Hard talks comes in hard times, as coming to Ethereum as well. It is your decision to make what you will take steps. I suggest you hear your own and do what you prefer. I might sell them if i had faced this situation. Who would want his investments go down before his eyes.

I do agree Ethereum goes down time to time, also part of agreement goes that ethereum solidity was a big mistake. Ethereum with optimizing the mainnet could come to recover may be, don't know why they are not recovering. It is their matter of course. Now it may be time for EOS or other to take his place.

I think the process is quite simple but the more important thing is to first analyze the market and understand it’s trend before making any decision.
