Mega city air pollution is bad, but mostly contained to the area around those cities, plastic pollution is a much greater scourge IMO. I think if every human planted 20 trees in their lifetime, it would make up for those peoples air pollution. With plastic on the other hand, very little can be done to remove it from the ecosystem and it doesn't biodegrade :/

If you live in the United States, I would love to gauge your opinion of participation in the political system. I have created this survey, it consists of 5 easy questions and should take less than one minuet. https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/3263KJ8I would appreciate your responses to the survey! (and your opinions here as well) Thank you!

I am generally optomistic about NEO, I believe it will do well in the long run, even though it is down along with the rest of the market right now.

|

DeepOnion FTW! I believe in the long term success of this project.

I find it wise to remain critical of the media. question everything.

I would definitely put my money behind NEO out of those two choices. NEO has good support from China. Ripple is by banks for banks, and it inflates which IMO is totally defeating the purpose of crypto.

I believe $500,000 / BTC in 3 years was John McAfee's Original speculation, but he has since updated it to $1,000,000 / BTC in 3 years which I believe to be entirely possible.
The entire crypto market is deep in the trough right now but by the end of 2018 it will have vastly increased since the start of this year, and will continue to do so for the next few coming years in my opinion. I believe strongly in the future of crypto, so I may be biased but I definitely see Bitcoin in the $500,000 to $1,000,000 range in 3 years time.

Check out DeepOnion, it is a new privacy coin.
Im holding some of that, in addition to some ETH, LTC, and NEO

Diversify it into a few steady trenders and a few potential big gainers. Check out DeepOnion, it is a new privacy coin. Read the whitepaper it seems promising.

Everything we see and hear is conditioning us to act a certain way, and it takes a very mindful person to be able to be able to filter out all the garbage that is being pushed on us. Short answer is yes, companies and authority figures, all kinds of people are always trying to figure out ways to get in your head.

I say diversify it. I'm holding Ethereum, Litecoin, NEO, and DeepOnion, because I believe in the long term potential of these projects.

It is possible, although it is a reach. I also can see ETH at 5k at the end of the year if LTC does go to 1k.

When I was 14 or so I watched a film called "nude nuns with big guns". It was very bad, in fact I'm quite sure it was sacrilegious lol

I think it is best to have a portfolio of 4-5 cryptos that you believe in.

A lot of pollution occurs because of large scale meat industry.
And plastic pollution is really bad too.
We all need as individuals need to evaluate the things we are doing in terms of their long term environmental cost as well.

Take out the fed reserve and watch the world turn around.

Litecoin has been doing exceptionally well these past few days, it is definitely possible it reach 400 within a month. I believe in 1000 by years end.

LOL its great reading this thread 9 days after this guy said the price of LTC would rise dramatically this week and now it turns out he was right. XD

Our dependence on oil certainly isnt great, but that could be completely offset if everyone planted like 10-20 successful trees throughout their lives as well.
Honestly, I think the biggest environmental travesties of out time are deforestation of places like the amazon, plastic pollution of the environment (particularly the ocean) and factory farming (also known as CAFO's) which produces tons of methane and toxic sludge of blood and manure that the environment cannot handle.
If humanity does not change their ways I'll end up crying. I'd say we've got 20 years tops.
