581  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Things that influence our trading decisions on: July 12, 2023, 09:58:58 PM
Based on my experience, the things that influence me in making my decision are my emotions and Technical knowledge. It is something to note that the more we become too emotional, the more we can't think the right thing and it leads to making wrong decisions. It is very common when we are newbies but as we gain experience, it gradually changes and now we are focused on following the trend, doing TA, and improving our skills and strategies. Because when we are a newbie, we feel worried that is why we become too emotional.
Emotions and the news are the top contributor on making decisions and in trading even if you practice not to get very emotional while trading you can’t still escape the fact that you’re still affected especially if greed is taking over your trading decisions. News are common as well, as a trader you should only not focus about the price trend, but also see the market trend because in crypto, the market can easily go pump and dump on every news.
582  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Ang Nangyari Ba Sa Lodicoin Ang Mag Didiscourage Sa Ating Mga Local Developer on: July 12, 2023, 09:50:00 PM
As expected sa mga scam projects and napakabilis ng pangyayari, this is not the first scam project and sobrang dami na nila.

Di ko paren talaga maintindihan bakit maraming mga Pinoy paren ang naiiscam kahit na alam naman nilang scam project ito.

It’s either masyado silang greedy or sadyang wala lang talaga silang sapat na kaalaman when it comes to crypto projects. Hinde ren talaga naten masisisi ang gobyerno kase sariling pag kakamali naman naten ito.
583  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How was your first experience with gambling? on: July 12, 2023, 09:39:16 PM
First experience was fun since my focus is not just about making money at that time and its a pure for entertainment only. By the time I enter the right age, I was able to enter the casino for the first time and my budget is limited at that time, as expected I lose the money and that’s the beginning of my gambling story in casinos. As a new gambler you tend to play with lots of emotion but as the time goes by, you’ll realize how risky gambling is and you’ll realize that making money is not guaranteed at all.
584  Local / Pilipinas / Re: SEC maghihigpit? anu ang magiging kapalaran ng crypto sa Pilipinas on: July 11, 2023, 09:39:20 PM
We are still a developing country kaya hanggat maaari, makapagcollect tayo ng tax and if marami na ang kumikita with crypto, I think mas magfofocus sila dito para maghabol for taxes.

Ok ito kung maganda ang regulation pero knowing how our government works, for sure may makakalusot paren na mga scam projects at sobrang bagal nila kumilos kase maiiscam ka muna bago sila umaksyon.
585  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trade with caution on: July 08, 2023, 09:30:34 PM
A good trader knows how to timing the market, and there's no need to trade everyday because this will depend on your strategy.
The most important thing to have as a trader is your strategy, so make sure to have this and commit on that so you won't lose your track.
Trading can be very tricky too, and those who become more greed have a higher chance to lose the money, make sure you wont rush your trading learning because you might miss important knowledge about trading and that can result to a failed trading, have more patience while learning how to trading and just enjoy your journey in trading.
586  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What attracted you to gambling?Share your experience whether good/bad. on: July 08, 2023, 09:16:14 PM
Most of the time my friends since this is our way to hangout but if I'm alone, my gambling activities will depend on my budget.
I've already experienced bad gambling where I don't have any control with my finances and lose everything, I've learned the lesson the hard way and will never do that again. Its also good that you have your support system to bounce back and rise again, now I'm more responsible and I'm not attracted in gambling that much anymore.
587  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are successful gamblers seen as addicts? on: July 08, 2023, 09:00:35 PM
Now let's be sincere, will you also classify a successful gambler as an addict?
Addiction is those who are into gambling and have a bad result from it but if you are winning and more serious about gambling, then we cannot say that as addiction. Many are trying their luck with gambling and once they are able to find it, they become more active until it became their daily activities. Maybe its a positive addiction since it brings money most of the time and if a gambler are more capable for this, then there should be no wrong and we should not call them addict.
588  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2023 NBA Season on: July 08, 2023, 08:37:09 PM
This poor kid doesn't even have a chance to breathe.  Look I'm never big on guys over 7 foot and the hype they get because with the way the NBA is its hard for most of those guys bodies to last.  But it's one game in the summer league and he is what all of 18 or 19 years old.  He isn't gonna dominate the NBA this year everyone knows that. Scoot was always a better talent for the NBA today.  In the next 5-10 who knows but his game translates today vs a 7 foor 4 young kid.

What he should do is to be in the safe side while he is still a rookie because his body is not yet qualified to go head-to-head with the other bigs in the league because that will just give him an injury or probably worse than that. I know he doesn't want that and the whole franchise doesn't want it either, and we can see how careful they are on Wemby because he wasn't playing that much to avoid unnecessary outcome especially after Kai Jones dunked on Wemby and that wasn't a good picture to see.
This is his first game, and I'm sure they are not so serious with the summer league so it's better not to go all out and stay free from any injury. I'm not a fan though but the hype is too much and can put too much pressure to the kid. Maybe they should stop doing this and just focus on making Wemby more fit for NBA because we all know this is a physical game and too bad if Wemby can't handle such action from other players. Thad kid has a bright future, let's just enjoy watching his game.
589  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Healthy mindset to save earnings from gambling on: July 08, 2023, 08:24:54 PM
Usually, people who win in gambling but not able to cash out or save their winnings and I think this has something to do with a Healthy mindset.
If you do not have the intention to save the wealth, you will lose all your winnings by risking them again in another gambling bet.
Most of the lottery winner are poor people meaning they don't have the knowledge about financial literacy and all they know is to spend the money and that's why most of them become broke again because they are not too prepared for this. In gambling, you are more prone to play more if you don't have the financial budget as well and don't have strategy on how to handle your winnings. If you are able to win some, better to have more savings or convert it to your other investment so by this, that winning can have the chance to make profit again for you.
590  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Latest Survey : Crypto Ownership Sa Pilipinas Bumagsak Mula 50% To 19% on: July 08, 2023, 08:03:53 PM
Most probably yung peak nito is during the Axie season pero since natapos na nga ito, yung iba ay napilitan na ibenta ang kanilan holdings.

This is still a good numbers considering the hinde pa naman totally legal si Bitcoin sa bansa naten.

Malaki pa ren ang chance na tumaas ang percentage na ito since we all know naman, Pinoy is laging sabay sa uso, and if nagstart na ang bull market panigurado marami ang magsisibalakan ang maghohold ng crypto.
591  Economy / Gambling / Re: Is it nomal for BLACKJACK.FUN to investigate for more than 6 months?(resolved) on: July 08, 2023, 01:20:45 PM
pressure for what? If they have already provided a deadline (and much probably this was not only related to their service) it's just time to wait.
if for all the delays that we have with casino and gambling sites (even reputable) we start creating new topics here on the forum, it ends up that we do nothing but write "to put pressure".
You are making no sense here frankly speaking. Blackjack told op that the investigation could sometimes take more than 6 freaking months and you are saying that it's ok and he should have just waited.

They should have specified a more reasonable timeline(Like a week or 2 weeks) instead. Think!
Imagine how much money you can make for the next six months but the site didn’t allow you to do so because of poor customer service and background checking, this is not unacceptable and we should be alarm gamblers too with regards to this. I don’t know if the CSR is the problem here or the site itself, well this can still affect their reputation and this is not good.
592  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Quit gamble! Easy or Hard? Let's talk. on: July 07, 2023, 09:06:42 PM
Everybody should not quit gambling because they hate it. Gambling is not a profession; it's not an ideal means of making money. Whoever gambles for fun will not think of quitting. Even those who see it as a means of earning money will not stop gambling because they believe that's what can fetch them quick cash. The least likely people to quit gambling are those who have become so addicted to it that they are doing crazy things (like picking pockets, borrowing money, etc.) just to gamble, but it's even more difficult to convince an addict to stop gambling.

Cheers 🥂, Dr.Bitcoin_Strange 👺👺
For the fact that w person does not like gambling does not mean that it is bad. Everyone knows what is good for them and even though we don't like what they do or how they do things, we can always leave that to them since it's not our concern. Gambling is what some persons are using to feed there family and pay there bills so we don't have to discriminate that. Since we all have different source of income that is not an illegal source, it will be better for us to be a gambler and keep earning from what we do than to try and earn money in an illegal ways.
There are some who are relying too much in gambling and yes we cannot blame them and they will just realize it once they already lose the money and start looking for a money to feed their family. Quitting is not easy but its possible, if you need help I'm sure there are someone who can help you with this, all you have to do is to commit yourself to free it from gambling. As long as you are doing legal things and be more responsible, there should be no problem but if you think there's a need to quit gambling, then do it.
593  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can DEX Replace CEX as the Future of Crypto Trading? on: July 07, 2023, 08:39:56 PM
As far as I am aware, decentralised exchanges (DEX) have recently gained popularity as an alternative to centralised exchanges (CEX). While CEXs remain the most popular platform for trading cryptocurrencies, DEXs may provide you with a lot of benefits such as decentralisation, lower fees, security, and anonymity.
There are good DEX and CEX but not all will stay within the competition.
We all want the anonymity given by DEX but the real question is its security though you are just using your personal wallet here, some site are still risky to deal with. CEX are talking about great volume and great fundamentals and that's why they remain as the top choice. Let's see if this two will continue to be the best option, maybe a new developer will introduce to us a new way of trading as part of the innovation with crypto.
594  Local / Pilipinas / Re: [Question]Wala ba magiging problema kung gagamit ng mixer sa coins.ph at gcash on: July 07, 2023, 08:20:52 PM
Try to use Mixer and transfer to your hard wallet, magkakaron ka lang ng problem kapag direct mo pinasa sa coinsph.

Di na ako updated sa mga mixer ngayon kase halos lahat ng top mixer na alam ko ay nagsarado na because of the government pressure to them.

If we are talking about huge money here, then better to use the top platform when it comes to mixer and yes doble ingat lang talaga.
595  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Game Winner Result Changed After 24 hours (Defaulted) on: July 07, 2023, 02:45:06 PM
Stake.com voided the bet . That would be followed by all other decent sportsbooks
If its stated on their rules then this option is more possible.
Cheating can happen in sports and the league might change their decision alter on because of this and I'm sure the site are more prepared with regards to this one. Better to contact the support of the site and ask for clarification and what will happen to their bets since the result changed after cheating. I'm looking for a specific clause with regards to this one, so far I didn't see any specific rules for this.

597  Economy / Gambling / Re: Some poker terminologies you may want to know on: July 07, 2023, 02:16:16 PM
This is a good thread for those who wants to learn Poker or still confused about the terminologies or the jargon being used by the poker players.

I honestly don't know the other words though I'm already playing poker, its good to learn this one.

This is indeed a great game in gambling, it requires analysis as well and its possible to win here all you have to do is create your strategy on how to deal and learning this can be a big help.
598  Economy / Economics / Re: Getting an MBA before starting a company or directly starting a company? on: July 06, 2023, 09:59:07 PM
Having your own company is a real world already and if you have the means to start having your own business the better. Education can wait, but the learning that you can get from the actual business is something that you cannot learn in school. Having an MBA is not an advantage as well since your customer will not look to that title, they will look about your company itself. So start having your own business and learn along the way, there should be no pressure and rush at all.
599  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin maximum price on: July 06, 2023, 09:49:13 PM
50k should be the target for this year, I’m bullish and I will hold.
Once we are able to break the resistance in $31k, the price will continue its trend plus many will start to prepare for the halving and that can be a big boost to the price. We will end this year on a huge up trend, its about time for us to enter bull market again and that’s the cycle of Bitcoin.

JUST IN: Scottie Thompson suffered a metacarpal fracture on his right hand during Gilas’ practice in Kaunas, Lithuania.

It's not good news for our Philippine Team as Thompson plays a crucial role in the roster. He contributes on both offense and defense, and is a skilled rebounder. I wonder who will replace him in the starting lineup, considering his importance. I believe Abando, who has mostly been a bench player, could have a chance to shine in this role.
Too bad for the whole team and to his local team as well.
Replacement might easy to find though since there’s a lot of good players on the list and only few will be able to line up. Injury happens unexpectedly and I hope we are more prepared to deal with this. Let’s still hope for the fast recovery and of course for a good performance of Gilas.
