Just the facts, ma’am

Present: Artem, Ashot, crowncoin-knight, walkjivefly

Artem made several commits this week bringing the NFT percentage completion numbers to

* NFT Core — 100%
* NFT Registration — 100%
* NFT Protocols Registration — 95%
* Bitcore NFT support for web-development — 40%

He will soon be performing local testing in a sandbox environment. He will fix any bugs he finds there and then will be ready to expand testing to the current testnet.

Interested parties can see the current state of the code in Gitlab in the 234-simple-nf-token-protocol-registration-2 branch.
Ashot has been on vacation but has still made progress with the most recent compilation errors he encountered. Currently he’s concentrating on Dash/Crown/BTC incompatibilities. There are also some cosmetic issues with the QT wallet still to iron out but he thinks the code is nearly ready for testnet.

He plans to clone the existing testnet so the code gets properly exercised with PoW blocks, AuxPoW blocks and PoS blocks. He’ll ask pjcltd for some additional nodes for the separate testnet.

Interested parties can see the current state of the code in Gitlab in the bitcoin-merge branch.
Artem and Ashot will both try to submit their proposals this week.
Anyone interested in helping test either testnet can contact Artem or Ashot directly via DM in Discord, or just express a general interest in the relevant #testing-nft or #testing-codebase channel.

Crown Wallet redesign

Dear Crown Community,

I've been asked by some members of the Crown team to do a redesign of the current wallet. I'm a designer from the Netherlands asked to help the Crown Community to get a better experience with the Crown Wallet. I'm currently working as a senior visual designer at a top digital design agency in the Netherlands. Currently I'm helping out the Philips Hue team, as a senior visual designer with the redesign and setup of their new Design Language System, a huge visual overhaul coming at the end of May .

My expertise and knowledge could bring the wallet to a higher level! For this reason, I have submitted a proposal that the community can now vote on. Looking forward to start this project for you guys! Kind regards, Whiz.

But yes sir, there will. Sometime next week, CrownCentral.net will receive quite a big update which includes adding/monitoring Systemnodes as well as the ability to calculate earnings for Systemnodes.

Here's a spreadsheet showing the number of CRW a single Systemnode can expect to earn for a given number of Systemnodes on the network.

I suspect that Trons will start to receive a higher reward again after a few thousand SNs have been set up although its impossible to estimate exactly when.  This will be near to our first Zuck Equilibrium!

Big thanks to Urban_Idler for sharing his views on decentralization before the interview happened.  Inspiring stuff.

This market cap of 22 M is nothing for a coin this developed already. I can see it reaching atleast 8-9 dollar a coin, without breaking a sweat.

LucD88 our Lead Atomic developer Artem together with Ivan Ilabra are working on the technical documentation papers, which we will be releasing on the way. Our original Crown papers only serve as a vision for the project. As I said technical papers are coming soon. 

CRW hashrate reached 1400 ph/s last night

15pct of BTC miners are mining Crown now

Basically, if there is not much crown offered to others, im guessing the price can go up really fast since most of it is not being sold. Supply/demand kind of story.

This just got a lot more intresting for me. if this really picks up who knows where it will end!

and yes -- the papers are vague and dated at this point.  but the ideas and principles are genuine and haven't changed -- and the points in the knowledge are all still relevant.
