41  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Minereum- Another Ponzi Scheme ? on: April 20, 2020, 08:52:33 AM
For the record though, 'free money coins' from KICK has done because they have lost everything after SEC sue them, so they think why not airdrop 888,888 KICK, it's worthless anyways. As compare to MNE right now, which is very obvious, pulling a scam here by giving supposedly $300, but to be able to unlock it, you need to deposit first, which is the classic Ponzi script scheme.
Still some people aren't as cautious that they need to be. I saw some people still upgraded their address to lv2 or even lv3.
42  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Minereum- Another Ponzi Scheme ? on: April 20, 2020, 07:48:58 AM
Ive heard about this minereum and they have some free tokens as well. But if upgrading for more chances of earning? I will think about that cause its really sound like another ponzi scheme.

I dont know if people will trust the level of this project but just be aware of the risk on such promises. From what I heard those 32k tokens are just like kickico tokens that cant be sell so techinically its just another marketing that you need to upgrade for withdrawal not going to fall foe that trick.
Exactly you are. I saw a person in telegram speaking all the time on their behalf to people for upgrading. It seems like he/she is their agent. These are red-headed scammer.
43  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Minereum- Another Ponzi Scheme ? on: April 20, 2020, 06:40:05 AM
The OP has bailed a lot of people and has saved them from falling victim of this scam project.
This is nothing but a pure scam.
It will take couple of decades to fully unlock the airdropped token after upgrading to lv3. So this is surely a pre-planned scam.

You post OP, and is an eye-opener and will help those who received it to stay clear of the scam project.

Thanks man. Hopefully people will see the post before thinking of upgrade.
44  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Minereum- Another Ponzi Scheme ? on: April 20, 2020, 05:59:42 AM
Thanks for this pieces of information I actually received this token in two of my Ethereum wallet but when I tried to transfer them to live Coin exchange find out that the wall was on maintenance, but from what am seeing here it means I have to upgrade and start mining first before I can even think of selling lol
Yes exactly, before start mining you must've upgrade your genesis address. The minned tokens can be sold afterward, not the initial given 32K MNE.
45  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Minereum- Another Ponzi Scheme ? on: April 20, 2020, 05:53:44 AM
They developed a well earning token, but it works only for developers, at first they distribute "free" tokens, but if you would like to use them / take profit, you need to pay, quietly smart idea how to attract people to buy your useless token.  Roll Eyes Wink
Basically you can't sell your initial 32000 MNE airdropped token whether you upgrade to lv3 or not. After upgrading to lv3 your Genesis address can start mining. These minned tokens can be sold afterward.
46  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Minereum- Another Ponzi Scheme ? on: April 19, 2020, 08:04:20 PM
This is not a Ponzi scheme, when they do not use one person's money to pay the other, they use the token they create. You will have to pay ETH to receive a worthless token that can only be traded on a bad exchange
It's all same to ponzi scheme. Unlike regular ponzi scheme they used some tricky scheme which relates ponzi. There's no development since 2017 when the first version of minereum launched. So, it is no other than a scam.
47  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trust Wallet Token discussion. on: April 19, 2020, 06:33:08 PM
Why tokenized everything? What's the utility of the token? Eth gas will be used for erc-20 tokens transactions likewise BNB for Bep2 tokens. What's the use of TWT aside more mo ey for owners?
Everyone in crypto space likely to earn more money. It's quite natural. You can find some of probable use case here : https://community.trustwallet.com/t/trust-wallet-token-twt/4187?mobile_view=0
48  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Minereum- Another Ponzi Scheme ? on: April 19, 2020, 02:06:08 PM
I'm not surprised, when I came across the Airdrop, it was so suspicious because the team said Airdrop hunters can join with multiple ethereum address, If the project is legit they will never accept multiple accounts, it was a big plan all along

Exactly, I also think it was a preplan since 2017.
49  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Minereum- Another Ponzi Scheme ? on: April 19, 2020, 02:03:46 PM
though their new design seems like a ponzi design which is to make the team and their stakeholders rich
Yes off course a little time can't judge any projects. But with these short time, what they introduced are solid ponzi. Can you figure out how much eth they will earn from this scheme Huh It doesn't matter for them about token. In my opinion they are in thirst of ETH.

Let's see what will happen in next. I will keep my eye on this project. And also Livecoin is not a good exchange at all. They also have acquisition for fake ICO.
50  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Minereum- Another Ponzi Scheme ? on: April 19, 2020, 01:50:56 PM
Thanks for creating this topic, it almost escaped my mind to make a topic about the project called Minereum on here, today I decide to use ether scan to check my eth address and I find a whopping 470$ worth of Minereum, I felt like  Shocked Shocked , but after a while I find out that I need to upgrade my eth address to LV 2 or LV3 which will cost roughly 57$ worth of Eth, that's 0.3ETH and that's where I decide to leave the group and I dropped a message on the group that

All this have been a well planned scam right from the beginning

You probably got very happy that your token worth 400$ plus and won't make you think twice to upgrade your address which will cost you just 57$, hmmm, great trick Minereum team, a round of applause for you guys.

Whenever you see a Airdrop giving out too much quantities of tokens don't think twice, it doesn't make any sense, I noticed this right from day one before joining the Airdrop but since the claiming task is very easily I just give a try out.

When things are too easy please stay out, hope newbies learned from this

That what I'm also thinking, just give a try. But seems like they are too hungry for ETH. So also left their channel.
51  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Minereum- Another Ponzi Scheme ? on: April 19, 2020, 12:59:07 PM
You probably know about Minereum Genesis Address. They recently upgraded their platform from V1 to V2. You can find their V2 launching details here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4495159.0

Now come to the point, I haven't fully understand their system and it works. They had launched a airdrop where 32000MNE were given to each genesis address. These genesis addresses are in lv1. They have three step genesis level. To upgrade from lv1 to lv3 anyone have to pay 0.3ETH + Network Fee. If you think you can use those 32000MNE after upgrading to lv3, heil No. You can't sell them to exchange (The only exchange that list MNE is Livecoin). After Upgrading your wallet could mine MNE which can be transferred to exchange and sell. Find more information about genesis level here : minereum.com/v2

Now they have introduced a lucky draw system. This lucky system requires to purchase a ticket+MNE as gas fee. Find the thread here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4495159.msg54249637#msg54249637

So, it seems like they're in thirst of ETH. Is it an another ponzi scheme ?
52  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trust Wallet Token discussion. on: April 18, 2020, 04:03:20 PM
Previously they said they only created this token for testing purposes and have no intention of listing them at exchanges. But with what's going on, I believe they will be listed on binance this year
I'm not sure whether it is created on testing purposes or not. If they created this token just for testing purposes and no intention of listing then they should not introduce referral campaign and also shouldn't have distribute.
53  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trust Wallet Token discussion. on: April 18, 2020, 02:34:10 PM
Is there any guaranty that Binance will list TWT coin? nope, because not yet this coin has no value. however, I read a lot of articles and comments about this coin. the official information that you can read: https://community.trustwallet.com/t/trust-wallet-token-twt/4187 Click on the link and read more, you will get all of your question answers. People just holding/buying this coin just like gambling that I think. However, Do your own research before investing any coin.
I agree that listing in Binance isn't guaranteed but we hope that Binance will list TWT as Trust Wallet is acquired by Binance a long time ago and TWT is Trust Wallet's native token. They have also published some possible use cases of TWT. So, we can hope that the token will worth valued.
54  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trust Wallet Token discussion. on: April 18, 2020, 11:15:54 AM
For now, which stage has the TWT started and the development has reached which stage? can you explain about this TWT for me here, because I really don't know about the developments and programs that are running on TWT.
They have not shared roadmap yet, so it's hard to tell on which stage this token are. But they have shared some information which can be found here : https://community.trustwallet.com/t/trust-wallet-token-twt/4187
55  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trust Wallet Token discussion. on: April 18, 2020, 10:48:14 AM
Trust wallet is a very good wallet. I used it to store some of my coins and uninstalled the wallet with the coins in it ( I saved my private keys before doing that). I just installed it back and it seems I have missed out on the free tokens lol.

I first saw the airdrop alert on CocorICOs and never took it seriously till now it's late already. It's a very good wallet and is one of the safest and best open wallets you will find out there. I will even say that it is the number one, because it's far much better than the two most of us know, which is Coinomi and Mycelium.
It's good to know you feel very good about TWT but I felt sad as you missed the first round airdrop. I think you can still refer your friends and family as it still running referral campaign.
56  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Coinmarketcap or Coingecko? on: April 17, 2020, 05:17:40 AM
In terms of coins related details, coinmarketcap is leading the crypto market. But when it comes to exchange, coinmarketcap have a lot to upgrade whereas coingecko have better exchange speculations. They have the features like sorting out fake volume and low visit websites. Recently coinpaprika have doing great job. You can check it out as a alternate. I always use all three sites simultaneously to check coin details or exchange details. You will have better idea if check on every possible site at once.
57  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trust Wallet Token discussion. on: April 16, 2020, 08:32:11 AM

I have also received my share of the TWT recently.  My hope is just high on it, especially because of the plan to be listed on binance.  However, I  was hearing news that they are not planning to list any soon.  I hope it is listed with a good price.

It still on a long run. There will be a lot for campaign, after that they will think about listing. We also hope it will be listed with good price but there is not guarantee about listing price as it's a community fed token.
58  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trust Wallet Token discussion. on: April 15, 2020, 09:13:51 AM
how can twt have a value in the future ??
whether because of the hype that exists on binance or on the trust wallet platform itself.
It's not only because of the  hype that exists on binance or on the trust wallet platform itself. It's also because of people's trust on "TRUST WALLET". Hopefully they will do some great work to propel the value.

Quote
sometimes crypto hype is more powerful than the product of the project itself.

You're 100% right.
59  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trust Wallet Token discussion. on: April 15, 2020, 09:08:35 AM

In as much as anyone can hardly predict the crypto space but to an extent, a thing or two can be said about some projects. In the case of Trust wallet, it is a good wallet from a good team and owing to its innovative nature led to a huge community. On the other hand, as the token is anticipated to be listed on Binance, many things comes to mind and one is, good use case backed by hype will be in place which will be a good thing that will drive the price at the mean time. Since it already have a good community that believes in it, further token value will then depend on the team and their ideas.

you said it right. A huge community believes in Trust wallet as it was an innovative wallet with some great features. So it can drive the price.
60  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Trust Wallet Token discussion. on: April 15, 2020, 08:19:10 AM
Maybe it will be listed on Binance DEX (Decentralized Exchange) and not on Binance CEX (Centralized Exchange),
Maybe you're right. Maybe it will get list on DEX, not CEX.
It has a huge supply of 90 Billion TWT token running on binance chain. I am estimating the to be lower than 1 cent ($0.01).
Yeah, they got a huge supply. If they could promote this token in the right way, TWT could have higher value.

but TWT is a binance wallet as of now there are no details what is the use case of this token probably utility token.
They have published some use cases, although they are not in details. From them the most helpful usecase is for DEX user in my opinion.
