To your rescue comes quota scheduling and the "load-balance : true," line in your cgminer or sgminer conf file.

Significantly changing the basic coin spec on the front page without notification (apart from a single PM to a single user) is not good enough.

It signifies a massive fail of the smell test.

It deserves a full explanation (to the community) of exactly what the difficulty retarget calculation is, and why it was described as "2 hours". Otherwise they may question your ethics and/or competence.

In the last 16 hours there has been only 1 (very trivial  3.136-3.175) upwards diff change, despite block time being half target time and diff re-target =2 hours.

I was unlucky.

I then signed up to the 'too popular to be healthy for the coin' pool and did  little better.
But no coins have fully confirmed 2 hours later.

Signed up to Luckyminers and got four blocks for the pool in the first hour!
Coins started fully confirming a few minutes after the first hour was complete.
