cashgames.bitcoin.com has been completely changed
what is the reason for removing:
-the leaderboard
-rare wins
-viewing recent games other people playing
-CANNOT CHOOSE CLIENT SEED
-CANNOT VERIFY THE GAME IS PROVABLY FAIR!!!

Hi B945, Our website has been revamped to provide a better user experience for our community of players. The leader-board and rare wins were removed because we noticed that it was not been updated regularly. But not to worry, we will soon launch new leader-board promos in a technical update, so stay tuned for further enhancements. Regards, BitcoinVideoCasino agree with B945, i just checked this out in the dropdown about, provably fair, and it says "To manually verify a game that has been played, press the green verify button in the MY GAMES table after a game has been played." there is no recent games as it has been removed so impossible to verify bets, unless you expect players to program and code their own verifier. i agree they removed this functionality to perhaps cheat players. it's not a better user experience. and why remove the ability to change client seed? how is that a better user experience?
this is typical post by community manager to make it sound like removing a headphone jack is what users wants in a phone. did you guys survey players and they wanted all these features removed? |

Sorry for having been out of touch on what has been happening behind the scenes here. The new owners of SatoshiDice.com have absolutely nothing to do with Megadice, and are very very very disappointed with the way they treated the brand of what was once the most popular and trusted betting site in the entire Bitcoin Universe. The current site is 100% provably fair with instant deposits and withdrawals. We deeply regret that Megadice was allowed to tarnish the SatoshiDice reputation, but we will work hard from here on out to rebuild the site into the pillar of the community that it once was. OK, just tell us the progress, is your fund unfrozen now? I wish you good luck, nitrogen is the best sportsbook, they will not steal your fund. Yes, unfrozen and able to cashout. There was a need for the investigation. Reason for posting here is I wanted to speed things up, and was not informed how long it would take. Nevertheless, I'm happy with the outcome as I need the coins to use on other sites. I'll continue to use Nitrogen. |

The coinbase verification email says click to confirm or "If you did not sign up for this account you can ignore this email and the account will be deleted."
Curious that I am, after making sure the link went to coinbase and verifying the headers of the email, I clicked to verify the link in an incognito window. Then immediately proceeded to reset the password on the account and poke around the account. I did find a session login from an Ipad and unknown IP in the security section, obv the creator of the account.
I'm surprised coinbase does NOT kill all sessions after verification for security. Nothing else of interest in the account so I deleted/closed the account. But not sure what they were expecting....to keep his session open endlessly while I magically buy some bitcoin on an coinbase account I didn't intend to create, even then doesn't coinbase send confirmation links to email to withdraw...
I know I can't check IP login on the forum I was hoping a mod can.

I was sent a suspicious link via PM that looked like https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=..... but when hovering over or clicking on it went to http://saberplan.com/l/index.php?action=[forum_username_goes_here] looking at chrome dev tools this looks like a simple redirect to https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1822011.0 However the redirect that happens now might be different that the initial one as it might be username/referral database specific because not long after I got an email from coinbase "Please Verify Your Email Address". The email is in fact from coinbase: DKIM: PASS with domain coinbase.com DMARC: PASS Therefore, they create a coinbase account with my email, why...I don't know... thoughts? The email address linked to this bitcointalk account is unique (only used for this forum). Is it possible to check IP logins for my account? If they logged in then I was phished, if they didn't login there is some kind of injection that they can get your email address. Just an update, still no response. 20btc+ still frozen and no response from support.
One of the criteria of a large sports book should be open communication with its players. If support just complete ignores messages without an explanation it hurts their reputation.
Its understandable if they are overwhelmed with support tickets say around a big sports event, but then again they can always hire more staff considering the profit they are making.
Nitrogen states "We strive to answer all tickets within 24 hours, but during business hours it is usually much faster." but doesn't follow through with this.
If an investigation is needed, as least they can say this will take a day, and you can except a response tomorrow, instead of ignoring customers for multiple days.
I've been using Nitrogen for a few years and have reported bugs and issues that have gotten fixed, marketing department is very quick to response, they can really be better just by staying in touch with customer with support issues.

Its not uncommon for Nitrogen to review my accounts before cashout if I make a large number of bets, usually this takes up to a day. However, risk management frozen over 20 bitcoins saying they have to investigate, that's fine but I was not given an ETA. I messaged three times, just once each day with no response. How long will it take to finish this? I can PM you my userID but support should reply to mine and everyone's tickets. If you are using more than one account on our site, there is a chance that your accounts could be held up and subject to an investigation. What should the response time of support be? I have 20 BTC+ locked with no ETA and no response from support for last three messages I sent. On small issues I've had with nitrogen, bugs / cashout reviews, have been no more than 24hrs.
