1  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: IM TRYING TO GET VERIFIED WITH POLONIEX!!! on: January 13, 2018, 02:51:19 AM
Bittrex verifies people within a day. In my case, it was like an hour. And I left Poloniex this summer due to many complaints from users and horrible support. I remember when they have a lot of new users and didn't want to refresh their server, I was just tired from that lagging all the time.

They're dropping US customers though :|

yea... can't solomine, can't compile the wallet... can't get it to work other than in windows, and even it won't mine.

(oh and also only one node available, like wtf??)

Sad thing is... alexa cant access local networks... everything has to be pulled in via amazon cloud. Sooooo you'd have to have a vpn setup and whole bunch of other crazy sh*t to get it to work.

BUT if i use MMR (which i do) i could link to that as a minera status.

Would be better if i could just say "open minera restart miner" that would be great lol

Hmmmmm

"Alexa, open minera status"

"Minera is hashing scrypt at 24 mega hashes per second, temperature is 109F."

Yay....

Now for MMR status lol

Hello my friends,
what do you think about a new way to manage your miners?

I mean a way to use multiple miner softwares in the same system, without the need to connect locally to your system but having all your systems and miners in a public website where you can access from everywhere and every device with your user and give access to other users and have email/sms notification when something goes wrong and a lot of new other stuff like this.

Would you like it? Would you spend a bit for it?

Well, stay tuned guys, things are moving :-)

eh..... a bit mobileminer'ish

i just like to vpn into the house when im out of state....

Cool

yea minera image wont boot, the raspbian jessie lite boots fine.... its not just minera, its minepeon, scripta images as well.

minera just needs a new kernel for the quad core.

remember rpi3 is 64 bit.... sooo when i run it, yes it fires up but none of the miners work except dmaxl and thats firing it up manually

15  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / cgminers --monitor switch? on: December 08, 2015, 11:37:00 AM
How would i pipe the output of a raspberry pi2b to the rca output.... since i have an lcd on the outside of my rack that only takes rca input, im using minera.

I can add the --monitor switch to the option line of the miner settings in minera, just javing a hell of a time figuring it out.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Minera v0.6.1] Your next mining dashboard - Networked/CPUminer/CGminer/BFGminer on: November 30, 2015, 09:40:29 PM
i was wondering....

where do i change it so i can have screen running as well as echo the output to the monitor as a status, i know there's a switch to echo the miners output to a com port etc.. but the pi has a small rca driven monitor slapped to the front of the rack.

just would like to walk by and see what’s it doing at a glance instead of having to login to the pi via ssh or http (still cant login via http on the ps3 (for ultimate laziness)).

thats all, any solutions to those two options (output redirection or autologin) would be great from any of you guys here.

If you connect via SSH and type "screen -r" you can bring up the miner software output console. Type "ctrl+a" and "d" to detach it.

Oh no no i know that... just redirecting the output of "screen" to the lcd attached to the rca port of the rpi2 thats all.. there was a redirect option switch in the command line of both bfg and cgminer but, i dont know how to get it to dump it out the rca lol

I have an lcd monitor on the front of my rack and all it shows is the boot up process and not the mining process, i wouldlike to see the mining process dumped to the screen (lcd) on the front of the rack.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ZPOOL.CA][BTC Multipool] The miners multipool on: November 30, 2015, 09:34:06 PM
I dont get it.... i mine with both scrypt and sha256, and all i see is titcoin being deposited to my bitcoin address?

http://zpool.ca/?address=152XVMY1H8Ly43iZJhR6bzuhDgFjVvA38q

I have the miners set up to mine straight to btc (as far as i know).

Adding the -p  "c=BTC" to the end of the startup for the miners

The c=BTC should be what is set for your password. The problem is because TIT uses the same address version (https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/List_of_address_prefixes) as BTC so it's not possible to know which to use so it's 50/50 if nothing is specified in the password field. I think if you import your privkey for that BTC address into a TIT wallet, you'll get the TIT that has been sent...

If you've tried adding the c=BTC in the password field and nothing has changed, try using a new BTC address and make sure you specify c=BTC from the start.

Hope this helps

Works like a charm.... now i just gotta catch up lol.
