You can keep tracing the trail of transactions that will (presumably) follow (exit scam). The only difficulty would be tracing the owners/people who control the private keys to the address. I wouldn't be surprised if they'd use a mixer to try and throw people of their tail. The only hope you have is if they slip up somehow. Sorry this happened to you. It gives both BTC and humanity a bad name.

With the prices for coins at the moment you can maybe find good picks with lower ricks looking at "old" coins as well.
This. Some of the biggest returns in the last year have come about through old coins/projects that have been revamped. In the past year ICOs have increased tenfold. Lots of them are just ploys for companies to make some quick cash with little regulation and effort needed. Offering to pay an advisor here is pointless. Nobody can recommend a project with certainty. You’d be better off playing it safe with projects that have been around for a while and will continue to be developed for the foreseeable future.

Now that I’ve gotten home I’ve had time to look at them. On the bright side, at least they were delivered to the right address. I was worried when the tracking showed a random signature. The coins themselves seem to follow the overall trend. Although not as bad as some posted here, they all have some small markings, scratches and a couple have a few dents. They’re definitely not ‘fresh off the mint’. The coins have the potential to be lovely (holograms are fire despite the odd key placement on all of them ). I’m not sure what went wrong but it’d be nice if Bobby checked in on here to explain.

Seems like my package has been delivered despite nobody having been home to accept delivery... Looks like the fedex guy signed for it and proceeded to force it through the letterbox Not a great start but hoping the coins are in good order when I get to them later. Fingers crossed.

Personal opinions shouldn’t be used to determine a post’s nature as the individual’s view will always be subjective. The merit system is meant to reward quality posters but given the limited number of merit individuals have, the current number of merit sources and the fact that it’s still quite a novel system, it will take a while before it has as great an effect as was intended.

I dont get it... Why would you buy virtual land? Am i missing something?
If I’m correct with my understanding, it’s about owning a virtual asset that’s unique to you. I actually read an interesting article about it on a BA flight (inflight magazine) that explained how digitalised/virtual assets have gained popularity (CryptoKitties for example). Apparently there’s a market for this.

Watching this. Out of interest, what classifies as a right outcome and close score? Will also have to take a look at this Superbru thing but you can count me as a possible participant.

Whilst this is a great idea and an admirable challenge you’ve set for yourself, I think you’re best off going along the more traditional ways of raising money. If you area a registered charity, companies can get tax breaks/exemptions for donating to your cause. Accepting donations in FIAT also gives you a greater pool of donators/investors (although investing will depend on whether you’re a for-profit organisation, NGO/Charity or social enterprise).

I see you are from Switzerland. I actually have moved here in the last two years, I was wondering if you sell locally? If so, in which area are you located. I love the idea that little niches like these are becoming prevalent in bitcoin!
I’m personally based in the U.K. These cigars ship from the duty free zone in Switzerland. Since you’re based locally, the packages should arrive quickly with no issues. Thanks for the kind words. BTC, LTC, ETH, XMR are all accepted

Try Zepher. He is in the uk. Also I rented a PO. Box that i use for all my non personal deliveries. It helps with keeping your privacy. PO. Boxes are really expensive though aren't they (and I'm too lazy to go to the sorting office and pick up stuff)? It's like £80 a month or something (I normally have a second address of a trusted party to send it to but that's gone also). P.O. Boxes in the USA come around to $120 a year in NYC. Quite cheap compared to the UK. Why so expensive? Royal families are expensive to maintain? It’s a cost benefit kind of thing In the U.K. there are private P.O. boxes and the one offered by the national post service. They charge £222.5 for 12 months for a collection service and £275 for a delivery one. It’s more expensive than those in the US but the P.O. box you get has royal approval
