Hello everyone. I was now thinking more about SLAs and its implementation in everyday life. And what I came up to is that basically, as far as I understand, Stacktical is needed in all the industries, I mean solution is really ultimate. Have you guys thought of that before? Cause this can go from a huge retailer to a small sneakers store. Everyone needs to meet customers expectations Thank you for your input FCj119! You can measure and manage performance in many different contexts across many different industries so it is tempting to apply SLA to anything but from some industries like IT Service Management are a better fit than others. For now, our team is dedicated to helping service providers managing the expectations surrounding online services, such as apps, website and systems involving IoT connected devices.

this is really confusing how will you keep track of all the services that i use and which ones experience down times?
Thank you for your interest Swipherji! That's exactly why the use of the blockchain is an essential part of our project. Each downtime or performance failures will automatically trigger a compensation programmed in the DSLA smart contract agreed upon beforehand between Stacktical and the provider. This way, we don't have to manually keep track of all the services you use nor the ones you use experiencing technical issues. The compensation in DSLA token will be set depending on various criterias such as the length or the regularity of the performance failure etc.

For example, with the free plan a provider can check that new software doesn't break SLAs only one per day. With the pro plan there is no limit. This is just one difference as an example Hmm.. And is it expensive? I mean the premium plan. Cause looks like there are many benefits Check their pricing table on the website, but there will be personal offers, depending on many factors, I believe Hello Ferdi252, Thank you all for your interest in our product. Here is the link for a better overview of our pricing table: https://stacktical.com/pricing. In a nutshell, companies can use our scalability audit solution for free and only pay for premium features for professional services and support. They also have the option to use the DSLA platform with their DSLA tokens to create and publish SLAs. The cost will depend of the compensation pool size and the user base of the provider. In that regard, the token sale is an opportunity for providers to get DSLA tokens at a discount while investing in a product they need. Feel free to reach us out on our Telegram at https://t.me/stacktical.

Hello there, are there any direct competitors of Stacktical nowadays?
Hello, thank you for your question. Our main competitors are traditional Service Level Management platforms such as ServiceNow and Service Desk softwares such as Jira Service Desk or Zendesk. Also since they aim at improving the reliability of systems, Application & Network Monitoring Management tools such as New Relic can also be seen as indirect competitors of our SLO definition product. However, using the blockchain we have a first-mover advantage. None of our competitors use the blockchain to improve the efficiency of Service Level Management and lower the premium of SLAs for individuals and small businesses.
