I think Binance, I was first timer in exchanges and my first exchanges that I have registered was in Binance, I trade some of my IOSToken their and no problem in depositing and withdrawing of my funds. So I could recommended is Binance Exchanges.

Join more bounties as you can. Also, you can't just join a bounty and the bounty reward will be increase, the increase of rewards per bounty will be depends on your followers and friends. So, first thing to do is add more friends at your facebook account. It would be better if you maximize the 5000 friends for you to have a great rewards too in facebook campaign.
Next is the twitter campaign, you need to increase your followers, the more the followers, the great reward will be. So, make many followers, just tweet an interesting one and also follow others for them to follow you. Also, the following and follow back hacks.
Use this method, first follow 1000 users in twitter, then after a day, check all following and unfollow all users who don't follow back. And follow again 1000 users, repeat it daily. If you got atleast 10k followers and 5k friends both twitter and facebook.
Now join as many social medias bounties. That will make you more earnings in bounties

There are lots of scam coins in the world of crypto. But not all ICO was scam. Some are legit but going dump by the bounty hunters. Because they selling those coins at the lowest price. So that their coins will be sold asap. They didn't think about the investors during ICO.

I always joining bounties in different projects / ICO's.
Those tokens given rewards to me, some have value and some are no more needed ( no value ).
So this teach me a lesson, if the token reward was same price as ICO. YOu should sold them immediately because the price will go down after 24hrs.
That was the fact. Because there are many bounty hunters want to earn profit even in the lowest price. So the token value drop immediately.

I do still supporting ethereum.
In fact, I purchase some last April 03, 2018. And now holding it. Ethereum will continue growing as my intuition says. Also, as per checking its value now, my investment got doubled. I will continue support it.

Crypto crash, the best way to do to protect ourselves is to buy more and hold some of your cryptos. We can't do anything about falling price value of the market. But we can stop from falling it. Why ? because theres a supply and demand. The more the supply and less demand, the price will drop. So Id better to advise not to sell those cryptos when the price was crashing.

I am proudly to say I will choose Ethereum.
Why ? because I am holding some Ethereum since April first week. And So far, my capital got doubled. And believing that ethereum will continue its growing and reach 3,000 for this year.

The way they change the world by in the high technology approaches.
Also, if this was accepted by the world. This make change some poverty too. If they know about the crypto.

strategy:

When the market is falling. You should scout some token that have potential to grow like ethereum and bitcoin. And buy as many as you can.
And wait for the turn that those token rise again. But don't just sold them, wait until the price got doubled or tripled.

yeah. because of too many participants in bounty campaigns. This will great impact on the rewards for each participants. The more the lower you will get. So practically, you will be more rewards if theres a limit for participant counts.

KYC is okay as soon as it was stated on the rules before you come in the campaign. Why ? Because it was better to know all requirements before joining in. It will eat some time to verify KYC, so I prefer that they need to avoid an changes at the end of the campaign. I know that all can adopt it but it will eat some time. I want a smooth end for a campaign.

I wish that the campaign would continue and hire more participants especially on jr.member.
