There are many beliefs and religions in the world. We have people of faith and religion and various beliefs. I guess we can even say that atheists are a religion in themself. I guess by not believing in a god, they are believing in something else. Therefore I dont think they hate religion.

I tried to vote in poll but looks locked or ended.  I have a degree, but work with many people with no qualifications. So yes you dont have to have a degree to be successful.
