21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: what is your plan? on: February 27, 2018, 04:27:18 PM
For the projects that I like and truly believe in (which pretty much means almost my entire portfolio), I plan to hodl
22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best Bounties in the past? on: February 26, 2018, 11:13:34 PM
I agree with many others here, DeepOnion has been the best
23  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is It Possible to Buy Altcoins with Fiat Money on: February 26, 2018, 11:12:13 PM
I've seen some ICOs allow fiat purchases, so yes it is possible
24  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Those who sold at a loss on: February 26, 2018, 08:33:51 PM
I actively try (and have been able to so far) to avoid selling at a loss - not that all my investments are positive but I just have not sold those that did not do well
25  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: NEO is mooning atm! Yayy. on: February 26, 2018, 08:14:07 PM
NEO has been for a while now one of my key holdings and I think the prospects for it are fantastic!
26  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: More and more airdrop is a lie, on: February 26, 2018, 06:19:33 PM
Yeah you definitely have to exercise some discretion when choosing which airdrops to join, otherwise it'll be a huge waste of time. If you are able to find some community managers who are trustworthy with the airdrops they hold, then maybe you can keep in touch with them and have them tell you whenever they are organizing one.
27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty Rewards: Sell immediately or HODL? on: February 26, 2018, 04:11:31 PM
I would think to view it as any other token/alt coin - if you feel the project makes sense then hodl, otherwise sell immediately
28  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I HOLD this: ----> post your holding coins! on: February 26, 2018, 02:48:30 PM
Ethereum, Stellar, Neo are my forever hodls...

Other alts that I like include: republic protocol, te-food
29  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I'm very disappointed with myself. on: February 26, 2018, 02:46:58 PM
Hey it'll be fine, people make mistakes all the time so don't be too hard on yourself. Just learn from your mistakes and try to move on.
30  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Important ICO lesson: Cash out your initial investment on: February 23, 2018, 08:09:46 PM
It really depends on what your goals are - I would say that cashing out your initial investment is a great way to allow yourself to feel better about taking (additional) risks, but at the same time if you view your initial investment as "lost" capital, then you can just let it ride!
31  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how to earn through Airdrop? on: February 23, 2018, 04:29:19 PM
I would very much rather invest time and effort into bounty campaigns. However if you prefer airdrops, all you have to do mostly is to just register your details (e.g. telegram username, wallet address etc.) with the team and that's about it. Usually the project team will ask you to stay in their telegram chat channel till the airdrop happens (typically a few weeks from the time they start)
32  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Be patient for your profit on: February 23, 2018, 03:45:13 PM
One of the largest lessons I've learned thus far in crypto-investing is to never have knee-jerk reaction to anything that's happening in the market. Be confident of the conviction you have in your investments and disregard whatever fud others might be spreading.
33  Economy / Economics / Re: Do bitcoin millonaires deserve their wealth? on: February 22, 2018, 06:34:56 PM
I believe that some were prescient enough to understand the potential of cryptos and hence should be rewarded, while of course others likely just rode the wave and got lucky. Even for the ones who got "lucky" I think deserve it because to be a crypto millionaire you must have really had some sort of conviction in cryptos. Sure, the value exploded recently and it did not take a significant investment "back in the day" to be a crypto millionaire now, but if we draw an analogy, it might be like asking you to invest in something that has almost absolutely no value now and that no one really believes in
34  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you like airdrops? on: February 22, 2018, 02:40:09 PM
Sure I do, but you really have to practise some discretion when participating. A lot of them out there are simply a waste of time. I would at least have a look at the company's website and glance over their whitepapers.
35  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Gender equality on: February 20, 2018, 10:04:33 PM
Gender equality should not to be mixed with just solely women rights. Granted, many women are all too familiar with the “glass ceiling” that keeps them looking up at similarly (or less-) qualified men in positions above them. Add to this a wage gap that, while narrowing, stubbornly persists.

It has been suggested that a dual-pronged effort of increasing entry and retention of more women to the workforce represents a substantial opportunity for growth of the world’s principal economy. In the US this is a 5-10% addition to GDP in just a few decades.

Education can be the springboard for women’s progress. Specifically, promoting higher education in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) fields and other areas conducive to careers traditionally pursued by men is the key that could unlock the earning power of women.
36  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: future of NEO on: February 20, 2018, 04:23:42 PM
I think NEO will be a very good platform on which many other technologies will be built on and am bullish on it.
37  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you even read whitepaper bro? on: February 15, 2018, 10:59:40 PM
I read all the whitepapers of ICOs that I participate it, I think you should at least have a little knowledge of the ICO
38  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Thoughts on Polymath ICO??? on: February 15, 2018, 10:41:27 PM
don't forget that poly is now listed on kucoin and they also partnered with Agrello for KYC/ID/contracts

https://www.stocksgazette.com/2018/02/13/does-underfollowed-agrello-dlt-deserve-your-attention/

Good news. Finally polymath is listed on one of mayor exchanges, even if i prefer others, but the volume at kucoin will help polymath growing...

Yeah and it already did over the past ~2 days, superb performance
39  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Can blockchain technology be used to prevent nucler war? on: February 15, 2018, 10:40:08 PM
Maybe a kind of voting system would work as well? That's assuming that the majority of people do not want a nuclear war to happen... I tend to think of the possibility of a war happening only due to the ego of a politician being challenged.
40  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it better to save money or invest it? on: February 15, 2018, 10:38:59 PM
Definitely better to invest if you do not see yourself needing the money in the near future. If history is any gauge, it always outperforms saving.
