Well I'm sure many people here are hoping that's the case..

I'm not even sure I would consider them altcoin but ETH (Ethereum) and XRP (Ripple) for sure
|

Nothing to worry about if you are confident about the fundamentals of the coins/whatever you are invested in. The drop is large yes, but the volatility is not new for cryptos

It's not a bad time to watch the prices closely now, I feel that there's a lot of fear selling

Likely, there has been a lot of traction on the ETH front in terms of leveraging off its network to build products and services (i.e. lots of ICOs)

Where it sits now it still has a long ways to go, but who can predict how fast technology will advance? I don't think anyone thought the internet would be that huge too when it first started

I wouldn't even consider this a dump or anything major, bear in mind cryptocurrenices have a much higher volatility than other common asset classes like stocks / bonds

I hold both, ETH seems to be more widely accepted for ICOs.

For transactions at merchants? BTC for sure, and there are stores out there that have their own utility coins.

I'm new to this world so I obviously have a personal interest to see it continue to flourish!!!
Honestly, it will be a game changer eventually. The governments will get in the way and trip it up some but it will eventually percolate through that rubbish.
Well at least the Russian government seems pretty supportive.. |
