i have 1,35GHash floating into btc-guild since tomorrow. And in the last Block i got 0,07 Coins.
Yesterday, with only 400GHash, i got 0,03 to 0,04 coins. There is something going wrong.

if i understood right, the shown award in the blocklist is final, so i think i got definitly too less. I am switching as fast as possible back to slushs pool, until that problem is solved.

Bei so nem Rechner lohnt sich defintiv ein Netzteil mit 80+ Gold Zertifizierung! Bloß kein Bronze Netzteil mehr holen.  Zum Bsp. das Corsair AX850 (wobei das 750 für 4 8850er ohne OC auch reicht). Meine 4 ziehen 630Watt unübertaktet.

ich habe fast das gleiche setup wie du: MSI FX790 GD (die vorgängerkarte zu deiner)
und 4 mal die Sapphire 5850. Als Netzteil verwende ich ein Corsair AX850. Das reicht dicke.
Ich mal mal den Stromverbrauch unter Last gemessen: Wenn alle 4 Karten minen komme ich auf 630W. Da hat man also noch 220W für OC Experimente.

Is that a real problem, or are the rewards calculated in the right way?

I think the question aimed at a case which need no modification to hold 4 graphic cards.

Choose a Pool with no Fees. Taking in mind, that Servers cost also money, i think that the transaction fees are a very small compensation for these costs.

With this MHash/ sec Power you will wait months (in average nearly 200 days) for your first solved Block (which means 50 coins).

I would join a pool like BTC-Guild. There you get every day small amounts of Bitcoins (with your current Setup arpount 0.25Coins per Day)

Beside that: Stop mining with that sort of hardware. The energy costs are currently higher than the amount of created bitcoin value. Bettter start with a Graphiccard from the AMD Radeon HD58XX Series.

ja hab ich inzwischen auch gelernt. Klär mich aber nochmal vollständig auf. So wie ich das nun verstehe braucht man entweder die Crossfire Verbinder, Oder Dummyplugs, oder aber man muss in der Registry den Powersaving Modus deaktivieren. Oder seh ich das falsch? Kann man einfach so 4 Grakas in ein System stecken, Windows draufmachen und loslegen?

Ich habe noch keine Kabel gefunden, aber auch noch nicht direkt gesucht. Aber solange sie funktionieren ist doch gut. Da brauchts glaub ich keine Qualität. Werden ja nicht mehr bewegt.

Und Ja: Das ist ein Kabel was von einem PCIE 1x Slot an die Grafikkarte geht, Fürs Minen reicht PCIE-1x völlig aus.

wenn du Ubuntu benutzt brauchst du keine Crossfireverbinder. Das kann die Karten auch so ansprechen. Die sind nur bei Windows wichtig. 320MHash / sec sind schon ganz gut. Meine 5870 hat nochmal 20 mehr gebracht nachdem ich auf phatk umgestellt habe. Also einfach das poclbm in deiner Befehlszeile durch phatk ersetzen. Vielleicht bringts was. Vielleicht nicht. Probieren kostet nix. 

Riser Card oder Kabel ist völlig ausreichend.

Hmm nice concept. Any Block found yet?  I will get my, and my friends new dedicated mining system hopefully in 2 days. I think i will give your pool a try then with around 2,5GHs (combined)
