Well why is it that after mining for a day and a half. I am averaging about 0.0005MHASH/BTC/DAY about 1/10th of what other multipools are paying out.
Either that or my stats are frozen.
The owner is most likely skimming profits from everybody
Why can't people take time to investigate issues and ask questions before going off the handle and throwing accusations about? Firstly even a little time spent reading would tell you that the nature of this pool means that payments take time to ramp up. Also what evidence do you have to support a statement like "The owner is most likely skimming profits from everybody"? I have been with this pool for most of it's life and have had absolutely NO reason to doubt nearmiss' integrity. LOL!!! Give it up, coyote. You're expecting a bunch of spoiled, immature, socially inept, emotionally driven computer geeks raised with a sense of entitlment to demonstrate manners, self-control, responsibility, and calm reasoning. Maybe in about 20 years.

Reading these boards is an essay on human nature.
It doesn't matter how successful the pool is, nor does it matter what external influences (such as alt-coin market dynamics) exist, nor how effectively the pool operator manages his obligations, there will still be people who complain.
I'm not talking about legitimate complaints, I mean those who just whine at every opportunity, every "burp" in the system.
Really a sad story.

That may be and we won't know until the website recovers, but--If I am getting new blocks from the servers and sending accepted to the server, then until I find out otherwise, I will assume that my miners remain mining productively.
Yes, I am certain I am still mining at Clevermining--unless someone has managed to reroute my connection without resetting it.
Why so hostile? I'm merely reporting what I'm seeing.
I'm not sure how you can do this. The servers are nullrounted by the datacenter and don't have connections to the outside world. You are either hashing at some backup pool or you are being sent some old work again and again - but I don't know how the latter could be possible - because certainly these servers are not mining anything. All blocks found and reported by our hot wallets are coming from the private pool server which is the only one still running. If you think you are connected to CleverMining it's best to restart your miners. I am working on launching a replacement server in another datacenter. It is already finishing syncing its wallets and I will bring up as soon as possible.I too don't know what was occurring, but it finally broke connection at 7:07 AM CDT . . . and no, I have no failover, so it was connected to Clever.

I'm not showing a hash rate on my Clevermining web page, but my miner is reporting "Accepted"s and continues to mine. Apparently if you remain connected, this DDOS attack doesn't affect you.
Unless you are not getting credited for your hashpower, which is at least a possibility. And do you think that all the other miners except you were already disconnected from the pool for some strange reason, only to notice a ddos attack after they tried to reconnect? Are you certain that your miners are reporting being connected to clevermining.com or are they working somewhere else? And why would one miner's user page be working (see above) but not yours? That may be and we won't know until the website recovers, but--If I am getting new blocks from the servers and sending accepted to the server, then until I find out otherwise, I will assume that my miners remain mining productively. Yes, I am certain I am still mining at Clevermining--unless someone has managed to reroute my connection without resetting it. Why so hostile? I'm merely reporting what I'm seeing.

the frontpage has removed the twitter feed, and there is no comment from the pool operator anywhere that i can find.
Ummm . . . the Twitter feed is still there on twitter, not the middlecoin.com homepage. twitter hasn't been updated since the for a couple of weeks now, so i guess they've stopped using that as a form of communication. any other way to get news about the site? and h2odysee's last appearance on Bitcoin forums was . . . yesterday. and his last post was . . . january Yes, on the Middlecoin.com home page, just above the chart. Every time I visit it, anyway. That it hasn't been added to isn't surprising. h2o only posts a tweet when there was a some sort of operational problem. I haven't been here for a while; has there been a server outage? Has there been a bad fork? If not, then don't expect much running commentary from h2o. Definitely not the talkative type. Heck, I just come here to check on what current returns are, just in case there is a return to better days.

the trades gave middlecoin the edge over the other pools, but it's either too hard to trade to profit now, or the site op has given up. they may have a bunch of manual trades to input, but who cares? it's been like this for a couple of days now, so site ops don't care.
middlecoin did do extremely well with dogecoin, and i think we started mining it a few days before everyone else caught on. middlecoin was likely selectively mining low-difficulty doge blocks too, which helped us through dec-jan.
i assume middlecoin is under new management and the people that made it work well are gone now, or they're content to just let it run into the ground.
Ummm . . . the Twitter feed is still there and h2odysee's last appearance on Bitcoin forums was . . . yesterday. Don't know where he was, but he was on the boards.

Somebody's exaggerating their payoffs. I look at the above from Waffle's own page and I see an average payout of ~0.010BTC/Mh
Clevermining's stated payout was 0.00899 with a 30 day average of 0.0119.
Now aside from a couple of days mining the wrong fork, this is no better than what I have been getting at MC from the first day, and lower than most days.
My payout over the last two days averaged 0.0113. In addition, I show over 0.02 unexchanged--after payout.
Now I keep seeing the outlandish claims about how marvelous CleverWaffleHouse is, but I have been watching for the entire time, and the averages from all three are pretty much the same.
Oh yeah, and as for PoolPicker, it's crap. None of the daily payouts it lists for MC coincide with any of my payouts. Some of the days it plots as low were the some best days I have had and some of the highs it reports were low or moderate days.
MC ain't perfect, and h2o ain't God, but that doesn't change the fact that the pool's returns remain absolutely competitive and often superior to it's competitors.
You cand defend h20 if ya want but numbers dont lie most left MC due to the many issues said many pages ago... waffle has 18ghs already most people went there Because they offer something MC couldnt , personally i wouldnt mind coming back except i been sitting on a balance of 0.01 for over 2 weeks and h20 wont freaking process the un exchanged... meanwhile on clever i get paid the minute the balance hits 0.01 i just like transparency and open comunication, as far as profits they are better at least for me than what middlecoin ever offered. LOL!!! You guys are hilarious. I wasn't "defend[ing] h2o," I was merely stating my own personal observations. The numbers don't lie. I have been closely following the entire discussion, because "my momma didn't raise no fool" and if there's a better paying pool out there, I'll hit it . . . sadly, there isn't. Not in any real sense . . . not when the variations tend to be +/- 0.0005BTC. Unless you're mining on a large scale, that's just noise. Your smoking crack .... another .3 btc payout day if I was back here with my 65m farm.... I dont know what fucking numbers you are gtting but obviously denial has affected your vision Clever i have never gotten below 0.5 and avergae .6 most days ...its DOUBLE this assholes site !!! Also clevers last 30 days payouts are not .0899 but ~0.01 ..why are you lying I dont give a flying fuck but you are delusional if you think for the last 2 weeks plus MC has been nothing more than ripping everybody off Look at it from his POV ...bad day guys sorry ...or mined wrong fork ...Just payed himself 50k for each of these days Toooo easy ... Wow! Why so hostile? You really are a piece of . . . work. First, go to school and learn to read. Then go back and read what I posted, Einstein. Everything I stated was absolute fact. Data taken directly from the websites, including the 0.00899 was for that day and the 30 day average of 0.0119. But then, you didn't bother to read, because you're so immature and shallow.
