I think before you join any signature you upgrade your forum account to level of at least jr member because majority of the manager do not accept newbie because it is assume that as a newbie you are new to the forum you need to be guided on how to go and where not go that is why newbie is not accepted only jr member.

To me i don't think the market will  not collapse do not mind the current  situation of the market now the will never ever collapse believe me it is a normal thing the market goes up and down but it will never collapse.

well to me i think what keeps the ICO so long is when the ico is not reach the manager of the program keeps it till he or she make sure the reach soft cap and the soft cap is reach the bounty will end so it takes long because the soft cap is not reach.
