advice from zeusminer founder
Advice from zeusminer customer: Quoting "zeusminer founder" on the topic of ASIC manufacturing is unlikely to strengthen your argument. You might want to double-check how it turned out for zeus. i don't know why ZEUS miner guys all like come to this thread to broadcast the rumor of LIGHTNINGASIC. go back to sell your miners.if you have more stock in hand, drop your price. and ship out it on time. don't push me to public your things here. thanks. jack.

Well i'm betting LA is going to royally fuck their pre order, so i am actually on point. how will you bet it? if we ship out the miner, will you pay for it? close your mouth, and go to sell your ZEUS MINER. DON'T push me to public how strong your asic design team.

Well i'm betting LA is going to royally fuck their pre order, so i am actually on point. Please stay away from our topic, you aint no customer of ours, all you do around here is to troll and spread hate. You have ZERO experience with us, never talked with us, you never ordered from us. You should learn from zeus and expand your vocabulary don't just say things like "we are the best" "we shipped million dollars miners" "stay away" "We don't care stop trolling" I'll paste the convo here i asked them about whether they'll become another cointerra I'll try to be more specific on concerns Terry how are you sure you wont encounter issues like cointerra did ? Tape out went well, prototype chip hash and watt on target Their engineer prove it in youtube. Even with convincing videos At assembly however something went wrong they couldnt make the promised 2TH and if not mistaken the wattage is off as well.
You have taped out well as you claimed but there are steps after tapeout as well. Are you convinced yourself you could meet your claim ?
we went through this route a bunch of times so we are very confident in avoiding pitfalls. but honestly, things might happen. aside from iterating through our own btc chip, we purchased a ton (10s of thousands) of chips from other manufacturers such as A1 and Avalon and went from there to see what might go wrong. so that gives us what we have now is not one, not two but three designs with different components just to prevent what might be going wrong. also if i may, we call it s-flex for a reason and we'll explain why in a bit after something soon we will be announcing. our thinking doesn't just stop at delivering a reliable product but also ease your deployment as well. See that is called addressing concerns properly..improve your vocabulary and you'll convince more people. As other users pointed out zeus went wrong too.. They managed to become a better version of cointerra..they screwed customers with triple power consumption but better it out by delivering on time for most. Now it's up to you ... I thought you ignored me LOL... Try this question Hey LA i see you havent taped out but as in many preorder cases customers get screwed.. How can you be sure you can be better than zeusminer...they are slightly better than cointerra as they werent late but that trifold power consumption sucks..i am asking since you HAVE NOT EVEN TAPED OUT yet. @xingqiaoyin you just come here broadcast the hate to LA. and you seem work for ZEUS miner. ok, let me give you offer. if you are real buyer, don't care about the power, just care about the sotck ready, and price. ok, i can give you offer now: 14MHS, 500W blade, usd1100, include shipment. if you come here again and again, i will make one offer to all ZEUS miner clients, i will give 5% discount based on ZEUS mine offer the same miners based on same chipset. thanks. Jack.

Hi asiabtc, usually how much do you declare on customs invoice for a LA1THS? Shipping is handled by DHL or other couriers? And last but not least: in case of RMA, customer pay return shipping to china?
@RMA From what I realized this month: - in case of RMA you have to pay the return shipping to china - You have a lot of struggle with the provided address - You cannot find any phone number for the shipment on the website - DHL fails to deliver at LightningAsic - If you ask Jack to force DHL to deliver again he will not react (since 24 hours now) if failed shipment, its because of the express problem.and we cannot force dhl to do anything. we shipped back ram in 48 hours.

Hello LA3M Miners and such! I was one of handful that got on the first shipment of the LA3M's from Jack, and was following this thread everyday trying to get the latest and greatest news about the miners, but have been gone for a bit since then. The last thing everyone was talking about was the Firmware update for the LA3M's that boosted the KH for the LA3M's. My question to you all is did that finally come out yet, and if it did when did it come out and where can I download it? It seems this thread is bigger than a rubber band ball now and if any of you have been still following this thread since day one, or just know the questions i'm trying to answer, any help is greatly appreciated and thanks everyone! pls go here to find the controller firmware thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=554542.0thanks for your trust and Enjoy the world first scrypt asic miner. Jack.

it should be fixed now
That's what I have heard too, but I have only 60% of miners online, and Jack doesn't reply to my pm's! I should have 8TH/s mining, but since the electricity problems, I have had only 5TH/s online. It is really frustrating to see your miners are not mining. The situation is made A LOT MORE worse when you can't contact LA. They don't reply to your messages etc. The miners should already be online but they are not! No one tells me what is going on., LA, are you mining with my miners or what's the deal??!?!? I'm starting to feel scammed! As far as i know things should be fixed today-tomorrow , Jack should post a update soon. As you can see I reply to your messages, you are not ignored We apologize for this downtime, im sure Jack will compensate somehow. we made mistake. when the power fixed, 3t hash setup to wrong account. we have setup 6t more for you. this 3T extra power will online for 3 days for u. sorry for this.

Assuming this will be delivered in 4 months from now, consider that in the last month LTC difficulty went up by 58%. If this continues you're looking at 1/6 of current revenue per MH/s in October, all other things being equal. So the $2000 price tag is roughly equivalent to $10-12k being asked for the current Innosilicon hardware. Of course "all other things" are never equal, so do your own math based on your own data/estimates/beliefs/rumors/etc.
its all based on our company development. we start to design new asic from 5 months ago.now its time to tape out it. Have you (LA) designed an ASIC? - and if so, please give some more info on it. whats your expected targets? based on 28nm, 4-5mhs/asic, 3W/mhs.it needs 4-5 monthes to tape out it.and ship out miners. Not to break your party here but HAVE YOU TAPED OUT ? I believe you need 4-5 months after tape out at the earliest before you can begin shipping miners. If you read carefully, we say end of Q3 , start of Q4. Stop trolling.
Better be careful with what you said.... october delivery means you have taped out...have you ? Not being negative here but you are already having a poor record delivering in stock miners. from now, there is enough time. tell me which company you work for? if you don't like this pre-order model, we have LA90M, stock ready. you can place order, and get it in 2-3days in china. I work for the community. Now please address the important question Have you taped out and sent the details for manufacturing ? It is a simple and fair question. u dont work for the community, no one hired u, u're here to spread hate, thats all u do. we have our plans done, we know what we're doing. So you want someone else to ask the question for you ? Any smart buyer would've asked the same question. There's no way you could tape out and deliver miners at the same time. Tapeout itself isn't a guarantee that everything will go smoothly. Look at zeusminer and cointerra. So for your own credibility you better explain that one sooner or later. If you plan to tape out and than deliver miner at the same time then I've a duty to warn that you'll become another BFL. Let the buyers and our customers ask us. Our credibility is earned long time ago, we dont need to earn more. Thank you for your concern your credibility is a joke and everybody knows it... this sight is plagued by scams from its employees and they mine the shit out of it before you get it the otherwise - the fact is we shipped out millions usd value miners.
