@ all replies above Bitmain already confirmed the problems they had while Blockchain was offline. All payments from yesterday until present will be double checked and processed as soon as possible. So all you can do is chill out  |

Just ordered a S1, it looks like its going to take longer then 1 hour to confirm a BTC transaction that I PAY a fee for. How does this work if my transaction does not confirm over the blockchain within 1 hour my BTC is gone and no antminer? Or do they still see I have sent the BTC and now are just waiting for the payment to confirm?
You can just pay straight after you received the payment adress... Your transaction can be confirmed through Blockchain.  |

Hello all,
I was wondering if any of you is having (or had) the following problem:
I ordered through the website of Bitmain and as stated on the website, the payment has to be done within 1 hour. I paid straight after I received the payment adress, but the payment itself did not reached enough confirmations (or whatever happened) to appear as 'paid' on the Bitmain-website.
So in short, my payment was not processed within the 1 hour after ordering. Now the order says 'expired' but I did pay.
I already emailed Bitmain regarding this issue but I was wondering if any of you guys had this before aswell?
