Kalau agan pakai software ini paling efeknya hanya di launch time, tapi processing time bakal sama aja. Misalnya launch game, paling dia akan lebih cepat terbuka masuk main menu, tapi nanti setelah itu untuk fps dan lain-lain bakal ga ngefek. Di task manager misalnya:

Keliatan kalau 14,4GB RAM ane dipakai buat cache jadi ga usah ambil dari storage.

Dari task manager juga keliatan kalau ane hanya pakai 10GB, jadi pakai RAM 16GB pun ga ada masalah. Kalau agan sudah punya 2x8GB harusnya udah cukup dan ga perlu nambah kapasitas. Ya memang tentunya cachenya tidak bisa terlalu besar. Terkait loading time dari pengalaman ane, yang paling berasa itu kalau pindah dari HDD ke SSD, ketika pindah dari SATA SSD ke NVME M.2 SSD perbedaannya tidak terlalu terasa. Baru terasa ketika memindahkan/editing file-file besar macam video 4k raw dsb.

Jadi ya tergantung kebutuhan, kalau agan sudah punya CPU bagus, RAM high speed, GPU bagus, dan storage utama udah tua (takut fail), maka upgrade storage bisa jadi pilihan. Tentunya motivasinya bukan untuk bikin PC tambah cepet signifikan IMO hanya berdasar pengalaman pribadi.
