182  Economy / Economics / Re: Why You Should Never Sell Your Bitcoins Ever on: September 01, 2016, 06:54:40 PM
No target, still buying what I can afford to lose. When the time comes, I won't need fiat, I'll just spend from my btc savings. Which btw,I consider my btc a form of savings account, not a standard investment so I don't really plan to be in and out at the markets whim. Just letting what happens happen. I figure if we ever hit $100k USD per BTC I might buy something nice, but I wouldn't use all my holdings.

Two years from now I think the end result is that Britain will have the benefits of free trade with the Continent without the political interference. It's a win for the rest of the EU as well for it will encourage the remaining members to limit supra-national usurpation of sovereignty.

187  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What should I do to get bitcoins? on: June 14, 2016, 05:09:25 AM
Open online shop payment by bitcoin.
There are some of those, and many others that accept dollars and bitcoin.
Bitcoin allows online marketplaces to be brought up much easier than before, no dealing with payment processors with big commissions. Its just the merchant, and the buyer. No middlemen.
188  Other / Off-topic / Re: How do I make money with $100 USD BTC on: June 05, 2016, 04:30:11 PM
If you only have $100, put it on red in gambling. If you’re right, you’ll double your money. If you’re wrong, you’re only out 100 bucks. Grin
189  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price Increase Incoming. on: May 29, 2016, 11:55:20 AM
I think improving infrastructure is the most interesting, and most likely to affect price. And China is the short term speculative play that's most noticeable.
190  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do islam hates people? on: May 26, 2016, 06:45:21 AM
Islam hates people because People hate Islam -- simple as that.

It's because Islamists say that terrorists go to a reward in the afterlife, while the rest of us claim either 1) there is no afterlife, and so life is precious on Earth, or 2) terrorists will be punished in the afterlife.

Meanwhile, Islam is the only religion which advocates ruthless murder as a legitimate form of political expression. If not, then where is the mass-protest against terrorists by all of Islam? I haven't heard a peep, other than some lip-service that "terrorists are criminals."

However, Islamic leaders NEVER claim that terrorists will be punished in the afterlife; on the contrary, they say that terrorists have earned their eternal rewards in paradise.

I also suggest coinbase. I used and felt very good.

When you buy bitcoin with a connected bank, it will take approximately 4 business days for the bitcoin to arrive in your Coinbase account.

197  Other / Off-topic / Re: Which BTC wallet are you using on: March 20, 2016, 02:48:22 PM
Bitcoin Armory
If you want enhanced security, Armory is a great choice. Armory is a full bitcoin client, meaning it’s not hosted on the web and you have to download the entire blockchain before using the wallet.
