I have made a small profit off of my bitcoins and would like to payoff a portion of my mortgage which is held by a US bank.  The profits are currently sitting in MT GOX.  Is my only option to wire transfer my profits to my US checking account and then send the money to the loan holder bank or is it possible to send the transfer either directly to the loan holder or through another financial intermediary?  I would prefer to not send the profits directly to my bank if it all possible.
