Hi guys. i have pac wallet on mine komputer I have 700m pac, and i`m trying to install the new wallet, but the old one is already created .paccoin folder, and by installing new one, i`ll override this folder which will be a problem. Does anyone facing this problem?
The redemption wallet, and the old wallet are basically the same wallet. The redemption wallet has blu words to let you know the difference, and has a spot that you can make comments which is where you will put your new $paccoin address for the devs to know where to send the new paccoin. You do not have to worry about overwriting the old dat file because the new wallet is not compatible. Yes the redemption wallet does over wright the dat file of the old wallet, but they are the same wallet except for the changes I mentioned earlier. It actually makes it easier for you because then you do not have to send coins from the old wallet to the redemption wallet (same wallet with extras) then turn around and send the same coins to the redemption addresses.

Hey guys, there were a couple of you who sent addresses with a missing letter or two. If you haven't received a bounty, that may be the case. Please reply with the correct address.
Were we supposed to post here after the signup? I missed that part on Twitter.

Currently there are some Snatcoin bounties
* 200K SNAT - Paper Wallet generator (on a website) * 300K SNAT - Vanity address generator * 500K SNAT - First game that accepts Snatcoin (game of skill where you can play against another player and/or AI)
Was the old issue with the private keys resolved in this new wallet, and will there be exchanges this time?

I suppose that once cryptopia do the swap, there woulbe a possibility to buy/sell there. but trade satoshi is more likely. $pac will be fully btc tradable. in that moment a boom should come. My hope is $pac would be at least 3000 or 4000 satoshis. fingers crossed....
At what ratio will it be swap that you think it will go as high as 3000-4000 sat after swap? And secondly if the swap is done in Cryptopia and Tradesatoshi only what will happen to those who have theirs in Yobit? Note: There is no PAC swap at Tradesatoshi.https://tradesatoshi.com/News Paccoin Maintenance - Hard Fork You have until the 25 of February to withdraw your Paccoin After that date $PAC will be on maintenance after the hard fork
Published by: KimTheCat @ 2/1/2018 1:46:14 PM Please note that any coin swap would not occur automatically at any exchange except after being paid big. Coins swap either by you yourselves or by the exchanges needs manual works. .... unless the cryptocoin is one of the flagship cryptos such BTC, BCH, ETH, etc. You should make it clearer, so that they understand better. Trade Satoshi is not doing an automatic coin swap. Cryptopia is!

I bet most people who redeemed for the new $PAC are gonna hodl or only sell at a decent price.
And don't forget YoBit is still offering the PAC/ETH and PAC/USD trading pair. People can still buy the old PACcoin, withdraw to old wallet, and redeem them immediately.
In my opinion this coin swap is the worst idea ever. Look at the value of PAC dropping like a rock and that is because people are dumping it like crazy leading up to the March 1 fork... Whoever decided to do this swap needs to shut it down and take a wiser approach to addressing the perceived issues with over-supply and/or overly big interest payouts... How on earth can you assume just because you do a swap that the price will gain 1000 times? Seriously? If you look at what the swap news is doing to the price now it's killing the value and that tells a story that the swap is not well received otherwise why would so many people be dumping it as fast as possible at way devalued prices? Why on earth do you not release a wallet version that hard forks and rework the code to address any supply or interest issues you deem are big problems? In terms of this "swap" who will 100% prove with zero doubt that the "swapped" (turned in) coins were permanently destroyed? As long as 2 or more computers keep running the existing coin and block chain will live on no doubt. If the turned in coins are not destroyed what will be done with them? Who's to say a new dev team moves in and reworks the existing coin and keeps it going? Last but not least please realize you are asking people in some cases to just send you $1000,'s - $10,000's or even 6 figures plus of fiat currency worth of this coin. You are asking a lot when you require a level of trust with those amounts of cash wow... I am amazed that you would be willing to ruin this coin after it recently had such a wonderful surge argh Technically in the stock world reverse splits happen all the time. Yes the value of the security does rise by the number of the reduction. However, this does not seem to be a legit swap/burn, whatever they want to call it. In order for the Burn to be official, the old coin is not supposed to exist at the same time of the new [Suspicious link removed]gle reverse stock splits. The Company has said they are unsure of what they will do with the old coin. That being said, this is nothing more than a hard fork and a new coin offering, and I will be wonderfully surprised if the pps/coin value rises times 1000. In addition, the current value needs to be much higher than it is now for the 1000 rise to have any material effect.

Been trying to get answers from the new team to no avail, looks like from what I can tell you are the creator of the current paccoin so I'll ask you this question. When this other paccoin comes out, what do you plan to do with this coin? Will it continue business as usual, or do you plan to somehow make the coins go away.? I'm reading that the current blockchain is broken, and the old wallet is broken, but I have the old wallet and the even older wallet (with the pacifica symbol) synced currently right now and see no issues including with balance. Please advise, TIA.
Although there may be one issue, which has come up lately, it doesn't "break" the blockchain. As you have noticed your wallet works perfectly. I would say it is my intention to keep the project going, which works in their interest, but they don't seem to "not want to be in control", so they're trashing it for now. There is virtually no difference between the old wallet and the new wallet. Just the skin. Its the same wallet. To address the problem above I am working on upgrade that disconnects misbehaving wallets. Bill Thumbs up.

................................................................
Thanks, Ill keep this handy. What do we save the file as, meaning how to open it? As when I save it it save it under my freaking browser. Which cannot open the file. How should these be properly saved to open and read in order to reopen later as well as saved as backups. I can change how to open it on properties, but not sure this is accurate. I changed them all to word file. Thanks, The only file you need to save is Wallet.dat which is the file you save during a wallet backup. You can always save the backup file in a different name with the extension of .dat. You don't have to sync the old wallet to get this wallet.dat which you can copy directly from the folder C:\......\paccoin\. Please note that I previously put the folder wrong in C:/..../paccoin/. Gotcha, but what I am saying is when I save that file, it has an icon of my browser as it was saved into a file that cannot be read or loaded correctly. What I am asking is how is that file stored or how should it be saved on our own PC's? So example, when I backup my wallet, it asks me to name it, so i name it lets say PAC Wallet Backup1, it then saves a copy on my files and desktop, but with an Icon of Internet Explorer or Opera or Safari, my question is, why is it saving like that? I can then right click it and change how it opens, but when its initially saved its not a normal saving file on my documents. Its listed as a wallet.dat file but will not open properly if I have to restart my PC and reload my Wallet. To be on the safe side, go to your main drive, most likely c drive, go to users/your user name/ appdata/roaming/paccoin and look for wallet.dat. Copy that file and save it some where that you can retrieve it. That file is your coins.

MKWolf - please contact via messaging. This is not our thread Bill owns this thread.
Not a scam - contact me directly. Sad you are so angry - hard to deal nicely with somebody that is so blasphemous.
I have a question for you. I was blocked on Twitter for merely stating that it's hard to distinguish between real businesses and scams because of the lack of transparency and regulation in crytpto. After trading stocks for 20 years, and being very familiar with reverse splits, I asked your rep after the first reverse split, will the coins still go through the subsequent 3 reverse splits? That is a very important question because no matter how many shares one has, nobody wants to see their investment keep getting dwindled down via r/s aka burns. There is also no guarantee that the price will hold after the split. The possibility of the price dropping after the split and leaving one with less shares at the same price it started out is very real. Can you provide clarity? See: PAC: Fork & Redemption Guide @RedditPulbic redemption starts on March 1,2018. Doesn't answer the question, and no offense, but would like an answer from the individual the post was directed to.
