It takes this from the cheapest country and creates financing in countries with high credit ratings. I do not know how much it is possible to do this on an individual basis. But by increasing competition in the global sense, creating interest competition, it can benefit consumers. If such a project can succeed, it will come to very good places. Swapy is the first, I heard in this area. The firsts always have a distinctive feature. Let's see how it will be.
