What you plan to do in case you dont reach soft cap?You move on with the project somehow,or you refund all investors?
I was under the impression they would have no problem reaching soft cap. However I think they have a contingency plan too. There are a couple of options. They can always extend that period and try to get some new investors. |

And i just got the answer on Telegram regarding main sale,from their team member- "The plan is to start the main sale in January 2019"
Why the delay, has anyone from the team explained the reason for it? They didnt say why,but my guess is that they are waiting for better market situation.And this extra time can be used to develop project.and that will help with the sale. Yeah, they need to focus on developement and promotion. Is there some special plan for future promotion pending the sale? Some live AMA would be great. Maybe team is too busy at the moment,so it may happen a bit later,its not an easy thing to organise. But it would only take one team members time IMO. That is true,one team member would be enough,but someone like CEO or CTO,one of core members. Look, we'll take anything, just provide content and that's a good start  |

Will merchants have to pay expenses if something goes wrong with their POS terminal?
Since merchants have to buy them, i belive that POS terminals will have warranty period. I think it all depends on the company that will partner eith Agate to provide these. Has anything been announced in regards to that? That could heavily impact the sales, for better or worse. |

Currently, there is no public sale. There is only a Private Sale. Is there a minimum needed to participate in private sale? The minimum amount required for participation in the Pre-Sale is 10,000 USD. Is there a chance that minimum could be lowered? I would welcome that too as it is a bit too high for me atm. I guess that Everest has some big investors lined up,so thats why they went with private sale only,but who knows,maybe we get some small public sale with lower requirements. Well, there's always a chance to buy tokens when the project goes live. They will probably be not as cheap, but still worth checking out. |

Do we need to go through KYC and paticipate in sale to be able to use Dealjoy cashback app?
I seriously doubt that will be needed to use app,as they said using app will be anonymous.KYC is only needed for sale. KYC for APP would just turn away a lot of people in the beginning and would hurt the project more than it would bring good. |

It's Pegged to USD the ICO price is $0.076 however right now( 25 Sep) is on sale with 10% discount, so you'll pay $0.0684 per AGT Hi,until when this 10% discount goes on?Im asking because im waiting for some ETH and then i plan to buy AGT tokens,so i hope that i have enough time . 7 days and 17 hours from now (ends 3rd October) Is there any chance of that being extended? It would be good to have some minimum set as that will make big demand for tokens,eberyone will want to join staking and get DEAl tokens for free. I don't think there will be minimum, but there are 3 different level of membership and that will affect the staking returns and options. There will be Dealjoy and Dealjoy Plus, what is the 3rd level of membership? Dealjoy Premium maybe? XD Would make sense. |

POS Terminals will be sold, there will be transaction fees and most likely some other streams of revenue. Will there be a possibility of renting POS terminals with the appropriate fee? Do we have to pay a mobile app? Both mobile apps (user and merchant) are free to use. Has anybody tested them? Any reviews out? |

First the community should build the initial functionality. But we are open to any good, new suggestions and this can be added to the action list. Everyone is welcome to make suggestions here, we will keep that list. Don't be worried about writing something crazy - sometimes that can be a great idea. Do you already have some users of the platform (is it an open beta)? If they have, it would be nice to hear from them, like a review or something. |

Usually those tokens get burned after ICO, but sometimes teams keep them for further funding of the project. If you mean that the tokens will be used to fund marketing that will be needed to push the platform after the ICO, then yes, that is a good idea. |

I dont think that there will be any withdrawal fee,and thats one of the Dealjoy advantages. I think that someone actually mentioned that there will be a small withdrawal fee, but not 100% sure. They shouldn't punish people for that, even if it's a small fee. |

Most of the projects burn the tokens after the ICO, Agate will do the same. Some reuse those tokens and don't burn them, but you are right, most project do. It's more transparent that way. |

We don't have softcap, hardcap is 20M $ I have never seen a project not having a soft cap. Is that just you being super confident or something else?
