The whole idea behind KYC is to prevent crime or terrorism. The problem is that how it is being implemented in the cryptosphere is a complete joke. We have completely unlicensed and unregulated entities demanding that people send them copies of their id.
How do we know that these ID's are being stored in a secure way?
How do we know that these ID's are not being resold on the Darkweb?
How do we know that the company we are sending the cryptocurrency and our ID's to is not a criminal organization or a terrorist cell?
The simple answer is we don't.
Why would a terrorist subscribe to an ICO? Do you really expect an ICO to receive Osama Bin Laden's passport and reject him from subscribing?! KYC for ICO's is relevant to prevent spam, multi account registrations, to safeguard against govt regulations, and to enforce individual contributor limits.

I would recommend you have a look at Credits ( www.credits.com). Very interesting project/product and no false hype.

I would recommend CREDITS ( www.credits.com). They already have a working product which is impressive, and can have lots of applications in the real world.

Just wait for the feedback on this thread once tokens are distributed, I am in no rush to do any self promotion or put out too much info in public yet.
@always1hundred has sent 0.89ETH which I was not able to deploy for him since BeeToken had a 0.1 ETH limit for the first 24 hours and another 0.1 ETH for the next 24 hours (which I was not able to offer him). He is now considering his next ICO to deploy it into, else he will get his ETH back, and I'm sure he will post feedback here again. No, it is not a second account of mine.
Additionally I have registered for the Insights.network ICO

Care to explain in detail how you intend to circumvent the sanctions? Firstly, it is illegal to bypass international sanctions or to act as a conduit in aiding or abetting anyone targeted by such sanctions with a view to bypassing them.
Setting the illegality issue aside, I am interested in the methodology you have in mind. Not that I want to do something illegal or to participate in what you're offering. Nah, none of that.
I'm specifically interested in finding out what you have in mind with this "sanctions buster" model. Do you expect people to send those amounts mentioned above to you upfront? Is this offer something along the lines of requiring ICO funds sent to you without escrow protection? These two questions are what this post is mainly about.
Yes obviously upfront as I would have to subscribe to the ICO using the funds sent. I am not sure how escrow would be used here as I need to send the funds to receive tokens from each ICO... If there is a way escrow can be used, not a problem for me as long as the buyer pays the fee. Unfortunately there is no way around the trust aspect when using a proxy. Yes, I am well aware of the legality issues involved. I have also seen your posts for the last few months on the forum warning people when they are putting themselves at risk and though I do appreciate warning for newbies, or when someone is about to fall for an obvious scam, some posts on this forum are legitimate and do require a little trust, and when extended, they do work well. I have "gone first" several times and not been burned so I think if you do a little research and are comfortable with whom you are dealing with, odds are you will be ok.

Very interesting....I wonder who would've done this for Polymath's airdrop lol.
I missed Polymath. What was special about it? I reserve the right to refuse any ICO based on if I feel it's a scam.

i have done one campaign last year and until now i havnt paid yet because the manager said that the KYC nt yet release. i laways encounter this word KYC. what thus KYC mean? Banking terminology for Know Your Client. Usually requires identity verification (and in the case of banking, verifying source of funds).

Hey sorry for the trouble but was hoping to send you a pm from a new account but I'm getting this... "User 'ICO-Master' has not chosen to allow messages from newbies. You should post in their relevant thread to remind them to enable this setting." I have fixed the setting and you can now send me PM. Please fix your setting under Personal message Options so I can reply.

I will advice you get some credibility on the forum before thinking of doing that. you are still a newbie and I don't think community will trust you on that. Atleast get to a hero member then people might try to believe you. As a newbie or even a jnr member. That's a red flag for me. my opinion
Member accounts are bought and sold like candy here and provide no credibility for a transaction.

KYC its good for excluding multiaccounts, but we must know about it from beginning before bounty campaign. Many users want to keep anonymous, and second reason dev's can lost documents on hacking
And why does the development team don't like multiaccounts? What the difference for advertisement of the project if there are two persons or just one? No, I think they need KYC to collect the knowledge who exactly are their clients to select the target audience. Probably they don't like multiaccounts when they have individual limits.
