-network performance tuning - rig at startup and reload will send status every 8 seconds for first 5 minutes, so console will be more interactive and after that it will send status every 1 minute
-now the dashboard will work much faster

You need to mine up to 1 payout on ahahspool which you will reach in I guess in 24 hours with that amount of gpu's. Then you know your actual profit. Switching 1 day is not all that bad to test for better profit?

I found currently that my profit is around 70% of what nemos is predicting (on ahashpool24h.bat) so take that into consideration.

What do you mean ?
Right now smos reboots itself instantly when there is some kernel problem.
I have also in plans adding more informations about crash like storing dump from miner console or dmesg.

It all depends, so few things to consider

The price you can grab the board, cards you currently have, how many PSU you are planing to use and so on.
Put on paper how much it costs to have one big rig or two smaller ones.

If you already have some HDD, CPU, MEMORY to spare and you don't need to buy all the stuff, maybe 2 smaller rigs isn't so bad decision.
When problem occurs with one rig, other one is still mining, and problem will appear sooner or later, anyd you will need to experiment with faulty risers, unstable psu or something else.

So the answer is never applicable to all people, and cannot be best option for everyone.

that is very nice you guys are setting up rigs and etc. for A3.
but don't you think that A3 will be profitable only for 1-2 month max??
