We are looking for a German and French translator, we are offering 3k reward each for translation of new website and ANN.

I spoke to CaptainHook and we have a plan to release 50 000 iCoin a month for promotions, excluding other services that the community decide to add for a reward.

CaptainHook is a quite a paranoid character and says if we give massive promotion straight away it will only benefit a few that know about iCoin, so as the coin
grows more promotions will come.

I understand your fears, I had the same reservations about the premine, Perhaps we need to learn how the Ripple, NXT and second generation coins convince
the community that a 100% premine isn't a bad thing and that it's being done for the right reasons.

Just something to add, if Captainhook ever decides to dump out I will personally be buying up iCoin, this way the power switches into my hands or whoever buys up coins
at these low prices. cointopic and I are here to stay whether or not CaptainHook ends up being a dirty player. We don't need him to continue with the coin BUT
I honestly don't believe this is what he wants, he has delivered on every single bounty,service,rewards and told me he doesn't care if the coin takes 7 months to
take off. Does this sound like a desperate person to you for money?

I will make sure everything gets dealt with as fairly as possible, I have a good reputation here and I plan to keep it that way.

Captainhook is also the dev that I mentioned earlier that broke his leg last week friday but I didn't want to bring that up in the conversations to distract from what people
are feeling.

I am glad this was discussed sooner rather then later and hopefully soon when we release our new branding for iCoin that you will see some investment going into it.

I understand your concerns and I am waiting for a response from CaptainHook about sharing the funds with the team so we can manage the marketing properly and don't have to solely rely
on him.

Regarding your question I only know Cointopics details, we both don't know who CaptainHook is, with that being said he has always delivered with regards to previous giveaways
and paying off of bounties and rewards. Our discussions have all been via PM and via skype under the name CaptainHook.

I know it looks bad and maybe cointopic and I have been too trusting in this case, but once I hear back from CaptainHook about how we going to deal with the premine I will
let you all know.

I have always been honest with the community and will continue to do so, I didn't invest my time for the money, I have enough , I invested my time in iCoin because I think it can be special, yes
we do have one problem and we will try resolve it to establish trust regarding the premine.

I will have a chat with CaptainHook to see if the premine can't be distributed between the team more evenly, I understand the risk of 1 person controlling all the funds and have

Since you mentioned Dogecoin, I will answer the question using it as an example

First off Dogecoin is based on the most popular internet meme of 2013, so basically you could be the worst marketing guy in the world and the community would do all the work for you.
Which is what occurred with Doge, it was self marketable. With iCoin though a lot more work is required to get the brand out there but it's a lasting brand and will only grow with
time. What "could" happen to Doge if a new internet meme takes the world by storm? Easy come easy go as they say.

Regarding the mining strategy, a lot of alt coins flood the market with coins which give them a initial boost, more coins for bounties, rewards etc, so it's a clever way of getting more community buy in, but
at the same time they fall victim to multipool miners who mine the most profitable coin at the time and just dump out, which keeps the prices artificially low, but because there is so many coins being produced in such a short space of time these coins end up being like the Zimbabwe Dollar in the long run.

We also have dedicated dev, marketing and design roles in the team.
