bitbook.biz: can you clarify what you mean by the minimum 0.01BTC bet? Do we actually have to have 0.01BTC pending at the time of the game or have to have placed at least 0.01BTC in total bets in our account's history?

Ya, guess it makes sense. Everyone with USD$ on GOX is willing to pay a premium in order to buy coin and transfer out of GOX.
