Do you think we are ready (or getting there) for this?  What is the role of bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general in this efforts?

Well, I don't understand why Italy is around the top 10... Maybe because of unemployment of young people (+30%) and the number of Italians living abroad... Brazil is in the list maybe due to general costs and the tax (IOF) to send money abroad.
