1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Aerium [AERM] POW | POS | HIGH APR | LOW SUPPLY | LOW PREMINE | GPU MINING on: January 28, 2018, 07:19:15 PM
30% down, dumping free coins after Ultra block. Well, price will stabilize in next 3 days and no more BIG block.  I'm keeping all of my coins for now and see where this coin is headed over next few weeks. I believe they will announce some news after these ultra blocks are gone.
Please dont' panic sell. Keeping your coins for next big things. Corrections always occur, dont afraid about corrections and massive corrections correlated to Bitcoin price movements.

Yeah man, things go up and they go down, it's a part of the big picture. Why sell for a loss now when if you HODL for a bit and rake in more coin while it's heading up? What goes up must come down, but also the other way around  Wink
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [OPC] OP Coin - High ROI PoS Coin on: January 25, 2018, 03:15:05 AM
Hello, Help. On January 22 he made the deposit in the OPC wallet with the amount of more than 17800 and until today, January 24, they do not give me the staking. They could help me and give information about the process, and set up the wallet as the video shows. Cry Cry
This is a small amount, you need to wait longer

If $800+ worth of coins is a small amount, what is considered medium or large?
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Aerium [AERM] POW | POS | HIGH APR | LOW SUPPLY | LOW PREMINE | GPU MINING on: January 24, 2018, 08:19:39 PM
Thank you @ OGM4ME and ra213 for this information. But if nobody is mining who computes the blocks?  I thought this is necessary for transactions. Ok joining a staking pool seems a good opportunity but if i prefere to have my coins in my wallet is there a way to do this with a linux wallet. Does anybody know how to build it in detailed steps or has even e ready to use linux wallet for Aerium coin? It seems i'm not fit enough to do that on my own.
Many thank for your help

I am not familiar with Linux wallets but as for the mining, PoS is a type of mining. With this, you can (without having to give up your computer functionality)  validate block transactions according to how many coins are in your wallet. So instead of using a GPU or something, you earn coins as interest for them being staked in your wallet. The pool comes into play when people can't put a large  amount of coins in to stake, since you earn faster the more you have. The pool let's plenty of users add their stakes together and therefor collect  interest faster than if they had been solo staking with a small amount of coins.

Hi all,

Where can I see which block we are at so I can see the staking %.
Thanks!

There is a link on their website that has both of their explorers, it's on the menu bar. There is also a link to it from the OPC page on coinmarketcap

so adding to binance made the price jump, all by itself?

Well the extra exposure gives more people an opportunity to get their hands on it, and therefor probably a higher demand in the end. The speed at which it jumped is probably because a lot of people were waiting for their chance and hey, a new exchange is one hell of a chance isn't it? Grin

Masternodes this week?  I did not hear of this info where is it contained???  I thought master nodes were still a ways off.

They just added the first test masternode with IC a day or two ago, I think the majority of the info was on their Discord if I remember correctly. You can for sure still find it there but you may also be able to get some more info from their social medias.

I would not trust a staking pool with a lot of coins. Anyway I don't think that this thread is about staking pools and they are not official. The only official staking pools were closed 2 months ago.

That is why I think there can be an appeal to many users, considering not everyone wants to throw tens of thousands of coins in there. In reality if you have that many coins you could make a decent return solo staking in the first place, so I think https://stakeunited.com is a good place for those smaller/medium investments for sure considering how much more efficient & bountiful it makes the returns.

For all of you who are tired of long staking time in personal wallets, try StakeUnited.com
You get daily stake rewards, and I´ve doubled my OPC coins in a month Smiley

Highly agree with this one  Grin Grin. https://stakeunited.com is the best out there for getting some more OPC through staking. I gave some more info about it a reply a bit farther up the thread if anyone wants more info, however the site can also provide much of what you need to know. I recommend it for sure!

Man there's gotta be an easier way to ban these scam shills.

They do ban them, the catch is that they only do it if they're actually scams, crazy right?. Stakeunited is plenty legit, but thanks for the input.

Stop shilling Stake United in here man. It's so annoying.

Just letting people know, you'll survive  Kiss

https://stakeunited.com is one hell of a service and I'd recommend it to anyone. Smiley

It seems that this POS Pool is distributing a lot of money to attract new innocent users.
 Sad

Too bad I have to repeat myself. Why not bitch about a site that's actually scamming people or something? Letting people know about StakeUnited is in no way wrong, and there have been plenty of users who've been thanked for giving others a chance to learn more about it, including myself. However what would I know? I've obviously never used their service before and you totally have..   Undecided

Or maybe it is a legit service and people who are interested in the coins it stakes would like to learn more? But nooo, I'm sure you're right, they can only be there because the plan is to screw everyone over, how could I have missed that??

There are a load of actual scams out there who are ripping people off as we speak, so why not go after them instead? That'd be a significantly better use of your time.

Stake pool info here for anyone looking! Would highly recommend to anyone who has any B3, but some other coins are also supported too!

https://stakeunited.com is top notch in terms of quality, transparency, and of course staking efficiency, which turned them into my top choice for staking pools almost as soon as I started with them. Not only do they have no deposit fees and a reliable support team if you ever needed it, but you can even withdraw your coins at any time with no worries. I have had 0 issues with them and been there since the launch, so that's got to show something. In addition to that, there are many tutorials right on their website for anyone who needs a little help getting their coins in. The tuts are extremely helpful, so anybody can, and should for sure look into it. My B3 is in there earning more than it would on a solo stake, so check it out while the price is low everyone, have a great day  Grin

One of the great advantages of a staking site is that you are guaranteed to get a higher return without having to buy an absurd amount of coins, so check it out while the price of PIVX is still low!
In the end, I highly recommend them and use their service for my PIVX stakinh, and cant wait to see everyone else enjoying too, have a great day everyone. Smiley
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Aerium [AERM] POW | POS | HIGH APR | LOW SUPPLY | LOW PREMINE | GPU MINING on: January 23, 2018, 10:12:55 PM
Hello @ all.
I'm new to aerium. I've a couple of questions an hopefully i'm right here. At first it would be nice to know where or how i can mine aerium and du i need a new gpu. i just have an old ati radeon 5870. The beste would be if i could mine with my raspberry. It is online 24/7. That brings me to my next question. Has anyone a link to a compiled linux wallet (Raspian). unfortunately i didn't manage to build it following the instructions delivered in the source code. i would be very happy if someone could iluminate me ;-)

garibaldo
Since AERM is a PoS coin only now, staking is how you'll want to mine your coins. I would highly recommend a staking pool site if you want the best efficiency possible. I've mentioned the best one for AERM previously so I'll quote that for you here and the rest of the info can easily be found on the site, enjoy!

As some others have said, the time is now for anyone looking to get into stakes and AERM for sure. I've used multiple different sites and also solo staked but this one has worked the best by far.

How long does the transfer to stakeunited take?
Waiting since 5 days an nothing.

Generally https://stakeunited.com transactions should be credited within 60 minutes of it saying processing, they suggest you contact them on Discord if it is any longer than that.
Here's the link to that: https://discord.gg/wMje9MN

How does that work?

Probably with https://stakeunited.com. That's what most of us have been using to put stakes in on OPC, highly recommend it especially considering the current price  Grin
