1  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: 17K loan needed pays back 1,000USD per month for 2yrs on: November 04, 2014, 02:37:04 AM
It's called a lump sum payment for an income stream, technically not a loan. That's how they get away with the rate just so you know.
2  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: 17K loan needed pays back 1,000USD per month for 2yrs on: November 04, 2014, 02:34:50 AM
You haven't proved nothing all you've done is accused me of bullshit! Where are you Saudi Arabia? Once again I was not asking for someone to send me BTC to an anonymous wallet, I would not expect someone to deal like that with this amount. As matter of fact I would prefer direct check so there would be proof of transaction unless someone insisted on BTCs only(unsure why anyone would choose that to begin with, we both know a lender would have a plan). I would assume their is some kind of system like the coin base deal I used for payments etc(not talking about random wallet address either, I own my own company and took quite a few payments through them) again that would show up and I'd have to pay sales tax unless I proved it was a loan) we have all kinds of crazy laws since the patriot act was enacted. Stop trying so hard to not have to say you may have been wrong. You accusing me doesn't mean shit, this is the one thing I hate about the Internet, people like you a former "bouncer" thinks all of sudden you have a bachelors degree in criminal law, tax law, etc. seriously just go away. I'm not out to fucking scam anybody and I'm smart enough to know if someone made this kind of deal they would know enough to cover all loose ends to keep from being scammed. my contract is definitely enforceable there are businesses using them and they hold up just use google. No need to keep quoting me you're the Only person talking to me so I know what you're referring to. Smfh

Let me get this straight, you can deposit 17k into your bank without having to fill out forms from the IRS? Or whatever since you obviously aren't in the USA? I cashed in 15 when they were at 1K each and I had to explain and show proof from where they came from and the purpose. Reciepts and all....
4  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: 17K loan needed pays back 1,000USD per month for 2yrs on: November 04, 2014, 02:03:58 AM
Do you not fucking read? It would be under contract and that shit would have to be reported for one it's over 10K !! Non expert in US laws you are.
5  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: 17K loan needed pays back 1,000USD per month for 2yrs on: November 04, 2014, 01:55:27 AM
You're a moron, if I have out another loan of 8500.00 my bank is NOT going to issue me the credit since I have too much out, if I take it first from the bank what happens when I don't get the loan on here? (The income stream buyer does a minimum of 40% of payment buyouts) durp durp durp!
6  Economy / Long-term offers / Re: 17K loan needed pays back 1,000USD per month for 2yrs on: November 04, 2014, 01:45:12 AM
Wrong! Benefits are untaxed and do not count as income, so to my bank I make almost 29K less a year and they will only give me 8500.00 unsecured. Now sit down, you don't know shit.

So why didn't you take the $8500 from a bank at reasonable interest rates, and only have to borrow $8500 at loan shark rates?

Because you would have to pay the bank back.  There is no other reason why you would want to pay thousands more in interest.   Undecided

I didn't take the 8500.00 because it does not cover what I need. Why would I take a loan out if it doesn't meet my needs? I don't need spending cash for shits n giggles. I already have the funds in the working I had planned on using the same contract basically the company is using. Pretend I wanted a 20K gold necklace or whatever you want, would it make sense to take out a loan for 10K and not have the rest? You sir are a fucking asshole! I've never scammed anybody, wish I knew the guy's name from Amsterdam who wanted to send me 15.5K up front for my Jupiter last year, I refused that because I wouldn't want to be responsible if something out of my power happened. How are you going to give me negative trust when you have had no dealings with me? You've just made bullshit assumptions and treated them as fact like you're some kind of wizard know it all. Drop dead asshole! What country do you live in where people are only required to pay banks back or where veterans aren't held responsible for debts? You're a piece of shit ! I hope you choke on balls fag!

I didn't lose my integrity just because I'm no longer active duty. But thanks for the negative comment. I appreciate it!
13  Economy / Long-term offers / Closed* No way to safeguard lender on: November 03, 2014, 10:32:41 PM
Here is the deal. I am a disabled veteran and I am close to closing a deal with a legit company for basically selling out future payments of my benefits. I don't like the terms because they will not let me pay more monthly and therefore the interest just chews up the total and I would end up paying double what I borrowed. The way this would work is each month I would either deposit directly into a bank account only the lender would have control of after I recieve my pay or buy 1K worth of BTC and transfer back to lender This is no collateral but you would have exactly the same info as the company I'm working with has for verification. You lend 17K and the following month you receive 1K for a total of 2 years.  Figured I would try here before I go through with what I am pursuing now. Any questions please ask right on here, and I will answer ASAP. I realize 17K is not chump change and I can understand if someone wants to keep their privacy, mine is not needed since I look at this as a business loan. I have some bills I want to pay off and I am looking to buy a or rent a nicer house. I am in school and my Gi Bill housing allowance is good for 2.5 more years so that covers the 1K I would be missing out on a month. I'm not a scammer and if you're goin to start that kind of talk just carry on you will just be wasting both of our time. Any inquiries feel free to comment and I will get right back to you. We can do this in a contract if you are not worried about keeping yourself anonymous.
Thank you

Edit - I  should of not even attempted to see if I could work a deal on here. I was figuring someone would have their business plan together enough to work with as far as safeguards for a lender by now. I guess BTC business/lenders hasn't got that far yet. I figured since a legit company can do what I was In works with here, that some entity in the BTC community would of had same resources and so on to do a similar offer but maybe not as gouging as "Veterans Benefits Leverage". I was not wanting to be anonymous and I was not trying to scam. I've always been straight up in real life and on here. I apologize for not thinking thoroughly before I posted, I should of known better beings most people like the anonymous part of BTC and that makes anything legally binding kind of hard to do. I know scamming runs rampant on here so I can understand why nobody would want to do business. Silly me for not thinking more before I posted. But I just want all of you to know I would Never Ever scam anybody not even a stranger or someone I didn't like. I doubt I'll ever sell anything on here since my mining days are done but I still don't want people wrongfully accusing me as a scammer when I have scammed nobody ever. All I did was offer a loan proposal at a lower amount of payback than what I'm going to get from current deal I'm almost closed on. Sorry BTC forum peeps for not thinking and my language, I don't tolerate being accused of being a scammer or being heckled by a civilian from another country who knows nothing about me or my service.

Maybe if I say I doubt it will happen anytime soon it will go up to over 1K again like last time. Whats the deal anyways? Is this all over China giving an actual date to have funds out of exchanges?

WTF? did me and my associate just give some swedes a 30,000USD+ interest free loan(3 Neptunes)Huh I mean, did I just pay for an idea "somebody will get to when they have time" after they are done using my money to erect a massive DC to mine their own BTC? I purchased 3 Rigs not a cloud mining service and im sure im not going to get any juice on the 30K refund..lol. Just figuring I made enough off of 3 Jupiters to hire my own PR, dinner and drinks would of been nice first! This thread is now officially the Anus of the internet!

Well take a look at the miner threads. BFL fucks us over again (well duhh), Bitmine official and unofficial threads are just as bad. Depressing times...

Good to hear you got it taken care of! So far I have not had any problems using this service and it has all been recently within last 2 months.
20  Economy / Services / Re: BTCrow.com - Bitcoin Escrow Service - For safer bitcoin transactions on: January 21, 2014, 11:08:50 PM
Has anyone had luck with them lately, used them for a TX last Friday, released funds Saturday as I am the buyer.. In any case seller still doesn't have the BTC and is obviously getting very concerned either I or BTCrow.com scammed him.
My buyer had to actually go back and release funds a 2nd time, unsure why it didnt work 1st time. I recieved letter confirming funds were released but they never appeared, buyer got back on and repeated procedure to release and they showed up in under 24hrs.
