Is the auction happening?
Interested in looking and maybe bidding Wink

Still waiting for the coins to come back from engraving... Sad

There will be 3 special coins coming in extra with the rolls, one of them will be a copper one engraved with "Roll1, Roll2,..." and two other one that nobody seen yet (Still the "Unchained" design, different materials, minted to 25 coins each) Tongue

4 Rolls will be put here on auction, they will be the colours roll series (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow) and the auction will be one at a time, one week each...

3 other rolls will be released on eBay and won't be part of the colours series (Something else Tongue)

As soon as I get the coins back from the engraver, I will announce the first auction...

Sorry for the delay, my engraver is so damn slow, I'll find someone else next time... grrr...

He promised me that I'll have them by wednesday this week, so I cross my fingers ! Tongue

To get these two special 25 edition coins, does one have to purchase a roll or are you offering some of them separately?   Sounds like there will be 7/25 sold each with the rolls.  Any more details of this special edition you can share now, like which materials?

bitguy101 will get #001 to #005 of each, I'll keep one of each... so that leave 12 coins of each... I still don't know how I will make them available but it may be either here on eBay...

As for the material, I guess I can tell you, one is Antique Bronze and the other one is Antique Copper... they look gorgeous ! Smiley

I did actually purchase the full license from shuttershock images which allows me to use the design unlimited for merchandising.

Would be curious to see a proof of that... lol

Are you sure you didn't invite people to vote for you? Honestly? This whole thing is rigged.
Coinographic, your Name is on the line here, I hope you realize that.

Letting people know that there is a contest and I'm participating - yes. What, I should hide it from everyone?
Accusations that entire croatian forum voted for me: only 2 votes from there, sorry haters...
Buying votes or paying anyone for them - no way. Point finger at someone else regarding this.

Do you know whats funny iawgoM:
The person that bashed my design with the shutterstock image has voted for you.
The person that posted a random adress in Switzerland has voted for you.
The person that even made a damm youtube video about my coindesign has voted for you.
The person that contact the owner of the image from shutterstock regarding copyright has voted for you.
And whenever somebody makes a critical comment about your coin some guy is right to the rescue and defends your coin and guess what, that guy has voted for you.

Now tell me you are not trying to ruin my reputation!

I was the one who posted the damn YouTube video and I didn't vote for iawgoM...

I never said that the lionshead was not from that picture! If I bought the lionshead picture from lets say photobucket then there is no more copyright on it and I am aloud to use it for my design.
Or if I visited the palace and took the picture myself there would also be no copyright on it.
I did post a response to the one guy who accused me of stealing that picture. It would help if you read the whole thread before accusing me of something.

I just don't understand why you say "Or if I visited the palace and took the picture" like if it was a possibility when in fact, it is clear that the image come from a copyrighted source, if you paid for it, fine, but I highly doubt that. I think that you'll probably pay for it if and when you will win.

I did saw the post in response to the guy who accused you and the answer is confusing, do you mean that you took the pictures yourself, because it does look like it is what you meant here:

"I live in Switzerland, so figures that I have been in Italy a lot in the last couple of years. I did visit that palace and took many pictures of that great lion head. I used it as an inspiration for my coin design."

I also hope, that if you bought a licence, you didn't took the standard licence because it is forbidden to use it on merchandise for sale... :/

I've contacted the artist, Mauro Carli, to clear all this up.

That's how I sees it, I might be wrong, if that is the case, sorry for the false accusations.

Just to prove my point here is a little video I made:

And to everybody that said my Image on the coin is stolen, well maybe I own the original photograph or maybe I bought the Picture. I can assure you there is no copyright on that Picture. And in case I win I will foward all details which are relevant to coinographic.

That's a lot of maybe...

Why don't you say something like, I took this picture or I bought this picture ?

The strange thing is that the image fit pixel to pixel with this one:

Also, I've noticed that the #15 took a copyrighted pictures in his design, if he bought the right, it's fine, but I wanted to let you know...

I vote for #10 elianite

I have a question:

You are going to make 100 2oz coins in .9999 Gold ?

I guess not, because that would make your first batch production cost up to over 250 000$

Just curious Tongue

Can I get one of these graded by ANACS before it's shipped to me? I would like to take coin 200 graded. I'm waiting on my merlin gold coin, so it would be convenient to get them together. If not, I'll buy a normal one some time soon ish  Smiley

Damn, I just realized the #200 was also reserved, really sorry about that !

I'm not sending coins to ANACS for this series, I think that on the next series (New design) I'll probably send a few to ANACS.

Sorry again for the #200 messed-up..

Do 4 rolls of 25 instead of the big 100 box. I'd want one of those rolls Grin

Allright ! I'll take that into consideration ! Tongue
