I'm afraid even 0.1 guaranteed BTC isn't enough to drag me to facebook or google+. Happy fools' day indeed.

Take it easy, boys and girls.

A Microsoft scum left for Nokia. Then Microsoft bought Nokia after that scum destroyed it.
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Anyone have wiki priviliges over at http://en.bitcoin.it? on: March 16, 2014, 07:08:28 PM
Bitcoin is decentralized. Bitcoin Wikis are not.

fossil is a decentralized version control system and has a built-in wiki. just saying
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Anyone have wiki priviliges over at http://en.bitcoin.it? on: March 16, 2014, 02:15:17 PM
They have a whitelist system that only allows people to edit the wiki if they send a small amount of bitcoins to an address.

Which makes it a censored centralized system. The very opposite of what Bitcoin is supposed to be.

How would you like to magnify your wealth, influence, and prestige?

This isn't wisdom, this is elitism and ego fapping.
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The real price of bitcoin, less than an iphone app on: March 16, 2014, 02:11:24 PM
Facebook didn't pay so much for an app. Facebook paid so much for the users that are using it. The users and their data is the product.

10  Other / Meta / Abuse of self-moderated topics by reflink spammers on: March 14, 2014, 02:06:43 PM
Few of my posts expressing negative attitude towards reflink spam were deleted.

I've got system private messages looking like this:

The problem with these automated messages is that they don't even link back to the thread the deleted post belonged to, so it's not possible to quote the thread and the topic starter in abuse accusations, this isn't handy at all.

Apparently there are reflink spammers in this forum who abuse the feature of self-moderated topics to silently censor any criticism directed towards them. And this creates a very serious precedent. The lack of transparency in exposing these forum users makes the admins look like biased in favor of such slick people. Lack of very strict moderation rules is what made this forum highly popular, but lack of fairness and transparency that favors spammers with hidden agendas is what can bring this forum down. You don't want a full scale confrontation between spammers and those who dislike them to the point of being ready to burn the whole place just to eradicate the spamming defilers.

inb4 a new forum is being developed, it will have all features you need, just be patient. Please don't bring this argument, I don't believe in the whole BS about the new forum

*** Stop bitching at the OP. It makes you look juvenile, and its embarrassing ***

If you'd spent two minutes researching this forum section instead of going ad hominem, you could notice that OP has made multiple garbage copypaste posts pointing to his site. The quality of content is horrible and he looks like yet another parasite who's trying to whore some free site clicks just because bitcoin is a buzzword now.

He also used to control the biggest underground plain water resource on Earth.

You expect him to run a secure forum for a multibillion dollar industry but spend not spend big bucks?
This is A Bitcoin forum, not THE Bitcoin forum.
De facto, it is.

Anytime a complaint arises, there's someone who emphasizes that this is just a forum, not the forum. See the access over tor thread for example.
