1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Successful ICO Experiences on: October 21, 2018, 01:37:57 PM
Often called the “Ethereum of the East”, NEO has made huge strides in the past few years to dethrone Ethereum as the world’s standard platform for ICOs. There are some distinct advantages which NEO has over Ethereum which makes it a great alternative. For one, the platform has been designed with scalability in mind. It is able to handle over 10,000 transactions per second as opposed to Ethereum’s 15. NEO also uses the much more developer-friendly programming languages of Java and C#. This means it will be easier to find experienced people to develop your platform.
2  Economy / Economics / Re: Trading Bitcoin for real estate? on: October 07, 2018, 06:05:04 AM
The world of real estate, more than anything, craves assurance—despite (or maybe because of) the subprime mortgage-fueled economic crash of last decade. Over the course of December 2016 to December 2017, the price of bitcoin rose from roughly $978 to nearly $20,000—before plunging nearly 40 percent since the start of the new year. Last week, Google announced that it would no longer allow ads related to cryptocurrencies, sending the price of bitcoin down further.

Roy Baumeister and Mark Leary (1995) argue that the need to belong is a fundamental human need to form and maintain at least a minimum amount of lasting, positive, and significant interpersonal relationships. Satisfying this need requires (a) frequent, positive interactions with the same individuals, and (b) engaging in these interactions within a framework of long-term, stable care and concern.

Investing is a hot topic that many people talk about but very few do. More than saving money, you should learn to invest. I recommend to start small with investing only as much as you are comfortable with. Ease into the field step by step and get your feet wet with just 50 USD. Think of it like this: instead of buying that new watch or a new pair of shoes, challenge yourself and invest that capital in cryptocurrencies.

Yellowstone National Park spans over three states and features a variety of sights you don’t want to miss. This collection of hot springs and geysers will truly have you amazed. Some of the more popular areas in the park include the Old Faithful geyser and the Mammoth Hot Springs area.
6  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the problem of trust in projects? on: June 04, 2018, 06:38:25 PM
A relationship of mutual trust is less formal but vitally important. When a person or team enters into a relationship of mutual trust, each person’s reputation and self-respect are the drivers in meeting the intent of the relationship. A relationship of mutual trust within the context of a project is a commitment to an open and honest relationship. There is nothing that enforces the commitments in the relationship except the integrity of the people involved. Smaller, less complex projects can operate within the boundaries of a legal contract, but larger, more complex projects must develop a relationship of mutual trust to be successful.

Perhaps most convincing is that patients are able to report events outside the room where their bodies were. For example, some claimed that their spirits went into the waiting room and heard conversations between family members, which they recalled accurately. Given the skeptics’ position on ESP, this should be impossible.

That’s what I love about music. It doesn’t matter what language you speak. One woman from China and one man from Africa could love the same piano music being played in the background.

Obesity
The more time people are spending engrossed in video games, talking to friends online and watching funny cat videos on YouTube, they are spending less time being active or exercising. Also the likelihood of mindlessly eating unhealthy food increases as people are hypnotized by the latest episode of Honey Boo Boo.
Depression
Poor Sleep Habits
Lack of Social Skills vb.
