. No one said North Korea was wealthier than South Korea so its strange you are ONLY looking at something that isn't on-topic. Even though you are ONLY looking at today's economic picture, you are completely disregarding how we arrived at that economic picture and how the economics evolved over time.
I would be proud of you if you could at least apply those same statistical categories to the US to analyze how the system here is inferior to that of the social democracies of Scandinavia but I'm sure you already have some sort of double standard prepared.
Its kind of weird reading a living contradiction personified in human form.

Scientific debate is SUPPOSED to never end, that is how we improve it. Also what we thought was healthy in the past often turns out to be horribly deadly, history has shown. The only way those horrible failures are discovered is with more discussion. The fact that people are being prevented from doing this should tell you some thing is not right.
Yes of course, the debate is the basis of science but there are several arguments that has been already debated with great success and is no-sense nowdays restart the discussion. I'm agree with how said that is necessary to do preliminar analysis before to vaccinate because maybe there are people that can "react badly" but is quite ridicolous thinking that they are evil. You don't just get to declare the debate over, that is the point, in real science the debate is never over, therefore people attempting to end that debate are not operating in line with science. I never said anything about anyone being evil, so not sure what you are even talking about.

None of these ideas were created by AOC. You guys do realize that people in congress create legislation, not ideas, don't you? The green new deal dates back to the 2000s and all of the ideas in it are research based and have been around much longer. AOC is simply the acting salesperson. Not only is this all feasible/non-fantasy, its all been done before and is being done in other countries. Anyone who has done 30 seconds of research would know that something like medicare4all is not only proven feasible, but also proven ideal. It sucks that there are a lot of smart people out there intentionally spreading misinformation to people who won't bother to do the basic research before regurgitating such lies. Its all eventually going to happen for sure but the question is "how much damage are we going to allow before we make the shift?" It should have happened in the 90s, was due in the 2000s, is urgent in the 2010s, and the 2020s is our last decent chance. It would be a shame to make all of these changes in the 2030s after hundreds of millions have been displaced and entire ecosystems have permanently collapsed but that is what is at stake. The stupidity she brought onto the table is on a whole other level, same for the other "fresh faces" of the democratic party. They are what i would call clickbait in a human form. They spew bs that has literally no way of coming to fruition nor is it thought through or consistent. People like her is the reason Trumps gona win again lol
Exactly, after planting a fantastic vision in peoples' heads, and after getting elected, then it's the same old song with new players. This is also called politicians lying. Simpe as that. Yup also the way she got elected is god damn absurd. Even Peloci sayd that you could essentially take anything, even a cup and put D next to it and it would win in that district. But social media is blowing it all out of proportions, same as it does with the far left coverage. Theres a very vocal minority that is pushing this progressive narrative but luckily the majority of people are still sane by majority of the people, do you mean the 19% of the people who do not support the green new deal? https://www.ecowatch.com/green-new-deal-voter-support-2623737355.htmlWhat you have there is a survey that says 81% of totally uninformed people like good things. Surveys are not science. Surveys as any scientist knows are totally able to be manipulated top to bottom. I don't even think you read your own source, because if you did you would see it all it proves is people like nice things. Make sure you read the fine print of the question they asked. "Some members of Congress are proposing a “Green New Deal” for the U.S. They say that a Green New Deal will produce jobs and strengthen America’s economy by accelerating the transition from fossil fuels to clean, renewable energy. The Deal would generate 100% of the nation’s electricity from clean, renewable sources within the next 10 years; upgrade the nation’s energy grid, buildings, and transportation infrastructure; increase energy efficiency; invest in green technology research and development; and provide training for jobs in the new green economy. How much do you support or oppose this idea?" Oh that's right, the question was phrased in such a way as to create the pretense that it is a given this plan is viable and nothing more given. Additionally from your own report you will see the majority of the 966 respondents have never heard of the deal, which means no one had any idea what they were saying yes to. Well would you look at that? It seems nearly the EXACT number of people who have no idea what it is also support it. WHAT A COINCIDENCE! By the way, the number you meant to say was 18%, I know the dying 3 legged hamster in your brain is going "HEY BUT THAT ONLY ADDS UP TO 99%!". This is what people who know how to actually read statistics call a margin of error. In summary top to bottom your entire statement is wrong. Just because you want something bad doesn't magically make it scientific. Go back to grade school Captain Postmodern.

You guys have done a great job critiquing government control. Congrats. Nobody is advocating for that so I'm not sure what you are accomplishing by critiquing systems everyone hates. A couple of recent threads saw us going off topic and we found ourselves arguing the merits of capitalism vs. pitfalls of socialism. Can you guess where I stand on the issue? If not I'll tell you. Freedom is not compatible with socialism, and I'm more inclined to remain free and provide for myself than I am to accept handouts and be enslaved. What about you? the ideology of socialism is great if it is implicated truly.but human nature can not allow it.we can see that soviet union fall because they can not implicate what they say.if the authority ia hundred percent honest then we can socialism is great, with great power comes great responsibility.in socialist country' the government and high officials get immense power which leads to a situation where they abuse their power, and people loose their freedom of speech.government controls everything and there is little scope for individual freedom. Simple solution: give power to individuals not the government What is government composed of Captain Postmodern?

..... Its because we are good christians: If anyone slaps you on the right cheek, turn to them the other cheek also. Turning the other cheek is an act of grace and benevolence, it is however, also something that leads the aggressor into complacence, and foolish arrogance. The aggressor does not know, and cannot guess, the moment when that short leash is pulled in, and could never imagine such pent up rage as one who turned the other cheek would have ready for him. lol... When people are every chance to correct their behavior and all the understanding in the world and all they do it continue to attack, the response is usually merciless. This is some thing I don't think the loudest of voices really understand. There is a window here where resolution is possible... after that point history shows there will be nothing but rivers of blood until one or both sides are crushed. Christianity and the West in general has no desire to crush Islam, however many Islamists are quite open about their desire for global domination under the caliphate. As I have said before, Christians are peaceful and tolerant, until they are not, then Allah help you because no one else will.

.... All the videos about this terror attack immediately had "They are not real Muslims" and "Hindus did it" comments flooding them. Denial. You can't solve the problem if you refuse to face it and right now Islam have a BIG problem.
35,000 Islamic terror attacks since 9/11, and there are still large numbers of people who do not "get it." They hear about one, think how tragic it is, then forget about it with a barrage of "newer news" that they are supposed to think about. Then, predictably, the next terror attack occurs... Its because we are good christians: If anyone slaps you on the right cheek, turn to them the other cheek also. It is getting near the time we should sell our shirts to buy swords though...

it's incredible that in 2019 we are still talking about if vaccination is safe/good or not.
Tell me, when did science start being a field that debated ended in, at any time on any subject? it's incredible that in 2019 we are still talking about if vaccination is safe/good or not.
Actually it's something that I'm hearing more now than the past years, it's like the more we move forward the more we think backward. I'm worried where the humanity will go in the sooner future. Of course I'm pro vaccination Scientific debate is SUPPOSED to never end, that is how we improve it. Mueller's report established multiple links between the Trump campaign and the Russian government... they were working towards the same goal and both benefited from working together!
Collusion delusion for sure... If you can't handle a few articles from reputable sources that contradict your beliefs, the next few weeks and months are going to be very painful for you as the real people responsible for this shit show are rounded up.

The United States of Russia, Congrats USR you're criminally justice obstructing POTUS and his campaign were actively working with Russians to affect the your elections in Trump's favour!
The report was pretty clear in saying that Trump and his campaign were NOT working with Russians... Weird having a troll for a moderator. Sort of fun depending on how you look at it I guess. As his punishment I suggest he read every page of the report. Weird having a GOP senator that thinks your POTUS is a colluding piece of shit! "I am sickened at the extent and pervasiveness of dishonesty and misdirection by individuals in the highest office of the land, including the President. I am also appalled that, among other things, fellow citizens working in a campaign for president welcomed help from Russia," Mitt Romneyhttps://www.cnn.com/2019/04/19/politics/romney-mueller-president-trump-reaction/index.htmlWeird, almost like Trump is actually anti-establishment...

She is a narcissist.
The GND is a fantasy that would crash the US economy, remove its status as a economic and military superpower and do absolutely nothing for the environment or global warming
I think you are too harsh in your comment. OK, she is very young woman without any political experience but she have hearth and desire change something. She sees that things in society do not work and rich people become more and more wealthy and the poor become more and more poorer. Social inequality increases, industries are closed (automobile for example) etc. At least she is trying something and now government should do next step and see what is realistic to apply and do in the following period. Surely, some ideas are good and politicians should do something about it, environment, climate change etc. It doesn't matter how well intentioned her fantasies might be if they are still just fantasies.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d9uTH0iprVQIts good to hear that the whole plan worked out and to learn about how AOC saves the world in the future. What if we actually pulled off a Green New Deal? What would the future look like? The Intercept presents a film narrated by Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and illustrated by Molly Crabapple.
Set a couple of decades from now, the film is a flat-out rejection of the idea that a dystopian future is a forgone conclusion. Instead, it offers a thought experiment: What if we decided not to drive off the climate cliff? What if we chose to radically change course and save both our habitat and ourselves?
We realized that the biggest obstacle to the kind of transformative change the Green New Deal envisions is overcoming the skepticism that humanity could ever pull off something at this scale and speed. That’s the message we’ve been hearing from the “serious” center for four months straight: that it’s too big, too ambitious, that our Twitter-addled brains are incapable of it, and that we are destined to just watch walruses fall to their deaths on Netflix until it’s too late.
This film flips the script. It’s about how, in the nick of time, a critical mass of humanity in the largest economy on earth came to believe that we were actually worth saving. Because, as Ocasio-Cortez says in the film, our future has not been written yet and “we can be whatever we have the courage to see.” I haven't felt this good about something political in a long time. The comments are hilarious though. She is a childish lunatic puppet, and you are a moron if you think any of this plan is feasible. This entire video was just one big emotion based argument, also known as propaganda.
