I still feel the same.  I don't think his intentions were bad,  a poor executor. ...no doubt.   I don't get attached to anything for me to even have a chance to let go.  I mean you met the guy and still stuck with him.  Do I smell a little Ken love triangle.  Find out live tonight at this Actm "moderated" thread.  Lulz Roll Eyes

There is no official resolution until someone with offical statutory power makes a ruling, not some psuedo neo-laywer who doesn't even work for a govt agency on a bitcointalk board.  These days law is fantasy with many redundant, overlaping, contradictory, la ws....let alone the correptable officials to decide a certian way using whever slant of law they want.  So back to the speculation, and Ken just keep on truckin' man....even if the truck is in a ditch of the highway.  Just blow that airhorn if you need help.  People always get horny when they need help. ......back to the hegelian dialectic dance in here.  Can we start a hadfields and McCoys theme.... cowboys and indians would work as well.

still don' understand the blockchain.

Yeah everything's fine so long as we know the multiple wallet addresses where all the IPO and pre-order coins have been dispersed.

So, do you know how many wallets he has and their addresses? When you find out let us all know. Thanks.

'still don' understand how fraudsters operate.'

Do you really think Ken is just going to up and leave with our bitcoins at this point.   Yes maybe use them to fund and keep the biz going but where can he go?  We have the blockchain, we know where he is, the state and all other kinds of charactors are poking at him.  If anything this stuff may have lit a fire under his ass and got him moving....now if he used a .bit domain I'd be a little worried.  Lol.  Roll Eyes

I will have the last laugh and won't rest until I own over 20% of all shares.

You guys can all fuck off with your $2,000 rewards and SEC accounts and me, Ken and a select few sail off into the sunset to earn our fortunes in divs.  I am getting PM's from shareholders who offer kind words and who inform me that they are presently increasing their ActM portfolio.  Even ActM mods!  Wink

Who knows, by the time you lot get your buy back rewards in a years time, some of you may even make 1btc from selling your identities to the US Gov.  OMG.  Wake up and smell the ashes you muppets!

ROFL!!!  Grin Grin Grin

Are you seriously this deluded? I really feel sorry for you

All the carpel tunnel you guys are developing on both sides is not worth it, because no one knows anythijg real outside of what the blockchain says.  Since the govt takes forever and after the FBI sale of btc being the last know down event for btc. (Obviously who onows what unknows lurk with btc..if any)
I could actually see this playiing out.  Who knows, and in the meantime the farm just keeps collecting.  So?!??!

Btw. 800 freakin satoshis....come on that's a gimme.
270  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 10, 2014, 09:25:26 PM

271  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 10, 2014, 01:17:31 PM
Nothing has changed. We were aware of the MSD situation.

The situation has changed, the MSD is now moving against ActiveMining, before it was simply an investigation.

The fines and forced buybacks can easily cripple ActiveMining even if it was (now) a legitimate operation.

In addition to this, ActiveMining still owes many customers their pre-order money, ActiveMining has owed this money for 8 months now.

Simply put, the situation has changed drastically. We knew it was going to happen, we just hoped that Ken had something up his sleeve so that we could actually absorb the order (MSD)

For example, if by this time we had paid back all the customers and were regularly giving out dividends of 100 bitcoin per month, with also a bright future with the 28nm ASIC on its way, then the MSD order, when it came would be less disastrous than it is currently.

Instead, Ken still has not paid us a dividend in 9 months, we owe hundreds of thousands in pre-orders and now Ken has to buy back shares and no investor wants to keep them, with no upside why stay? Also we know for certain through Bargraphics that Ken has scraped our ASIC development putting all of his eggs into the Hashfast basket.

Before the MSD order, we had no idea that Ken actually cancelled everything except Hashfast.

Many things have changed, obviously you haven't been reading the thread.

Ken has more money than you let on.

Where is this money? Do you claim to know something we don't?

Have you sold all your shares?

I was selling a few before the price crashed into the five zeros territory. I have 40,000 left.

I'll take em for 500 satoshis.  Throw em up on C-T send me a pm and you will be set free.  LMK
272  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: June 10, 2014, 04:07:12 AM
so how do we stay on top of the final (months?) days of this mess? Is there a new thread I should be following?

it's obvious ken et. al. isn't coming in here anymore to "update" us as to the situation... so should we just individually be in contact with MSD from now on?

anyone?

It seems ken is avoiding posting anything here but he is going to refund the pre-order customers  in BTC  Roll Eyes  yet he is going to refund our shares in USD  Cool   Shocked

ANNOUNCEMENT:

We will soon start refunding all of our Pre-Order customers that have requested a refund and have not received their refund.  We will be refunding the pre-order amount converted to BTC @ the coinbase current sell price.  Our pre-order customer will have to agree to being refunded in BTC.  We will post in about 1 week an agreement to be refunded in BTC.  Should a pre-order customer wish to receive their refund in USD we will also do those refunds after the BTC refunds.

Hate to point out the obvious but the Mo. Sec of State office hasn't made anything official and if any fines were to be levied it will be iin USD due to the legal tender laws... (read the fine print on your FRN's)  if Mo has passed gold and silver legal tender laws like UT than we can get paid back in that as well.  That is all dictated by the long arm of the law, in the end there are so many contradictory laws on the books they really can create anything.  Gold, silver constitution anyone....ok ok I know.

Refunding customers in btc makes sense as long as Ken keeps the miners running, we all know the advantages of btc over fiat at this point.  Both issue's facts and details are about as clear as why rectal thermomoters are banned in Missouri....and we will all see.  Btw.....600 freakin satoshis!!!

This is my last post until the thread gets sorted out by the bct mods.  For the record, when I started this thread I gave an open invitation for anyone who wanted to mod this account.  Absolutely everyone who asked for access was given access and that's is how we ended up with the mods. I also suggested that they should invite anyone they trusted to also mod this account and I didn't need to know who they were.  So contrary to what some would have you believe I do not unilaterally mod this thread.
Roll Eyes Wink
